Stopped in here for lunch one day. Ordered the classic chicken sandwich - add cheese, onions, and tomatoes, plus an order of onion rings, and a bottle of water. I had a short window of time to wolf down my lunch and get back to my training class. I found my sandwich to be cold, the onion rings were less than crisp and hot. I bought the spicy chicken salad today. The chicken was so so but in their advertisement it says "fresh " which it's not. It's prepaid and place into a refrigerator. For how long I don't know but the tomatoes look like it died days ago. The buffalo croton is more like hard turkey stuffing turned to dust. Not a happy camper. Came here today and it was very dirty! The floor under the soda machine was covered in 1/2" of sticky soda. The play place tables had obviously not been cleaned in a while, and the air returns are filthy. read more

Burger King - Gross! - Burgers Near Me - Firestone, Colorado

I just waited in the drive through for 23 minutes. Crazy part is, I was the only car in the line.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a 6 piece nugget and a medium diet Coke. After about 10 minutes, we were told that the person who took our order never put it in the computer and no one could find her. They had no idea what we ordered. About five minutes later, we were asked to order again and pay. It took 5 more minutes for her to come back with the nuggets and a small Sprite. At no time did we order Sprite at all. It took another two minutes for us to get our medium diet (that was flat). Meantime, she hadn't given us back our card that we paid with. We waited a few more minutes for someone to come to the window...and try to make us pay for the person behind us' order...to request our card be returned. No idea why our card sat in there so long. What were they doing with our card? I'll be watching for suspicious activity. read more

Burger King had a special on Whoppers 2 for $6. This branch decided that it would put cheese burger patties instead of the whopper patties to save money. Asked them about it and they said I could order the $5 Whopper and get the large Patty. read more

You would think I would know better coming to this location. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with mayo and a 4 piece mozzarella sticks with ranch. Got back to work and there's no ranch (who eats mozzarella sticks without ranch??) so they went in the garbage since I won't eat that crappy marinara sauce. No mayo on the burger and no receipt in my bag or given to me at the window. I guess I should be lucky the burger was hot, even though it wasn't what I ordered. read more

I've been meaning to write a review for this place. I went here twice about 6 months ago and both experiences were terrible!! Both times were a bit later at night, before midnight, and the customer service was awful. The workers were rude and they forgot 2 items from our order the first time. The second time was about a month later, we figured we just caught them on a bad night. So, we tried again. Even worse. Customer service again, was awful, but this time, they took it up a notch. My boyfriend was eating his burger and about halfway through, we look down on the paper wrapping and there is a CLUMP of hair!!! We both almost threw up!! AND they forgot an item AGAIN! I went through the drive through on a Thursday evening and ordered some nuggets and chicken fries. Found out they were out of chicken fries so instead of just replacing the chicken fries with nuggets, the employee offered me another order of chicken nuggets and a dessert on top of that. I would've been satisfied with just replacing the chicken fries with nuggets, but that made my day. read more

At least you get your food eventually. Seems like every time I go to get food from here there's issues. Went with friends and they almost finished their food by the time we got ours. Today I went and the older lady over the speaker in the drive through kept saying is that it in an irritated voice and how there would be a wait on my order. It was a $35 dollar order and they acted like I ordered one of everything. I don't care if I did, do you damn job or find a job you want to do!! I got up to the window some older white guy said we have another $40 dollar order it's going to be a bit. I waited out front it didn't take to long.
