The person taking orders was ready as soon as we drove up, and waited while we figured out our order. The young lady at the cashier window was pleasant; she verified our order and quickly processed the payment. Our food was hot, fresh and ready to go when we pulled up to the third window. Now, let me say I had the best Wendy's fries of my life today at this location. They were so good that I legit entertained the thought of turning around to go back through the drive thru again just for more fries. They were so good that my nephew who was riding shotgun and specifically told me he didn't want fries with his burger couldn't keep his hands out of them until I actually yelled at him. They were so good that the half of the fries Id intended to save for my 2yo was only about 10 fries by the time we got to her. I'm just in town visiting but my local Wendy's in Georgia could never produce fries this crisp and perfectly salted. I also ordered a Cobb salad. All of the ingredients were fresh. The bacon was soooo crisp and delicious (which, honestly, is the quality I expect from Wendy's). My accessory items (pack of onion crisps, fork, napkins, and dressing) were packaged neatly in an accompanying paper sleeve/sack. I'd legit go back to this location again and again if I could.

I found that when you ordered a sub, they simply called out the #, and that reminded me of the Hot Dog Shoppe in Butler. The subs themselves didn't look unique but the freshest vegetables., meats, cheeses made this sub EXCELLENT! I would easily rate this a 5, and only reason a 4, I was unaware of the selections of breads and other extras that were available, and wished I had known this better. A reason to return for sure, this location, service, and taste? Nostalgic like Bob's Subs in Slippery Rock, this was DELICIOUS! (Sorry no pic of the sub as it was that good, it was gone in seconds!)

They told me that they have to only slice a particular number of meat slices for each sandwich, based on the size you order. The thing is, if the slicer is on super thin, those 3 or 4 slices, equal to 1 whole slice cut a little thicker. I'm a fan but it's not cool to skimp on the meats that we are paying big bucks for for a sandwich. I want my sandwiches to look like what is portrayed on billboards and commercials.

I came here one weekday evening about 45 minutes prior to them closing, and they were still getting orders coming in. I got a three tender meal with fries and a lemonade, and it took a reasonable amount of time for my order to be ready since they were making the chicken to order. The staff was polite and patient as I observed them helping out other customers with questions and more complex orders. When my order was ready it came in a cute reusable bag with their logo and info on it. The chicken and fries were hot, crispy, and well seasoned. The dipping sauce I selected had the Raising Cane's vibe which I love. Great portions too. FYI, there's no drive thru, so you'll need to order inside.
