Used to love this place, went in about a month or so ago first time back in a couple years, it was terrible, ripped burrito which was not great! Everything tasted like it was sitting all day. Then to top it off had to use the bathroom and there was actual crap all over the toilet seat and that was it for me. Who knows if they wash their hands.. will not be back! read more

I had a coupon for this particular place for a free entree. They almost made me pay because it didn't scan. I was thinking of refusing and walking out but I was quite torn. The workers here really feel overburdened by the work here and it made me feel sad. They didn't have cheese encrusted quesadilla extra and they didn't have iced tea or didn't fill it. I didn't check and just took their word for it so I went for Gold Peak instead. The location of the place, while in a somewhat odd spot, is in a good spot that is well developed. This place should be doing well and fits right in with the plaza vibe but the dejection of the people here offer for a dismal experience. This was almost one stat but they honored my free entrée coupon. I pass by this location enough that I'd drive further for Pancheros instead of here if I want a burrito, nachos, or mexican style fast food salad. Plus their burrito dough is fresher. read more

I did not have the best experience at the university City location but I wanted to give them another shot after hearing the brisket birria is good. I decided to go to this fairly new location. I will say not very appetizing when the windows of the location were dirty as all get out. Like not a winded or rag was out to them since they opened. I ordered the burrito and again the glass by the food was disgusting, the staff seemed Like they didn't even want to be there. I did see a table for new hires so hopefully that will change. The burrito overall was good but there was no coke and the orange soda tasted like they haven't cleaned those fountain hoses since they opened. I'm still on the fence with this chain. I hope they get it together because I did like the burrito. read more

For the past 2 years, I have been consistently choosing this Lawrence Park location over chipotle; maybe 2-3 times a month; and up until like 2 months ago, the quality and customer service was perfect but it has drastically gone down. Idk if it's because they're new hires or what? But anytime I come in, the line it's completely torn apart (messy) and the food looks like shit. Used to like this location. Went a few nights ago and the girls at the counter had so much attitude because i asked for salsa in my burrito. The one girl gives a stare at the other and laughs. You can guess how they look like. They will no be anything other than minimum wage with their attitude. They act like they in highschool, but look in their hard 30's. Ordered food an hour and a half before pick up time. Got there at pick time 7:15 and have been waiting an additional 45 minutes and still no food. I asked if they could send the queso that we were missing and more chips but they weren't helpful at all. They said that we could pick it up but there is a reason to why I ordered the delivery. I love Qdoba but this one is just okay. If you haven't been to a Qdoba before, it's a fast casual Mexican place. Similar to Chipotle, but much better quality than Chipotle. I usually get chicken or steak quesadillas. They also have great Queso. They also have the big coke machine that makes 100 drinks. For whatever reason, the quality of food at this location is really inconsistent. Sometimes it's just as good as other Qdobas and sometimes it sucks. One of the times, the chicken was really dried out and a little burnt. Also, the workers here are younger and don't seem to really care. Overall, still not a bad choice just not my favorite location. The bryn mawr location isn't far from here and also has a bar. read more

Walked in to pickup my online order & the place was humming. A good sign that food is fresh. Service was great! Counter person at the end before the register took charge & after telling him I was early for my pickup he handed me a cup to have a free drink while a waited. Brighter, bigger, and friendlier staff than the location on Baltimore Pike. I've been here several times since their recent grand owning, and they have impressed every time so far. A TV is located near the front, and the store features the new Coke machines that allow you to mix your own drinks. A welcome addition to the shopping center! read more

This Qdoba is pretty good actually and very comfortable if you want to sit inside of the restaurant and eat. It is what you would expect if you ever ate at any other Qdoba restaurant. The food was very good and the selection of Mexican food from salads to quesadillas to chips and guac gives you a good selection to choose from to satisfy your inner Mexican food lover. I walked into Qdoba ready to eat, hungry as ever. Little did I know that the rude woman behind the counter would largely affect my appetite. She kept interrupting my order with loud and unnecessary screeches toward the kitchen area asking for "CHICKENNNN"! No one was behind me in line, and I wasn't even getting chicken. Why was it necessary to interrupt my order to scream "chicken". I'm focusing on the interruption of my order because she blatantly messed it up directly in front of my face.
