I'm not sure what the one star reviews are about but this was a great Wendy's drive thru experience for me. The person taking orders was ready as soon as we drove up, and waited while we figured out our order. The young lady at the cashier window was pleasant; she verified our order and quickly processed the payment. Our food was hot, fresh and ready to go when we pulled up to the third window. Now, let me say I had the best Wendy's fries of my life today at this location. They were so good that I legit entertained the thought of turning around to go back through the drive thru again just for more fries. They were so good that my nephew who was riding shotgun and specifically told me he didn't want fries with his burger couldn't keep his hands out of them until I actually yelled at him. They were so good that the half of the fries Id intended to save for my 2yo was only about 10 fries by the time we got to her. I'm just in town visiting but my local Wendy's in Georgia could never produce fries this crisp and perfectly salted. I also ordered a Cobb salad. All of the ingredients were fresh. The bacon was soooo crisp and delicious (which, honestly, is the quality I expect from Wendy's). I get to the window get my food, and I get a burger with onions, pickles, and mayonnaises. Remember I got a junior bacon cheeseburger, but there was no bacon! In the past 30+ years, I've eaten at a lot of Wendy's. While this particular Wendy's isn't the best one I've been to, it's not the worst either. Based on the experience I had today, I don't understand why so many people gave it one star. This Wendy's is attached to a gas station and off to the side of the road which makes it hard to find. The inside of the Wendy's was very clean. The food was what I'd expect. The reason I'm not giving a higher rating is due to trouble understanding the pricing on the menu and getting clarification from the staff. It was hard to tell that the lowest price for some of the combos was actually the price for the sandwich and not the meal. Otherwise, our visit was fine. read more

So this is the second time I've ordered a frosty from this Wendy's and they only use small cups no matter what size you order. I first ordered a medium and they gave me a small. Today I ordered a large and it was in a small cup. These were both in the drive-thru after the lobby was closed. I remember a day that I could pay a little extra and get a 32oz frosty jeez. I am very disappointed in this Wendy's. I don't know why I continue going here when my experience every time has never been good. In the past, they've forgotten our fries, and other items in our order. They've also given us someone else's order multiple times before. I should also mention that a chicken sandwich my brother ordered had a long strand of hair in the middle of it, coated in mayonnaise. When I got home, I saw that I didn't get the spicy chicken sandwich I paid for. Instead, I was given a plain burger with lettuce and tomatoes. I was incredibly disappointed by the baked potato as it was what I had been looking forward to the most. The name of the item says "sour cream & chives". They forgot the sour cream for my potato. They didn't even give sour cream packets for it either, but thank GOD they knew to sprinkle the chives on this plain potato and pass it off like it was okay. Whoever is in charge of this specific restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for allowing customers to receive their orders like this. I love Wendy's, but this restaurant in particular is awful. I don't know what has changed at this location but they should keep it going! Each time I come to this location my order is correct, not greasy, just picture perfect! A picture would have been added but it was devoured too quickly. It is so reassuring that I don't have to check my bag before leaving the drive thru. On top of it all I'm one of those people that special order, yes I know, what can I say I'm Extra. When I saw they had one star on Yelp I was like no way, I got to help a sister out. And with me being as extra as I am I also called this location to let them know how satisfied my family and I were with this meal. Due to COVID-19 I only use the drive thru which is prompt, you don't have to wait long and the staff is always friendly. I remember working at Wendy's from 15-17 yrs old, our goal was to have cars in and out of the drive thru in less than 90 seconds. That means the cook kept burgers on the grill, the sandwich maker made sandwiches as they were ordered. The person on the fries managed the fries and nuggets while the 2nd cashier made all the drinks. The employees of this store should be retrained and the managers need to be replaced. read more

Wendy's used to be a well ran restaurant. That is when Dave Thomas was alive. There was a standard and the food was actually top notch. Todays Wendy's the burgers are not their priority and is not the focus of the food. This is a burger joint.....therefore, it should be the focus. Now, the burgers are sloppy and are not as tasty as they used to be. They used to even have a great Spicy Chicken sandwich. This is not as good anymore either. Not well put together and again not as good. The fries are lack luster. The one thing that Wendy's has that I still go there to get is a Chocolate Frosty!!!! Yuuuummm!!! If you come to this location, you MUST remember to ask for Ketchup. They hold on to it like it is gold! They will even ask you how many ketchup packets to you want!
