How she anticipates what I'm going to pay her with, I'll never know, but she always has my EXACT change in her hand before I give my money to her. That woman is AMAZING!! Now on to the rest of the staff here. One of the managers is a downright a-hole for no reason. The last time we were there, she was really pissed off because I was ordering in the drive-thru from the PASSENGER SEAT. She goes into this long spiel about how the drive thru mic/speaker is only meant to to pick up the voice of the driver and blah, blah, blah... Basically, she was telling me to SHUT UP and let my bf do the talking. OK genius, and how would he know what I want unless I tell him? Dummy! Her tone was really rude too. I was just on the verge of putting her in her place, when my bf reminded me this woman was probably mad because she had to work at a dead-end job all day, while WE, on the other hand, were on our way to the beach!!! LOL... sucks to be her, I'm sure!! The manager is not the only one with issues here. We've had a few noteworthy experiences, but I'll spare you the details. I wait for a few minutes and finally see an employee come in the back door, and she comes out front. I told her I had a pickup order but since she literally just got there, I assume it wasn't ready and wouldn't be anytime soon. She asked if I could give her 20-30 minutes and I said no, I cannot - I timed it this way so that I could grab the food on my way back to work. I told her my name and order number, and asked her to cancel the order - which she said she would. Never did. Had to file a charge back on my credit card to get the money back. Them not opening on time has happened to me before but it was back when they first opened so I chalked it up to the fact that they were a brand new establishment. You guys have been open long enough to be able to open on time. If you're not going to, then you should turn off online ordering until someone is physically in the shop.
