This place was amazing. I did read the Yelp reviews before and they weren't that great, my experience was nothing but amazing. I literally loved the food minus one thing and I'll get to that soon. From the moment we walked in we was greeted w happy people and immediately sat down. We ordered chips salsa and queso. I REALLY LOVED the salsa. The queso not so much. I'm very picky. It was very heavy and thick and tasted like government cheese, the government cheese only if you was poor like me as a kid, you will forever remember that taste lol. For my dinner I got steak fajitas and it came with rice and black beans. The meat was perfectly seasoned and so tender!! I loved the rice and beans. I just can't get over how many people didn't like this place. Anyways to finish off our meal we got Sophia's , if you never had it, you're missing out. It's basically a square piece of fried dough very think and you sprinkle cinnamon on top and then top it off w honey. Omg it's to die for. Our server was amazing and so dang friendly. Overall loved this place. Will definitely be back and prices are in the median range.

Coyote burrito with a lot of bean juice and lacking green chili

Slow slow service. Coyote burrito was so wet with bean juice it slopped over the side of the plate. Green chili was so sparse I couldn't taste it. Beautiful patio area on a nice Colorado evening. If your purpose is to sit and get drunk for 90 minutes before your food arrives this is your kind of place. Parking is entirely inadequate for the size of restaurant. On the positive side the food did taste good when it arrived

We made a reservation and arrived promptly for that time. We were seated immediately. Our server took our drink order and came back shortly after for our food order. The flight of margaritas were very good. My husband did order a Presidente Margarita, it was definitely small for the price. I agree with a lot of other reviews that the tortillas definitely need salt. My husband enjoyed his carnitas enchiladas. My Coyote Burrito was ok. Some of the steak was dried out. The red sauce honestly tasted like Taco Bell's. My husband did order the toasted coconut Blondie for dessert. It came out warm and was pretty good.

I had high hopes for this place, however coming from Texas I was disappointed. Sorry but the first judgement comes with the chips and salsa. Although chips were good they needed salt, more flavor and just did care for the salsa, for my taste no flavor and too tomatoey, could taste any of the spices or herbs. They have a decent selection of tequilas and my southwestern fish and chips tasted good and crispy just wasn't hot intact barely warm and the tiny little cup of chipotle tarter barely lasted for 1 piece of fish. My wife's salmon tasted good but overcooked, the edge was uneatable. The Brussels were cooked perfectly but didn't have much flavor. Just biased maybe because southwest food in Texas is full of flavor and this place is missing it as far as I'm concerned. This place had a 1 hr wait so the locals seem to like it. Service was good overall not like Texas

Chips and Salsa and the Brandi special martini! Love her!

Service is amazing! Staff is friendly and welcoming and I love the drinks too! Brandi, Katie, Sydney and Greg make this place so special. Plus the best fettuccine Alfredo in town!

The alleged sangria swirl x 2 attempts. :(

We come here often and always have a great meal. Some new changes such as square plates and (I think) some smaller rice and bean portions. Our server was a rockstar and the atmosphere was great.

We came here for the first time For our pre-Valentine/ pre-wedding ceremony dinner, just the 2 of us. Staff Was awesome. Knowledgeable of specials, which I definitely enjoyed the $2.50 v-day sangria margarita swirls! Food was DELICIOUS. Maddie was our server & was awesome!! I think this is our new date night spot HIGHLY RECOMMEND the black & white nachos! And the poblano chowder (it's perfect if u stir in some sour cream in it, otherwise was almost too spicy for my taste but Hubby was happy with it). Everything was perfect!!

Great margaritas, good food, not a huge fan of their chips and salsa. My friend likes the gluten-free options.

We recently lost a family member who lived in Greeley nearly her entire life and her dear friend…read morerecommended the funeral party have dinner here for one last remembrance. It's a big place with lots of parking and tables but it gets BUSY in there. We had a party of a dozen people, and they had to push tables together in the bar. Kind of noisy if you intended to be able to hear each other so not ideal. That's not, however, something I'd ding them for. Just something to keep in mind for your gatherings. What was kind of a deal breaker is how long it takes for the host to get to your table to take your order and how long it takes to get your order. We were probably waiting a good 20 or 30 minutes for each of those events. That being said, the service is very friendly. But they must have been slammed. We saw smaller parties getting their order before us who had come in after us. I didn't get any feedback from the others on their food, but the portions are massive so there was a lot of waste. I had the large albondigas soup which was okay. It wasn't rich in flavor and got really salty if you dip the accompanying bread in it. The meatballs were just kind of greasy and the rice in them probably wasn't necessary. Soup contains zucchini which quickly begins disintegrating in the broth, some large chunks of potato and carrrot also floated amongst the many meatballs. Prices are on the more affordable side if you come from a larger city. Dinner entrees were about $14 - 17. Our entire party ate for only $123! I don't have any reason to ever return to Greeley so the question of whether I'd return is moot. I thought it was amusing that one family member got a margarita to go. WTH?

Get home and find pieces of bacon in my burrito. Called to discuss my concerns with the most absolutely disrespectful person named Brenda. She basically told me I was a liar. She told me I can bring in the burrito for a new one before proceeding to say "bye" and hanging up. At this point I'm livid. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. I get Brenda again, who tells me the manager is not available to speak to. Worst experience ever. I will definitely not be going back.
