It's always a 50/50 at this McDonald's. I rarely eat fast food but some McDonald's never hurts right? In this case wrong. I could repeat my order over and over again. And somehow still have missing items and/or just the completely different thing, it's not even the interaction. Even when DoorDash they still mess it up. Filet-O-Fish is my go-to McDonalds meal. This was one of the worst I've ever gotten. It had only half a slice of cheese (really, why??), a small piece of fish and just a dab of tartar sauce. Usually McD's errs on the side of too much sauce, which is the right thing to do. People can take some off if it's too much, but you're screwed wth a tasteless sandwich if there's not enough. Customer service is completely atrocious and I do not recommend going here. I was accompanied by a lady on the drive-thru screen who a worker cleaning outside called her Amber. I had finished ordering when she had called me a "bitch" and I do not tolerate any of that dialogue especially in front of my three children. Along with that I had seen her yelling at a young lady who had appeared to be taking out the orders. Despite the bad service the food was up to par and came out quick. read more

It probably would help to hire people, or even train them, how to properly and effectively use a multi ordering window. Also, maybe the young people could be taught how customer service works as well. When you ask US what we ordered, don't walk away in the middle of us telling you. When you charge us, it's your job to pay attention to the flow, not ours (we have our own jobs and responsibilities). Also, provide a receipt with the orders since at this point, we have completely lost faith in your ability to perform your job. Don't demand a higher pay when you provide a less than minimum wage performance. Stay in school kids. read more

I just went thru the drive thru at this location about 20 mins ago. First off, I pull up, and they informed me that they're only taking cash. They ask if it's OK, and I say yes. I told the guy that I would like to order a chocolate fudge sundae. He gave me the price of the sundae "including" tax, and it was the same price advertised before tax. There's one vehicle ahead of me and I waited about 7 mins until they handed him his bag of food. I was up next. I waited another 5 mins while the blonde guy with the nose ring threw some fries in a container and finally a Hispanic gal with braids in her hair came over to the window to ask if I had ordered "the two cheeseburgers." I inform her that I had only ordered a sundae. She goes to make the sundae and about three minutes later, comes back with the sundae to take my cash payment, and when I asked about peanuts she said they were out of peanuts. It's completely unacceptable that it took so long to get my sundae that should have taken 30 seconds to make. One also has to wonder if these employees are even ringing up the orders in the system, and aren't just stealing from management, as they're only accepting cash, not computing tax, and have ZERO clue what you ordered when you get to the window. Such a shame business owners would allow a business to be such a disgrace. Excellent location, modern design, large with many tables and self serve menu kiosks. But... complete filth. Every trashcan was overflowing with visible trash. Trays were not picked up. Ketchup and soda stains on the drink station. So dirty you don't even know if the napkins are clean. Not one chair was pushed in. Crumbs and trash at every table and on the floor. Bathroom was so dirty that washing your hands doesn't even clean them. Flys everywhere. I, the customer felt like asking if I could clean for them. The eggs had some moist gooey film I had to throw them out. I didn't even trust how the kitchen looked and I didn't trust how the food was made but unfortunately i ate it. By no means was this review an exaggeration. I felt sick and dirty leaving this place. Very clean and a beautiful building. Unfortunately the service was not very good. Our order was wrong twice and when I went to get one of the orders fixed, I had to wait for about 5 minutes to get the fixed sandwich. I only needed one sandwich. There was one worker who was (in my opinion) very good at her job. She noticed when customers where waiting for long periods of time. She had a smile on her face and she got the remade food to us quickly. After she got inside of course. She also apologized for the wait and the mix up. While placing an order for 3 items it seemed like we were asking them how to do brain surgery... Maybe that's the problem. Maybe brain surgery could fix their issues? Maybe not. Very Very Slow Service! I go to this McDonalds often due to the fact that it is the only one in the area, but every time I go through the drive thru regardless of how many cars are in line - it takes forever to get my food! I went there twice last week and had to wait 15-20 minutes each time for my food, and the second time they forgot one of my big macs!
