We use to love Qdoba. But slowly this location has gone down hill. Last week we came here for dinner and I was told they no longer have a menu item. Okay, fine. I'll get something else. However while we were eating in the lobby someone else ordered the same thing that I was told they no longer have. And he got it. The burrito I ordered was small, and the chicken was cold. I didn't eat it, we didn't complain while we were there because I wasn't in the mood to be 'that customer'. Some of the staff are exceptionally wonderful and friendly. However there are a few people that are pretty standoffish and kind of rude and it ruined the whole experience. Normally extremely happy.. tried the half size burrito bowl... I think it's more like 1/3 size compared to my husbands full size.. probably about a cup..didn't even fill up small bowl.. and 10 chips and tiny thing of salsa.. still hungry.. a little disappointed.. food itself was great!! read more

Visited the store on Monday, March 19th approximately 3:30. The girl taking my order turned around facing opposite of me and asked if I wanted an item added to my "naked burrito"... I couldn't hear her, so I said, "excuse me?" she repeated what she said in a yelling-aggravated kind of way. I almost chuckled because I couldn't believe it. Another girl was there working the cash register and looked at her. Then they looked at each other, as if it was okay and I was a problem. They both seemed frustrated with their jobs. The food is good but not consistant. It really depends on the kid making it. We go there almost weekly, as it's one of the only healther fast food places around us, other than subway, which gets old quick. Menu is small and it can be a little expensive if you don't watch what you order. read more

I know this is a chain, but when considering fast food options, this seems to be a healthier chice than burgers and fries. Pros, fresh ingrediants that you choose in your burrito. Dont like the food? Great food. BUT, DO NOT put an order in online for this location. The people can't read a request or even the contents of the items for s***. First time, asked for a side of rice with the kids meal... they put it IN the quesadilla. Second time, asked for a bowl... was given a burrito. I was very surprised when I went here. I have celiac and have to eat gluten free. When I went in, I asked if they had any gluten free entrees. Fun! I don't remember the name of the dish I got, but it was the best thing I'd had all day, and the fact that Qdoba contained pretty much exclusively my friends at the time added to the ambiance. It was, as is to be expected of a chain restaurant, not high-class or swanky, but it made for a good time, which we all had. I wish I would have read the reviews. If I had I would have realized the service sucked, a small scoop of extra nacho cheese costs a whole $1.50... And I wouldn't have gotten food poisoning. The food here is fantastic. It's always hot and fresh, the chips are always crispy, the beverage selection is awesome. All the extras, like guacamole, are included in the price of your meal, so you never pay extra for side items. Great menu selection. This location gives generous helpings of everything as well, so you don't feel cheated. Also, they have cilantro, but it's not out on the line, so if you want it, you have to ask for it special. No extra charge, of course, but love the added punch it gives to the meal. read more

I was hungry and decided to give qdoba a shot, as I walked in the lobby was clean and there was a short line dimi had time to decide what I wanted. I was helped by Sam and he was great. The food is decent, however the employees are rude and have made numerous errors on my orders. When I went in recently, they were busy chit-chatting and treated me like I was bothering them. When I finally was helped, I was incorrectly given my order. Since this has happened several times, I did complain to qdoba and received zero response. Why did they go to the expense of renovating the business but not take care of employees who are disrespectful (I've been here several times recently) and running off customers? I use to love Qdoba's but last time I went I got raw chicken and was sick for two days. Finally my boyfreind talks me into giving it another try. When we go to order they are out of white rice and are told it will take a half an hour to make more. You are so stupid that you don't know when you are running low on something and maybe start it before you run out. Only really have one star because the food was okay. An older lady with dark hair, assuming she is the manager because working as anything less at a fast food place at her age is too sad to assume, was very rude. Had to wait on the food because it was not ready or in other words they weren't prepared. I sat patiently, after about 5 minutes she slowly walked the food to my table and threw it down. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the food tasted great. As first timers, you'd expect to be treated with kindness and walked through the ordering process of how to construct a bowl or burrito by hearing what you can top your food with but no. The female that started our food was just okay. No smile or welcoming hello, she just seemed like she didn't want to be there. But she wasn't rude to us specifically. But then an older Hispanic man, not the guy cooking, but a man dressed as if he might be the manager came up and started to help her out even though there was only us and one more person behind us in line. He was SO RUDE. As out-of- towners we felt so rushed and almost like we were an inconvenience to him. My grandma didn't know they had salsa choices and he skipped over it and didn't bother to say anything when she never said anything until the very end when she saw salsa on mine. She politely asked him to put salsa on her bowl and he rolled his eyes and then just slopped it on. I asked for extra cheese and he seemed to put less than the regular amount on so I asked him for more to where he sighed and acted as if I upset him for asking. I asked for half the normal amount of the fajita veggies and he piled them on. I had more than my Grandmas bowl. Like I mentioned before, the food tasted great. Chicken was fantastic. The franchise owner needs to start paying attention here. Second time eating at this establishment, both experiences have left me with the impression that this place can run with no involvement. First visit was six months ago. The young man who served me was touching his face and head while prepping my food. He had little to no customer service except to ask me "what do you want?". Tables were dirty, lack of attention to the front room. Gave it a try again thinking perhaps they changed; you can't always judge an establishment on one experience. Disappointed again. While the dining area seemed to have more care and cleanliness, the food experience failed. The quesadilla maker was broken!? Urgh! The hot food tray must have been broken as well because all of the meat was room temperature at best (we had chicken, steak and brisket). Just waiting for the food poising to kick in now! I usually really like Qdoba and have been there many times for many years. I won't return though and it's because of the portion size. The chicken is generally paltry but yesterday it was the worst I have had, no chicken in one half of my burrito. I felt I got mouthfuls of tortilla and rice and it was not good. The chicken tasted good though, as usual, when I got some. It seems if the rice and beans weigh more than the meat, my online research said 4 oz of each, it ought to be called a bean and rice burrito with a bit of chicken. read more

Tasty food that's reasonably healthy and fairly priced. The employees are young and spacey, but that's pretty typical for fast food joints in the summer. They have good options for vegetarians, I've heard the meat isn't that great. The "we give you a free cup of cheese" gimmick is annoying, because they WON'T give you a free cup of cheese unless you literally beg for one and stand by the register refusing to move until it appears, at which point someone will heave a frustrated sigh at you and give you some cheese. The poor employees looked like they had no clue what they were doing. One female employee took 5 minutes to fold a burrito. The place was dirty. They had run out of napkins and run to the store for cheapo ones. I actually left my food half eaten because the place started to give me the creeps. Come on, let's get some quality control here. I have never had worse service, the check out girl was rude to her coworker, me and 3 other customers. It was so bad that I actually called the complaint number in front of her. She refused to give her name and didnt have her name tag on either and refused to get a manager. She threw the customer in front of mes food at his basically and it scattered everywhere. I left and told her to keep the food after I was done complaining.
