My daughter thoroughly enjoyed all of her breakfast and thought it was delicious. Mine was a little bit sweet for me, if i were to go back again i would get gluten free vegan waffle with only the fruit on top. My husband would like to go and check out the waffle lab though so i imagine we will be back :) It is cool to know that there is a location that offers gluten free waffles. I have told some friends and they will be sending some folks over. The location is clean. The staff was friendly. There is limited parking however.

This is a great eatery for a meal or even for dessert. The liege waffle is on another level. It's naturally sweet and I hardly needed to use syrup. There's a light crunch, but also soft. The Blue Sky Breakfast was a win and the chicken and waffles was some of the best I've ever had. They added a small piece of their sausage smothered in gravy and y'all, it was to die for. Also, tried a bite of the waffle burger and it was the perfect amount of sweet and savory. Not to mention, you get a good bang for your buck.
