I'm disappointed I have to give this place 1 star. As a chain, one would hope the quality and service would be consistent, but it's not. My wife used to work for Qdoba cooperate and knows the ins and outs of the company, but this location falls very short. The staff are a bunch of pretentious, arrogant, incompetent kids that struggle to follow simple directions. Management clearly wants to be everyone's friend instead of a mentor or leader. During my latest order, my wife's requests were met with eye rolling and attitude. There's always two sides to the story, but this time, she was simply trying to add ingredients to my burrito and the employee kept trying to wrap it after the meat section. The quality of food has significantly declined as well. The last three times we've gone in the chicken has been burned crispy, chips over salted and taco salad shells broken prior to order and served anyway (even after a request for a new one). But oh - the broken shell is the last one! Multiple employees standing around talking and playing on their phones, but nobody ensuring ingredients are prepped to get through the day. If this is a cooperate store, they could do better. If it's a franchise, good luck. I live in Frederick, but I'll drive into Longmont from now on. I can deal with the food issues, but the attitudes and arrogance will keep my family out for good. read more

My wife and I will never look at this place as somewhere we want to eat again! Disgustingly dirty from the floors to the ceiling!! I'm surprised corporate doesn't shut this location down for as many one star ratings it has received, and it would seem nothing has been done about any of the issues!! We waited in line and observed unprofessional kitchen practices and unorganized staff drag their asses while they had a line 10 deep. This was just enough time to determine we don't won't food from here and walked out. Are people blind?! They are still coming here for food they plan on putting in their bodies! This establishment needs a complete revamp, better house keeping practices, more professional staff that actually look like they showered that day, hairnets and why not masks since they are preparing my food in front of me during the beginning of another government COVID cycle! It appeared the manager was working the front line while attempting to orchestrate the crew, who moved like molasses, and didn't listen to her anyways. I'm sure she's not getting paid enough to put up with that! Furthermore, even since COVID 2020 began, getting limes or hot sauce were made unavailable with our food which ruins the whole experience. Not even after we came out of the restrictions did this come back. Hey corporate, wake up! UPDATE....corporate just responded to my review, like many other one star reviewers, requesting me to go a step further and email their corporate office! How about you just go fix the problem and stop doing nothing about the issue you are obviously already aware of?! I usually don't post reviews. However the experience here today was so bad I feel like everyone should know to stay away. We ordered online and picked up in store. When we got home we saw our order was completely wrong. Missing ingredients and wrong items. When we called the store to see what could be done. We were greeted by a very rude employee who truly didn't care about customer service. They did not care what we had to say and told us they truly didn't care. It was "our problem now". The missing ingredients were main parts of our meal so it was not editable. We ended up throwing away everything since we couldn't even eat it. This is very unfortunate. A simple refund would have turned this situation around. But that was the worst customer service and food we've ever experienced. This experience feels like entrapment with intent to defraud and in my eyes is considered fraud. read more

I have never been to a Qdoba that uses foil instead of lids. The first time I got it over two months ago they said they ran out of lids. Fast forward to now and they are still using foil and not lids. 4 nachos stacked on each other with foil lids created a huge mess. I want my money back and an apology, along with an actual lid instead be being a cheap skate. read more

Keeping it simple. This Qdoba is clean. They are quick and courteous. This may be standard at any Qdoba but they'll ofter to let you try anything on the line if you're curious about the taste (I tried the two new quesos, it was great!). Generally, they give generous portions. I don't know how they do it, but the food on the line always looks fresh. And every day, they get MOBBED with a serious lunch rush (there are several large businesses nearby along with a highschool). There might be a long line and sometimes it does take a while - but that happens. They handle it well and with a smile. I've eaten here MANY times and the only inconsistency I've noticed is the amount of chips and queso you get. Sometimes it's too few chips, sometimes it's much less queso than other times. Well some Qdobas are just better than others. Since the food is the same at just about all of them, it comes down to service and small details. They've got fairly long lines around lunch time, but they are speedy. The service is always really good and the staff are friendly. I'll often get the 3-cheese nachos, and there are some Qdobas that really over-salt their chips. Not this place, they make them perfectly!! Nothing bad to say about this place at all. Service is friendly. I eat qdoba usually twice a week at various locations so I do enjoy this place. However, the two times ive been to this one they give me small portions of meat in the bowl. I asked what's up with that and was given the "this is a serving" response. Can tell this portioning comes from trainers/managers. Common guys.. Its not normal. We were moving today, and we ordered lunch for our moving crew. We have three guys moving our house and they barely got enough to eat for $50. My wife went to order and bring home. They had attitude, portions were scant for Burrito bowls. Barely any chicken in one of the bowls and my wife asked, so the girl serving literally put in 2 pieces more of chicken. Worst service ever. This place has gone downhill. Our burritos were extremely small and clueless employee. Lately this location has gone downhill. The restaurant itself looks dirty and poor maintained all the time. My husband went in to get two burritos. I said I wanted a little amount of rice the guy did that but also didn't hardly put any other other ingredients in besides a crap load of sour cream. I basically was eating a sour cream burrito. When the guy was making my husbands burrito he kept on asking my husband the amount of each ingredient in his, like he didn't know what he was doing. My husband told him to make it like normal. Both our burritos were so small we had to eat something after when normally the burritos are so big they fill us up before we eat it. Every time I come in late to place they are unbelievably rude. I came in at 9 today.. keep in mind they close at ten. All the food was put away and the 2 workers, one being a manger couldn't even greet me let alone have a conversation. Jeremy is the biggest asshole ever this has happened multiple times. I understand when someone walks in 5 minutes before you close but his attitude is no where near okay l. Alright, everyone knows Qdoba. However, each one is different. Are their chips too salty? Queso too gooey? Sauce too tomatoey? Are these even words anymore? Anyways, I digress. This Qdoba is stellar. They always load up whatever you are getting. Also, since this is just about the only place other than Quiznos to get good food in this area for lunch, they have double of everything on the line so you get through very fast. I ordered nachos and they gave me chips and queso and still charged me for the nachos and I could tell that the people in the line knew my order was wrong but didn't say anything. Had a horrible experience here today. I ordered a breakfast burrito with egg & potato. They were in the process of cooking more eggs, so I had to wait while the eggs cooked, which was no big deal. When they did finally make my burrito it was half the size it normally was (and yes, I always order the regular size). It was disappointing to wait so long for a chintzy burrito. When I complained to the manager there was no offer to remake the burrito or anything. He just asked me if I wanted a refund. I accepted the refund (with a halfhearted apology and no offer of anything for my frustration). Worst of all, the whole time I was there it seemed like the exhaust vent on the grills weren't working and the whole place was filled with smoke. My hair and clothes smell like burnt chicken! Ugh! I am just a little more than dissatisfied with Qdoba as a company. I myself have stopped eating there years ago as they do not provide a vegetarian option of substance like their competition Chipotle. I do however purchase food their often for my son that was until tonight. Qdoba has offered a ala carte option for few items on a burrito. Tonight I was told they no longer offer it. This option was always work to get anyways due to employees never being consistent with what qualified as a Ala carte. It was 3 ingredients than another would say 4 some would say 5 cause your meat doesn't count IDK. But it was cheaper. Now why would you pay 8.90 for rice, beans, steak, and sour cream when the person before you orders 12 items on their's? And it's never consistent on how much of each item you get. Qdoba really needs to get their business consistent, cater to new food trends ie.. vegan/vegetarian and take a look at some cost options for the consumer who chooses not to put everything on the menu on their burrito. As it stands if I did eat there I would pay the same price for no meat on mine as someone who did get meat ( you would think this would be the most costly ingredient for the company. read more
