Ordered a burrito with chicken, warm flour tortilla, queso, fajita peppers, sour cream, crispy strips, Didn't find chicken until the last quarter , zero queso, and like 5 crispy strips, and 0 lettuce. Order 2. Build your own salad, 0 lettuce, very little chicken was rubbery and not tasty, missing Pickled Red Onions, maybe 4-5 crispy strips, missing sour cream, salsa, and cotija cheese. Qdoba use to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants and was happy to be find one that we had to have it, it has been a couple years. We made an on line order and when I pulled that jumbo burrito out of the bag, the last thing I was thinking I would be getting a rice burrito. Very bad attitude and service. Tried to order breakfast burrito but they forgot to turn on tortilla warmer and had bad attitude about it.

This place is freaking disgusting. Everybody's wearing surface gloves to protect their own hands from the trash. They don't care about hygiene for the customer. I counted four people behind the counter cleaning with product all on the counters, mixing with food. Total health violation. Do not risk your health by going here. AVOID THIS LOCATION. Let me tell you why this is your worst nightmare. Not to be dramatic, but why would you willingly go eat at a place that has caused food poisonings, terrible customer service and AWFUL greediness. My husband had to endure 3 days of godawful food poisoning from a "chicken burrito" at this location. Mind you, their food portions are terrible as it is and give you three pieces of chicken or steak in your burrito, but overall I don't even want to begin to imagine what spoiled or went wrong with his burrito to make him fall so SICK. Employees constantly make you feel unwelcome. Overall, ambience is trash, food causes food poisonings and service, yall need to TRAIN your employees to actually give some type of energy into serving or even GREETING customers. HANDS DOWN THE WORST QDOBA ON PLANET EARTH. I ordered dinner from this establishment at 5 PM sharp. I ordered through their app, and was advised my dinner would be delivered at 6:09 PM. My dinner didn't show up until 7:45 PM that night and the poor DoorDash employee waited at the restaurant for over one hour for my food. The service in this facility is absolutely abysmal and a disgrace to the food service industry as a whole. The owners of this restaurant need to step up and fix what is happening before the name of this brand is tarnished in the community forever. read more

I've always been a Chipotle person but decided to give Qdoba another shot for a quick Saturday night dinner. My online order was ready for pickup at the correct time so the service was fine, however the entire burrito immediately fell apart. The food was so cold and the tortilla was incredible stale. The steak in the bowl we got was way too chewy and cut into weirdly large chunks, the chewiness made it inedible. Also an overwhelming lime flavor in the guacamole which had many brown portions. Bummer. Hopefully they can get the issues fixed because it's in a great location for us. read more

We have gone to the Firestone Qdoba for years and often enjoyed good meals, overstuffed burritos and generally great waitstaff. Those days are obviously gone. Last night we ordered online for the first time in months. When we got there they had "lost" the order so another half hour went by. Literally a half hour. When we looked around we noticed the restaurant was filthy, both in the seating area and in the prep area. Not a single food prep person had a mask on while they worked directly over the food. And the cashier did not put on gloves while he put tortilla chips in a bag. Everything screamed filth and unsanitary preparation. When we opened the wrappers on our food we found everything to be dry. I ended up throwing our entire $21 order in the trash. I will never eat at another Qdoba ever. I have filed a complaint with the State of Colorado. read more

My family and I use to go to this restaurant a couple times a week before COVID. I went in today and was SHOCKED!!! As I stood in line I looked around more closely and thought This place is obviously under new management with the horror of filth. The dust was a quarter inch thick in some places all the tables had trash on them and the floor looked more like a sandbox with all the crumbs chips etc on the floor. Now let's talk about the staff. The woman who seemed to be running the place was yelling out orders, rolling her eyes in disgust toward employees and was seriously unkept. Her clothing looked dirty and wrinkled and her hair was pinned up half hazardous. The boy working next to her was moving very slowly, not sure if he was new or just slow. The only person that had a clean neat appearance was working the register. There were at least 3 or four in the back kind of moving about. I think the problem is the manager! You need a personable, polite and knowledgeable manager that truly helps her/his employees be there very best and she obviously isn't it! I don't think I will go again until I see a new management sign. Good luck hope this helps. Please don't just respond fix the issue or you will lose this business! I guarantee it. read more

I ordered a burrito for my lunch break, as I have done often. Upon biting into it, I noticed the texture to be off. I spit it out and saw the chicken was raw. I called the store with the hopes of just letting them know, so that they can make sure to check. I spoke with Orion(?) who claimed to be the manager. He off the bat told me I was wrong, and the line cook temp checked the meat all day, as he "saw him do it" and cameras could prove it. I let him know I wasn't doubting any of that, but regardless, I was looking at raw meat in my burrito. He again told me I was wrong, extremely dismissive, and let me know he dealt with "someone like me" last week and they didn't get anything out of it either. I asked at what point did I request anything, not even a refund. I wanted the number for someone over him, he said there was no one. I let him know I know there was, so he gave me the number for a "Cassie" who he claimed was the general manager. He did let me know she would agree with him, and I was wasting my time. The number he provided was the store number as when I called, it directed me back to him. I am completely appalled by not only this managers attitude, lack of customer service skills, also by the fact that a customer in good faith was trying to inform the store of a potential issue and I was treated so horribly for doing so. Never ever again will I eat there. I can only hope now not to get food poisoning. read more

We love Qdoba and have supported this location since their opening, but last night was the worst condition I have seen this establishment. The food prep area was dirty, they were out of three of the items we enjoy, brisket, grilled veggies and the third is not coming to mind. The beverage area was dirty, drink lids, straw wrappers and piles of napkins all over, the utensil bin only had a few forks, but knives were well stacked. We wiped off our own table, trash and deprive were on the floor and benches. There was plenty of staff standing around during slower periods. I typically get chips with my burrito bowl, but this new guy is super stingy on the chips! We're taking like 1/4 bag of chips. Needed some post travel burritos and boy did they deliver. Thank you Qdoba for being forever reliable and friendly.

I really like this restaurant. It is different from chipotle in a lot of different ways, some good some bad. The good: many more varieties in sauces and options for your burritos and salads etc. I'm a big fan of the multifunction coke machines they have these restaurants. You can pretty much make one of a million drinks out of these machines. The bad: none of it was this location, the fact we were there at lunchtime, or just a general state of things, this one seemed much more disorganized than any chipotle have been in. One of the line staff left during heavy lunch rush to attend other cleaning responsibilities that seemed like it could wait. There also was a general confusion in handoff between employees. Overall, still really good experience. The food was good, the people were pleasant, and we are able to get out of a reasonable time. Those are all pluses in my book for a fast food restaurant. read more

The whole hot and cold line was absolutely a mess. They had food everywhere in the line mixed around. all the salsas mixed Around. The cheese was all over the salsas and vegetable. Most of the meats where mixed together. It did not look good or appetizing at all. They should really talk to the line people about cleaning there work space to look more presentable.
