This time I tried to mitigate it by adding lettuce onions and tomato (which it should have in the first place) which cost an arm and a leg, the single small tomato slice was green and crunchier than the fried pickles (which were again soggy AF), and the onions could barely be called sliced in that they were as thick as the were wide (although extremely good red onion I must admit). We looked around to see where our waitresses were and she was busy serving drinks to other customers. It's been a long time since we've been to a Taco John's so we had a lot of questions and the person working was really friendly and knowledgeable. He alone deserves 5 stars but I didn't catch his name. We were there around 11pm on Tuesday, November 25th, for anyone management who might see this. Although a small restaurant, it had plenty of seating and tables for its space and pretty clean too. We enjoyed our food and swung by again when we were in the area again to check out Buc-ees.
