Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich used to be so good, the breading on the chicken is falling off, the texture of the chicken tastes like they pulled it out of the bottom of a box in the corner of a freezer. With these prices wendys is charging you would think you'd get a decent sadnwich. read more

the burger bun was stale as it wasn't fresh tasting or looking. the diet coke tasted like carbonated selzer with no Coke syrup in it. the french fries tasted like they had been deep fried in older oil. the chicken nuggets smelled greasy so i didnt eat them. it wasnt the first time the meal didnt taste fresh. Like any fast food going to Wendy's can be hit or miss on how the food tastes. I have never been to this one and I am not too sure I want to go back. I ordered a regular Wendy's Hamburger. The one on the number 1 combo. The hamburger's taste was completely ruined by what I believe to be uber nasty pickles. They tasted like fish. Maybe they were on the verge... or just past the verge. Anyway it tasted really gross. I had the chicken tenders which tasted alright but not that hamburger! Blech! I had fishy pickle burps the rest of the night. In one word. Ugh! read more

This is probably the most disgusting Wendy's experience I've ever had. No one in line, I went easily through the drive thru. Took her 5 minutes to hand me my soda that was sitting on the other side of the window. Dr. Pepper didn't taste right, almost tasted flat. Got my food. Fries and nuggets were completely cold. Got home and checked the burger I waited 10 minutes for. I asked for no tomato. There was tomato. Also, got something else I didn't request. RAW MEAT. I couldn't even eat the soggy, disgusting meal. I will NEVER return here. Why did I wait for 10 minutes for a burger that wasn't even cooked? The rest of the lobby and restaurant was completely empty. No excuse. Fire your workers!!! read more

I came here on my drive back to Wyoming from the Denver airport late at night. The service was typical good Wendy's. The food tasted fresh and was hot. I came in and did a mobile order and ordered a bacon chicken and they forgot the bacon I called him and he offered to remake my entire order without having to give the old back. When I got there he gave me large fry and drink and went completely out of his way to make things right. This is what we need more of not a large fry and drink but outstanding customer service when a mistake happens. The customer service was more than merely above and beyond whatever standard one might use; the customer service was exemplary. Not only did they handle my particular problem with ease, there was a totally unexpected and wonderfully generous --it WAS delicious as well!-- chocolate chip cookie in the bag! The food was perfectly cooked and --as I ordered-- free from the salt bath that is common elsewhere. I REALLY like this fat food burger place. The hamburgers are really good, the green tea & lomenade are one of the best I've had. I absolutely LOVE the french fries. And the chili's the best on a cool or cold day. The soda machine gives more sections then McDonald's, Good Times, Taco Bell, & Del Taco. The service is fast & curtious. read more

Came for dinner tonight, several people in line but no one taking orders. The two girls Marissa (took our order) and Vanessa were taking orders one at a time. Both girls were playing with their hair in between orders. Before taking our order Vanessa decided to bring out cleaning supplies and wipe down trays. She put the cleaning supplies away and jumped right back into fulfilling our order. I asked her to wash her hands, she replied snarky I haven't touched any food. Service was slow, the cooking area filthy. I watched the girl working drive through pick up a handful of fries off the floor place them in the trash then put a fry order together. Slowest drive-thru ever. Dont plan on a fast food. They move slow and don't always have everything on the menu. I have sat for over 30 minutes without moving and once you are stuck in line you cannot get out. The employees do not care and move slowly not even focused on fulfilling orders.
