No queso even put a hole in the middle for depth. No queso.

Ordered a burrito online with cilantro rice, beef, veggies, 3 cheese queso, beans, cilantro, salsa, and guacamole. The app said it should be ready at a certain time. I go in and they say that the order is being made. I politely waited around 10 minutes for my order on top of coming to the store at the last possible minute that the app said my food should be done by. I'm handed my bag and I'm just happy my food is done and I can drive home to eat. I eat about a quarter of the burrito and I am searching for the queso. While searching I notice that I don't see any cheese, my rice is brown, and there's no cilantro taste at all. There were very few pieces of tomato from the salsa as if they ran out and gave me the absolute last droppings. I call the store to let them my order was wrong in a nice manner. I'm already home and eating the thing unsatisfied but it's edible. A lady calls over the guy that made my order and asked about my order and he says he did it right which he obviously thought he did because I have the order he made. No apologies no offer for compensation (which I would've declined since I'm understanding of mistakes and the good customer service would've been enough for me) anything. They said "so you got brown rice?" I respond yes. And they get snappy saying that there's no possible way you got brown rice because we didn't have brown rice at that time. As if I was trying to get over on them. I told her I picked through the burrito and there's no green anywhere in the rice and I can't taste cilantro. There's also no queso at all. They said something about all the toppings mix together or whatever. I said " if you say so" and the conversation was ended without any courtesy or empathy. Once again I wasn't speaking in a rude tone and with the interaction, I could tell that she going to continue to make me out to be a liar. Anyways photos below. There's no specks of cilantro anywhere in the rice and it's very much clearly brown. And I poked a whole throughout the burrito.....no queso.

We went here and got two burrito bowls. I was really hoping for a lot of flavor but that is not what we got. There was quite a bit of food and a lot of items to choose from however when you ate it the flavor was very flat. We received a free order of chips for a check in. They were pretty tasty, fresh fried and salted well however we didn't eat very many because we were watching our carbs. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and I especially like that they offered a military discount. They definitely took a lot of pride in their establishment.

The food was pretty good but I have to say that I was quite dissatisfied when the restaurant was super hot inside. It definitely hits the spot if you want Mexican food.

What is the point of being open until 10pm but stopping making burritos, and quesadillas at 9:30pm? Won't be coming back to this location.

Wasn't busy when we went it. Food wasn't that special. What's the difference between this and chipotle?

We got catering from this restaurant. The chips were either stale or undercooked. The guac was dark (old). Otherwise food was good.

Same "host" was our server. She started by trying to sell us on the buffet with was closing in 15 minutes. When we declined she took a another 15 min to come back to take our order. We weren't offered any chips and salsa (note for later) 30+ minutes later our food arrived. Both orders were missing items. While we were waiting for our rice and sauce for chicken, we noticed tables that came in after us getting chips and salsa when seated. When we asked our server, she said that we didn't get any because they were "making more chips" when we originally sat. Did she offer any when ready? Nope. Server never came back to check on our food or refill drinks. Had to track her down at the bar, again hanging out with co-workers, to pay our check. I'd give it a zero if I could. They must prey on first timers like us that don't know any better. Now we do.

I know the building is old but still the smell was off-putting. We were seated and were given chips and salsa. The salsa was very good - that is what earned the 2 stars for this review. The chips were ok - on the thicker side but still ok. While perusing the menu, I found some of the menu prices to be a little ridiculous. For example, on the a la carte menu, a side of rice and refried beans was like $8.50? Yikes. Rice alone was $5 something? Ordinarily, rice and beans are inexpensive so the prices seemed a little high to me. My daughter ordered fajitas and I ordered the quesabirria taco platter that came with rice and beans because I figured for what they were charging for them, they must be something special. She ordered a Coke to drink and I ordered unsweetened iced tea. Her soda arrived completely flat - not one bubble to be found. My tea was undrinkable - it tasted of terrible, terrible tap water with no tea flavor whatsoever. I was surprised when our food arrived. I have ordered fajitas countless times from multiple restaurants and they are always served on a sizzling skillet. While the fajitas were served on a skillet, it was not the sizzling, steamy presentation found in other places. Instead, she was given a barely warm serving of small, rubbery shrimp along with standard fajita fare. We were there between lunch and dinner and there were only maybe 2 or 3 other tables so I don't understand why she wasn't served a fresh dish. She picked at what was on the skillet and was so unimpressed, she never even opened up the tortillas to make an actual fajita. Quesabirria tacos are my favorite and I was very much looking forward to them. I was disappointed in these as well. They were barely lukewarm and the cheese inside was not even melted. The dipping sauce was bland. I am very thankful that the rice and beans came with my platter instead of paying the high price of a la carte because both were not good. The beans were like a pureed soup and very loose/watery. The rice had no flavor. I ate about 1/2 of one taco and gave up. No, we did not complain or send the food back. I wrote it off as a one and done experience and knew I would never go back. The final insult was when I got the bill. On top of the high prices of the not so great food, they charged $4.50 for a flat Coke and $4.50 for an unsweetened "iced tea" that tasted of stale swamp water. I understand restaurant prices are rising but that seemed extreme to me. I was very much looking forward to trying this place as the other Mexican restaurants in the area are meh at best and was bummed to find this place even worse.
