I first ordered mozzarella sticks which were decent by fast food standards but I refuse to eat room temperature tomato sauce. I wasn't going to get anything else but they gave me coupons with my first order so I went back to the counter for a two dollar shake which was okay but I wouldn't pay full price for it. The entire staff should be completely retained or fired. Stopped by here at 5pm today and it was hands down the worst Arby's experience I've ever had. The bald guy taking the order presented himself in a verbally aggressive and hostile manner. Just trying to place the order alone was a bad experience. He was completely disrespectful aggressive and downright rude. After approaching the window and receiving my order, the lady at the window forgot to give me some items. When I finally opened my sandwich it was made very poorly. Beef & cheddar sandwiches have this thing called cheddar on them. Maybe next time you guys can put that on? The people who work here have the absolute worst customer service. Had a lady get very awful with me over the intercom in the drive through just because I was double checking about a menu item. Gave me some pretty bad attitude. The boy who actually taking my order was sweet. But whoever that lady was, shouldn't be in customer service. Get some better staff read more

The food was okay, but the service and wait time took forever in the drive through. Me and my sister waited 10 minutes right behind the car that was ordering, then had to wait another 5 while we were trying to order. The food came out okay but the buns on the sliders were really chewy. It also took about 7 minutes at the window to get out food. There were lots of other cars that had left the drive through because of wait times. Please step up your game Arby's. read more

Let me start off by saying I usually love Arby's. I will say from top to bottom the experience was sub par at best. I had to correct the person taking the order 3 times at the speaker and yet again at the window. From the time I got to the speaker to the time I got to the window was close to 20 minutes. Once I finally arrived at the window and paid, I was asked for payment and what kind of sauces I would like. All normal at this point. At this point the manager traded back with the original person that took my order. They handed me a bag of food and said "Here" and left the window. I checked the bag and the food was there, but no sauce and I had not received a drink. The person came back to the window and said "What do you want?!?" I informed them I never received the drink. After much huffing and puffing I finally received my drink. They stared at me without saying anything and handed it out the window. I asked if I could please have my sauce and more huffing and puffing ensued and after correcting them on what sauce I needed finally was on my way. I get home, open up the bag and low and behold after all of this struggle I have the wrong sandwich not even close to what I ordered or what was listed on the receipt. Hit any other fast food joint on this exit. Skip this one until they have more competent and caring staff and management. These guys have checked out. read more

I don't do much fast food, but when I cave, I seek out Arby's. It's not the most consistent fast food chain... you will get lousy food sometimes if you go to different locations. Having been to this Arby's a few times, I can say this is one of the good ones! The staff is always friendly, the food is solid and they get my special order right every time (when will Arby's put the turkey and cheddar back on the menu? and where did the fish sandwich go??). I would go three and a half stars if I could... it is still fast food, though, so four stars seems too high. Now they have their first Yelp review. Bam! read more

Out of all the locations I have been to by far this is the worst. Drive thru is super slow like they are almost doing it on purpose and there is a big wait once you get to the order box even before someone comes to talk to you. I ordered a pecan chicken salad sandwich and it always comes with a leaf of romaine lettuce and they were out it so they used shredded lettuce instead, they were even out of horsey sauce and curly fries. Since I can't give ZERO stars and I had to do 1. Worst place to stop at ever! Go somewhere else anywhere else. You will wait for a very long extended amount of time and they most likely will give the wrong food! I only ordered 2 items, not complicated at all, and they gave me the wrong sandwich. The person in front of me was an employee ordering their food, which took almost 10 minutes and when it was my turn, I was not even acknowledged. I love Gyros and I always have to drive to Denver to get an original style Gyros sandwich. Guess I am spoiled because I always go to the Greek restaurants for Gyros. I decided to give Arby's Restaurant a try, so I order the Gyros sandwich which the traditional style of meat. The had an offer of 2 gyros for $6.00 so I ordered the 2 sandwiches and a small drink and cookie, my bill was just shy of $10.00. which s normal for Arbys, you can't even get out there for not expecting to pay over $7.00 for a cheap meal. I opened the the 1st sandwich, I saw what looked like scrapes of meat o the pita, anyone familiar with gyros, know that the meat is usualy long stripes of a combination of beef and lamb together. but what was on my sandwich was what look like scrapes from carving the cone of meat. I ate a piece of meat off the sandwich and it had no flavor. I asked the manager if this was beef or beef and lamb? She replied beef and lamb and didn't asked why I asked. I opened the 2nd sandwich which had more meat that the 1st one, so I piled the meat from sandwich 1 on to sandwich 2. the pita I got was warm like it was heated in a microwave oven because it was rubbery, it should have been toasted like on a grill or through the bun toaster. all together Arbys should stay out of the ethic sandwiches because the Italian needs some work also. if Arby's is trying to compete with other sandwich shops the better step up their game read more

My group stopped in today on our way to Cheyenne and I can not say this was the greatest experience. The young gentleman at the register was pleasant. There was a young lady who went to open the other register because the line was getting long and she wanted to help. Well, this cranky older lady berated her in front of all the other employees and customers say she wasn't opening that register. She continued to go on and on about it. That one situation made me feel so uncomfortable, not to mention there is a sign that says hiring smiles? Maybe you management should fix it's current toxic employee situation. I say employee because you could clearly see that the one lady brought everyone down! It's a fast food restaurant, key word being FAST and if you have an employee who is taking initiative and trying to get customers through the line faster, that should be something to praise. The food was decent for fast food but the ketchup was out, the DR. Pepper was out and the dining room was pretty dirty. So it was meh, if I lived here I definitely wouldn't be back. read more

I have been coming through the drive thru here a few times a week. I always get the same thing, 2 roast beef singles. One day they gave them to me completely full of the plastic-like end part of the loaf and it was totally inedible. I called them back, and they agreed to remake my meal, which I accepted, but I was on the way to work and couldn't come back at the time (the girl I talked to on the phone was really nice). I went back the next day, this time in the dining area, and explained to the shift manager, Abby, what had happened and was immediately greeted with a hostile attitude. When I tried to describe the young lady whom I'd talked to previously, she started denying that anybody like that even worked there, and was basically calling me a liar. She then made a remark in a very childish tone about whether or not i was in the right store. At this point I was very annoyed with Abby, the shift manager, and Arby's now in general for throwing such a fit for being asked to do their job correctly. I wasn't angry at the mistake, I just wished it corrected as promised and I would have gone my merry way a fully satisfied Arby's customer. Now, I will never give my business to that place again and I advise you not to as well. read more
