I had two bad visits in a row. First time I ordered a double cheeseburger and add mayo and bacon. I didn't see anyone in the back to make it and after a few minutes the lady up front went back to go make it when some other lady came out of a back room. I watched her make it as she proceeded to add lettuce, tomato and no mayo or bacon. She wrapped it up and put it in the window. As the lady up front handed it to me, I informed her that it was made wrong. She tried telling her what was supposed to be on it and she removed the lettuce and added mayo. I yelled to also add the bacon. So after all that, the manager gave me 2 free cookies. I get to the car and it still had tomato on it. Jeesh. I again stopped last Saturday around noon, it wasn't busy but I waited 11 minutes for my double cheeseburger. WTF is wrong with this place? read more

Ordered Sausage "Grilled" Cheese Breakfast Sandwich... came with cold bread, called restaurant to complain and was told by worker this is how it's made... I said it's called grilled cheese, it's grilled toasted/buttered in picture... she still insisted this is how it's made... I said I've had it before... then she said the manager had the sandwich and said it wasn't right and she went on to say "they put it in the machine and it comes out that way and we told the manager but it is not working..." Fuckin' trash! Came through the drive through this morning and waited almost 15 minutes just to order. Only reason I came here was for the 2 for $2.49 sausage & egg biscuits. The cashier kept telling me she would be right with me after constantly asking if they were ready. Got to the window and waited another 10 minutes to pay and get my food. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARL'S JR. I could understand if they were busy and had a lot of customers but there was one customer in front of me in drive through and one person inside. read more

Given the choice between Carl's Jr. and the gauntlet of other fast food joints at this I-25 oasis, you have to go with Carl's Jr. Why? 1. It's on the east side of the highway - super easy on and off the highway when you're going north 2. Much fresher and better quality beef, chicken, toppings and fries, regardless of the time of day 3. Friendly staff 4. Sweet potato fries 5. Sweet potato fries (yes they're that good, and you'll get a fresh batch when you order because they don't keep them sitting in the warmer for hours like the regular fries) 6. Stopped by for breakfast to get some biscuits and gravy, which I normally get when there is a Carl's around. Coffee was great, as were the biscuits and gravy, but I decided to try a steak and egg burrito too. Wow, it was good and the service fast and polite! Dining room was empty at 7am, not sure why. I've had two horrible experiences here the first was 10 years ago when I got drive through for my family and even before I took a bite I was overcome with a horrible odor when I picked apart my order I found a disgustinging stinking pubic hair on my chicken sandwich.. I personally haven't eaten there since..the second is much more upsetting.. my son and his friends went there today after lunch and he ordered but his friends did not while he was in restroom an associate came out looking for someone's order and mistakenly gave them extra food it was probably a big misunderstanding .. the associate called the cops!!! Because my child's friend accepted his order.. which was wrong.. they held them there for hours forced them to pay to the accidental meal had 3 squad cars called threatened these four honor roll athletes with criminal charges !!!! Then when I called the manager whom bty never was present all she could say was "these kids" and I don't care if no one you know ever comes to Carl's Jr.. and I don't have to tell you my name!"... I am not stopping here.. I am calling corporate.. I am posting on every social media site I can.. my kids did nothing wrong read more

Where to begin, with the food or the service? When it comes to fast food, this location was pretty standard for franchise burger and fries type places. Underpaid employees driven to work at faster paces equaling low quality service. Such as messing up orders (lack of attention to detail) and handing us drink cups that are dripping with soda and blowing us off when we ask them for napkins to dry them off before we bring them into the car. As we drove out of the drive through their garbage cans were overflowing with trash. Once we got to eat the food it made me feel sad. Soggy fried bits, flat gross burgers, etc. Their fries were ok though and they had cherry coke as an option so as long as they keep their fryers and carbonation machines up all hope isn't lost. read more

Great for fast food. I would say its close to restaurant average. Its very clean and not packed. Its the closest chain like in-n-out that's a chain and national. Whenever I am waiting for my food at the drive-through, at nights there is this nice lady that talks to me while I'm waiting. She deserves a raise for being so polite and friendly. read more
