I would go here VERY often, customer service has been horrible for a while, ignored it because i preferred here rather than Chipotle but not only has the customer service been horrible but I've been getting the same exact order for over a year now... the workers want to add attitude and extra charge for something new everytime? Get upset with you for them hearing you wrong? I get very veryyyy few topics compared to others and if I asked for double of a topping why am I getting charged extra? When like I said I barely add toppings as it is. What's the difference between me getting double of a topping ( not protein) rather than me getting multiple of different toppings?? And it's not even the same toppings I would get told extra charge it's always something different? This has been going on for a few months and I'm saying something now because I am a general manager at another food place so I understand food cost but this is crazy. Ordered a burrito online with cilantro rice, beef, veggies, 3 cheese queso, beans, cilantro, salsa, and guacamole. The app said it should be ready at a certain time. I go in and they say that the order is being made. I politely waited around 10 minutes for my order on top of coming to the store at the last possible minute that the app said my food should be done by. I'm handed my bag and I'm just happy my food is done and I can drive home to eat. I eat about a quarter of the burrito and I am searching for the queso. While searching I notice that I don't see any cheese, my rice is brown, and there's no cilantro taste at all. There were very few pieces of tomato from the salsa as if they ran out and gave me the absolute last droppings. I call the store to let them my order was wrong in a nice manner. I'm already home and eating the thing unsatisfied but it's edible. A lady calls over the guy that made my order and asked about my order and he says he did it right which he obviously thought he did because I have the order he made. No apologies no offer for compensation (which I would've declined since I'm understanding of mistakes and the good customer service would've been enough for me) anything. They said "so you got brown rice?" I respond yes. And they get snappy saying that there's no possible way you got brown rice because we didn't have brown rice at that time. As if I was trying to get over on them. I told her I picked through the burrito and there's no green anywhere in the rice and I can't taste cilantro. There's also no queso at all. They said something about all the toppings mix together or whatever. I said " if you say so" and the conversation was ended without any courtesy or empathy. Once again I wasn't speaking in a rude tone and with the interaction, I could tell that she going to continue to make me out to be a liar. Anyways photos below. There's no specks of cilantro anywhere in the rice and it's very much clearly brown. And I poked a whole throughout the burrito.....no queso. read more

Tried to visit at 845 on a Friday evening. Website says that they close at ten. Hours on the door also says open till ten. When we got there, chairs were on the table and doors were locked. Staff in the back obviously cleaning to close for the night. Would leave zero stars if possible. read more

We went here and got two burrito bowls. I was really hoping for a lot of flavor but that is not what we got. There was quite a bit of food and a lot of items to choose from however when you ate it the flavor was very flat. We received a free order of chips for a check in. They were pretty tasty, fresh fried and salted well however we didn't eat very many because we were watching our carbs. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and I especially like that they offered a military discount. They definitely took a lot of pride in their establishment. read more

I've ordered my salad online through an app. I drove 7 minutes away and by the time I got there, my food was ready! I ate inside and my salad was a lot! They gave me big portions I asked for extra and they put more than I'd expected especially with the sour cream. They are generous with their portions unlike chipotle( I stopped eating there for a while). They gave me a lot that I have enough for later yay! The food was delicious. I gave it 4 stars because the dining area needs some sweeping. After all, the floor is sticky too . Also, the tables needs to be wiped. read more

Seriously....this Qdoba is fine. It's a chain restaurant so the ingredients were up to par. Only thing that slowed down the line was a confused customer. - The customer chose to study the menu as they were "in line". Still staff found a way to help her and her two kids while checking me and another woman out in a timely fashion. I ordered a burrito which was neatly wrapped with great portions. Sign on the door says mandatory masks but male cooking has no mask on but has ear buds in. Same cool suggests to coworkers to sell the chicken and not the steak because he doesn't want to cook anymore. Food served is not hot or even warm. Boy in the service line can't roll a burrito so he pours half out to be able to roll it. Soda machine only has a couple of choices. Corn has more green pepper than corn. My family and I stopped here on our way from CT to VA for dinner. I've heard good things about qdoba but this one didn't live up to what I've heard. Most of the items were low or almost empty and the veggies were undercooked. The employees were nice but apathetic at first. The food was decent but when we finished eating my mom accidentally threw out her taco tray in the garbage. She felt bad so she told the cashier on her way to the bathroom. When she was in the bathroom the three employees were laughing about it and saying that they weren't going to be the one sticking their hands in the trash. I couldn't hear everything they were saying but they were laughing about it the entire time she was in the bathroom- all while helping a line of customers! read more

I got a pork burrito, and I'd say it was basic. I was super hungry, so it certainly made me happy. Unfortunately, I had to remind the guy that they provide chips with burritos. Good food, good service. The staff makes sure to make it to order and you get extras like free guacamole and queso unlike that other place. They will add grilled vegetables to your quesadilla with no hassle. They will give you extra beans or vegetables in your bowl. If you do not think you have enough, just ask. Theving management and they have no sense of urgency with online orders. We ordered from the online service twice and ended up waiting longer than people who walked in to order on both instances. We were offered coupons to make up for the inconvenience; however, when we used them the manager treated me like I stole the coupons. The coupons were never applied to the bill. We called several times to discuss with the manager and she never returned my call. Don't order online and don't expect management to listen to your complaints. I've eaten here twice the last several months. The food is good, quality fast food. However, the servers are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'm not sure how they hire, train and motivate their employees, but they're doing something right. I highly recommend this location! read more
