The food was hot, plentiful and just how we remembered it from three years ago. So delicious! We were not seated directly next to other tables. The outside seating was perfect. We just wish Urban Egg was in Helena, MT! On my way out, I asked the sweet hostess if I could speak with the manager, she came forward. She was the nice woman who delivered the food to our table! That's when I started to cry, how embarrassing! But, I could see they understood how much this return experience was so important and didn't brush me off! Instead, I left with a hug from them! They give you one fork and a single napkin for your utensils, well in this case utensil because utensils is plural which would imply more than one utensil was provided. It's one thing for things to take a long time because whoever hires and staffs the front of house is failing to properly staff it. It's a whole other thing it in addition to that to provide the bare minimum to the table as the default setting. That just adds insult to injury. I usually always tip something when I go out to eat. But this time I didn't because it's as crystal clear as possible that these folks do not care about this restaurant or what customers think when they're sitting there waiting for food. I at no point in time will be returning and could not recommend anyone come here for a meal as it's not an experience worth spending money on. I'd look elsewhere to someplace nearby that has good reviews and it's clear that you'll have a positive experience. I feel bad for the one front of house staff member who was doing all the work on a Saturday during dinner time because they were put in that position. Maybe the guy sitting up front on his phone can get off it and go help out instead of treating his shift like one long break.
