Got the pizza delivered so I can't speak to the staff or inside of the restaurant, but it was made in a timely manner and the pizza was delicious! I can only imagine it being even better fresh out of the oven and eaten on premises. We ordered the smallest sizes of the bacon and goat cheese pizza and the mushroom and onion. Perfect for an individual portion and super flavorful. The bacon and goat cheese had a delectable flavor profile and nothing felt overwhelming. The crust was thin with a great crisp. Let's start with this I'm a resident of the area after the experience a few years ago A rude and unprofessional person took the phone order from my wife.I did the pick up and had a few choice words with the gentleman ( term I use falsely) .Here we are with having guests in town I placed the order for 3 pizza's .In all honesty was good but the experience was PISS POOR .And it was only the result from merely asking a simple question during my pick up .Do your business a favor work on customer services.The public deserves better !!! read more

My fiance and I live two blocks away, and Felicia's is a staple for us. We have converted many friends and family members to Felicia's as well. The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are amazing. We love the Pomadora Romano pizza which has prosciutto and delicious carmelized onions. Wish there was a no star!!!! I am so so upset...My number always comes up with my phone number but for some reason both mine and my sons (both have same provider) didn't show our phone number. However he too always has his phone number show up, not sure why... Was my first time calling and the horrendous really crazy rude owner yelled into the phone he does not take orders from unknown number. First time ordering so again he yelled and yelled, should have hung up but he went on about how I am not telling the truth about me being a real person ordering...don't know f he has had an abusive past or been incarcerated or something but he would not ever let me "prove" with a cc that I was "legit" evidently only a sworn affidavit is needed to order. Can't say strongly enough even is this owner has the best food he does NOT deserve business. This is so the antithesis of human basic ways of communicating He is the owner!!!! I can't believe what just happened. When I tried to order a large BBQ chicken pizza, the DoorDash app did not offer size options (the way it does for all of the other pizzas on the menu). So, I tried to write a note in the request portion to get a large 16 inch pizza, expecting them to charge me appropriately for the requested addition. Instead, they sent a small pizza with a very angry note scribbled on the box. When my husband called to ask about the note, the person who answered the phone cursed out my husband and called him a motherf***er. Why not call me if you have any problems? Why not charge me more for a large pizza instead of cursing and screaming? This has been our go-to place for pizza, but we will never order again. read more

Fabulous "old-school " pizza made with love by the owner who was born in Italy. He also makes a nice variety of trendy pizzas. It's not a fancy place. There is a small parking spot out back where you can pull up to get your pizza but that's the extent of the fuss at this place. What you get is really decent, authentic pizza. And the owner is very friendly and will actually stand and talk with you. Especially about the Philadelphia Eagles. This place is an Ardmore gem and well worth you stopping in. read more

I really enjoyed the Felicia's Special Pizza here! It has spinach, tomatoes, cheese, and garlic sauce. Every ingredient tasted fresh, and I normally don't even like soft tomatoes, but these were delicious. It was a little greasy but if you got a bite of the crust with each bite of the middle, it made for a great balance. I got a side of fries, which were packed a bit precariously, but they did hit the spot. Classic thin fries. I also thought the prices were fair, especially given the quality of the ingredients. This place is awesome! We had it on a whim after going to Nudy's. I was sooo hungry! Nudy's sucked. It was breakfast. Anyway we were walking back to the car when we noticed the pizza shop. You can never go wrong with pizza. We ordered a sweet onion and I think sausage pizza. It was brick oven. And we even had a great conversation with the maker of the pizza. Absolutely unreal. I wish I read the reviews BEFORE ordering from here. I placed an order at 4 PM to have a 6 PM pick up. My order was delivered at 6:17 upon taking the pie from the delivery person. I noticed how the boxes felt cold. I brought it back up to our kitchen every single pizza we ordered had to have been sitting there for over well over two hours... The whole point of a specific time for pick up is so when you get it it's warm for scheduled time. I called the restaurant to see when it was made, and if it could be rectified, because the pizza looked like it had been sitting all day... I was rung out by a man on the phone. I've never been talked to so rude and considering I am in a customer service job I would never ever talk to a customer the way that he talked to me. He was super Condescending and yelling at me, told me that I was arguing with him when I was just asking what time our pizzas were made. I will never order here again. We were visiting in area and stumbled upon this place. It's only take out with a small outside seating deck in front. The crust is thin and chewy, from authentic wood burning brick oven. The toppings range from mundane to exotic, with the special being "Felicia's pizza", which is made with white garlic sauce. The owner Tony knows all of his regulars and is fun to talk to. You'd never guess that hidden behind a video store in Ardmore is one of the best wood fired pizzas. The crust is crispy and chewy. (The bones are great dipped in some olive oil.) We were heading to MOD Pizza for a casual and fast pizza dinner, and I had remembered a friend told me about Felicias Pizza Kitchen, so we decided to give it a try. Pizza is the Philadelphia suburbs is everywhere (and in my opinion isn't consistently good), so I was managing my expectations. It's a small place tucked away in what I'd call an alley, but there are some inside seats and some outside as well. I'd say it's more of a carry-out place, but we decided to eat at one of the tables inside. Anyway, we ordered the spinach ricotta dolce. It was really delicious. The semolina crust had just the right texture for me. The cheeses, especially the ricotta, provided a very nice flavor. A great local pizza shop with delicious wood fire pizza. Tucked away in a parking lot in Ardmore, Felicia's serves up a wide variety of gourmet and traditional pizzas packed with flavor. The gourmet white pies in particular stand out thanks to Felicia's in-house garlic sauce and quality toppings. Prices are very reasonable and wait times are relatively short. The only drawback is that their pies are made with a cornmeal crust, resulting in a very messy, albeit tasty eating experience. We ordered two large pizzas from Felicia's this weekend and they were both almost inedible. Each pizza looked like it should have been very tasty; however, for each, the top of crust was almost burnt (not necessarily a problem) but the underside of each pizza was almost raw -- oddly under-cooked and doughy, really revolting. Moreover, the Margherita was insipid with poor quality mozzarella and a tomato sauce that showed little effort or imagination. One last bit. We placed our order for pick up through Postmates. When I arrived to pick it up, I called to check that the order was ready b/c I had left my other cell phone at home with the Postmates expected pickup time on it. Whoever answered the phone upbraided me for calling and yelled that I would be getting a text when the pizza was ready and basically hung up on me. One would think that in a time of a pandemic, with small businesses failing everywhere, Felicia's might treat their customers a little more respectfully. read more

I call back twice more thinking maybe a connection issue, he picks up and hangs up both times. I didn't end up getting it but I hear the pizza is worth dealing with this lunatic. Ok, I do not love pizzas. I ate NY pizza for 8 years, visited Chicago many times and indulged in all their famous deep dish pizzas, and ate frequently at Obama's favorite pizzeria in Saint Louis. I liked them all equally. Unfortunately, my kids love pizza. So, after reading multiple rave and not so rave reviews about Felicia's in Ardmore, I got a spinach garlic pizza and a cheese pizza. They were surprisingly delicious for pizza. Crust was very chewy. Owner is unique... Thank you to all who recommended it, definitely better than Snap Kitchen and Whole Foods. I did take away one star for worker not wearing a mask like other reviews mentioned. Likely due to him making pizza on a hot day with the door open. read more
