My go to place after a show at the Ardmore Music Hall. My favorite is a ham or pepperoni pizza, but the Stromboli and Calzone are delicious as well. I get a turkey hoagie when I want to change things up and one of these days will need to try a salad. Service is quick, friendly, and efficient and they also have their own delivery drivers which is a huge plus IMO, I'd much rather use one of their guys than DoorDash. One table inside so it's almost all takeout but I have seen a few people eating there on occasion. You can always take it across the street to Char and Stave assuming you'll buy some drinks while you dine, but I've eaten my share of pizzas sitting on the curb out front. read more

The food is fine, typical pizza place, nothing special. The food is NEVER ready when they say. I've been going here for a while (no more) and will come in 10-15 min after they say bc I know it won't be ready. I did so again tonight, came in and paid, waited 10 more minutes for them to then tell me it'll be another 8 minutes. I simply asked dude behind the counter why he didn't just tell me it'll be ready in 50 min so I could come there when it's ready instead of waiting for it and dude blew up! Like yelling at me about how is he supposed to know how long a pizza will take!!! Guy at a pizza place yelling at me he doesn't know how long it'll take to make pizza! I grew up eating here. And although I no longer reside in Ardmore, but work on the Main Line, I occasionally stop on my way home to treat the family or myself to some goods from my nostalgic pizza shop. The staff is always friendly but I've gotta say, It's not the same quality and tatse I remember. In fact, it was incredibly underwhelming. The pizza doesn't have the same buttery crust it used to back in the day and they completely skimp on the cheese portion but have no problem charging a ton of money for this now mid food. It taste like they've changed the French fries also. They taste like they've been brined prior to cooking which makes them salty. Probably changed food distribution. I'm disappointed. Overbrook Pizza has got them beat on the traditional Greek style pizza. The wing dings were ok, just a bit on the salty side. This small pizza and Wing ding platter ran me just under $40. I was introduced to Ardmore Pizza at my brother and sister-in-law's home. What an amazing cheesesteak pizza that I experienced it was lovely. Consequently, I have become a customer with our family tradition of Friday. Get what you want. Their chicken tenders are excellent, onion rings, crisp and deliveries. The punch prices are reasonable and the service is pleasant. It's a family affair! read more

Bad service and Mistakes with our Order when male manager takes our order. Declining quality. Increasing prices. We are polite, tip well, and often call in an order of $75-100 worth of food for delivery. When the girls answer the phone our order arrives without mistakes & zero issues. However when the manager answers the phone he botches up our order every time. We began to feel perhaps this manager was playing games with us and stopped ordering here. Creepy. read more

Theee and a half stars really but rounding up for being one of the only places open late. Pizza and wings are good. Love their Hawaiian. Got cheesesteaks this time and really not great. Meat a little over cooked and over salted, minimal cheese and just a slice of American on the bread...not mixed in the meat. Not even melted. Come on guys, put that cheese on the meat while cooking and let it melt and get in there before putting the meat in the roll. (And use cooper instead of cheap American). Average cheesesteak at best. You used to do better! Have to try the Hawaiian again and see if that's changed too. Sure hope not. Had probably a couple hundred in the past 25 years. read more

We've been ordering Ardmore Pizza for years and their pizza is consistently good. Any size order is usually made fairly fast. My husband and son love their buffers (do others call buffalo chicken cheesesteaks this or just us?). Had I been in the mood to write a review prior to Friday, I probably would have given them 4 stars (one star off for a pizza incident that happened at work, but that's irrelevant to this review). Anyway, I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian and I wasn't in the mood for pizza again, so I ordered a cheese salad. I'll take the blame for assuming the cheese was going to be a variety of sliced / chopped up cheeses, like how it comes on a chef salad. Instead, it was a heaping pile of pizza cheese. I ate a quarter of it and threw the rest away; it was gross. Presentation was lovely with how the cherry tomatoes were arranged, I just couldn't get past the taste. Maybe others like it and this is just me, but I imagine they don't get cheese salad orders very often so maybe it was just an oversight. In conclusion, I would absolutely recommend Ardmore Pizza, but I would not recommend the cheese salad. read more

Ordered a Greek Pizza with $20.00 in extra toppings at 1:15 pm on Halloween with a delivery of 6 pm, okay Halloween it's a busy night it was delivered at 630 pm, acceptable , what is NOT acceptable is the crappy pizza that was delivered to me! None of the extra toppings I ordered were or barely on it , since when are red peppers green, no extra feta cheese , no onions a few olives , no nothing that I ordered extra were on the pizza . The pizza was with delivery fee and tip a bit over $40.00 , if Ardmore pizza calls a Greek Pizza with over $20.00 in extra toppings that looked like it was thrown together in a matter of moments acceptable , then they have much to learn , the pizza went in the trash ! Make sure that they repeat your order three times ! Tonight, I ordered a simple veggie Stromboli ( mushrooms and peppers) for thee college age ladies who were guests all vegetarians. ( They had wanted Indian vegetarian food, but I talked them into getting from Ardmore Pizza) I made sure when ordering to specify what what my requirements were. I identified my name and phone number when I picked it up. The item was filled with some mystery meat which sickened one of the poor girls. Honestly, this is the first time that they screwed up so badly, but they seem to be under new ownership. If they do not care, they should not be in the food business. The manager, to his credit offered me a credit to my account ( we'll see) but that doesn't undo a ruined evening. Maybe next time they will do better, but heed my warning ! read more

Iam beyond furious.I placed an order through there app for a min pizza with specific topping and the order came up to 4.93$.I check out to pay cash when I arrive.I get to pick up my order a the young lady says 5$ and takes my money and give me back 7 cents in change.I proceed and put the 7 cents into the tip jar as I wait for my order.All of a sudden the young lady behind the register tell me I owe them 7cents more because of the toppings.Im amazed that they would really ask me for 7 cents when I paid exactly what the app said.So I tell them no worries an hand over a 1$ dollar bill.When the guy comes out the back an says no way is the pizza that price that I paid for it.I have been coming to Ardmore pizza for over 30 years.By this time I'm pissed that they would even ask for 7cents an even show them the price on the app that I was charged .I then asked for my money back for I will not go to that establishment that nickel and dime loyal customers.Shame on you Ardmore pizza.I dare for you to lie and say this is not true.I have receipts!No star but I could not give none read more

You know how some restaurants are known for food that strays from their "core"? Like the bakery in Media that's a gelato Mecca? Or the gas station in Malvern with fabulous chili? I call these "Say What?" places. Ardmore's addition to this phenomenon is Ardmore Pizza's hamburgers, club sandwiches, and fresh salads. Yes, fresh salads at a pizza place. Delivered. All of these items arriving quickly, well packaged and, in the case of the burger, still warm. Bonus is that they're all quite good! Our personal favorites are the bacon cheeseburger, the roast beef club and the chicken Caesar salad. So when you're craving a decent burger, basic salad or sandwich but don't want to go out or wait forever for a 3rd party delivery service to deliver at best lukewarm food (including lukewarm salad ewwww), give Ardmore Pizza a shout - or order online. I paid $25.5 for a Seafood Platter and got 1 piece of Fish, 2 Fried Shrimps, 1 Deviled Crab, mushy fries and something that seems to be Fried Calamari. Food was horrible this time y'all. Customer Service was unsatisfactory. read more

Ordered a pepperoni pizza, Buffalo chicken cheesesteak and mozzarella sticks. The order took over a hour to deliver on a Sunday. Also the pizza was burnt an greasy to the point that a refund should be in order. The Buffalo chicken cheesesteak had blue cheese pieces in it which isn't correct an came undercooked. The mozzarella sticks weren't cooked, just thawed from the freezer. The food was horrible I'd recommend never ordering here. Bravo in Havertown makes better food an is cleaner overall read more

I've been patronizing Ardmore Pizza since the original owners opened it, I used to love the food. Unfortunately the food and service have gone downhill, yet the prices skyrocketed!!! Today I ordered a flounder platter and small pizza, it cost nearly $40.00. The flounder was flavorless, rubbery and low quality, the pizza was just okay definitely not worth half of what I paid. I'm more disappointed with the food than the prices, I'll gladly pay for good food, however that is not what I received. read more

Girlfriend ordered here again to my dismay. First of still using FAKE oil based cheese (saves$2 a pound) and crappy low quality "pizza sauce" cans that are overloaded with oregano, red flag to hide inferior base. broccoli bites and jalapeno poppers both soggy and old oil taste. The best comfort food! So much more than pizza - cheesesteaks, chicken/eggplant parm - so good! I just used them for a holiday party - my 1st time using their catering menu. I ordered pizza on a Friday night, so I wasn't surprised that the wait for delivery was an hour. When the pizza was 30 minutes late, I called to find out how much longer and was assured it was on its way. About 15-20 minutes later, the pizza showed up. The delivery guy apologized profusely. I assumed that the shop had been slammed and my pizza was just late getting out the door. But based on how cold it was, that wasn't the (only?) case. Pizza flavor was slightly better than just okay. Crust was better than most that I've had since we moved here two years ago. We may try them again to see how good it is when it's fresh and hot, but not anytime soon. read more

Placed a delivery order on a Saying night, very understanding that it is a busy night and not expecting it to arrive immediately. When we did receive our pizza we received a reheated frozen pizza! so i've called before to inform management that there are FREQUENTLY many boxes from their restaurant in the parking lot of my apartment buildings. (due to the fact that the back of their building is right next to my parking lot) i often have to gather the boxes myself and move them to the dumpster to avoid damage to my car and others. i've noticed this issue occurs because instead of putting their empty boxes straight into their dumpster, they throw them out the back door until someone decides to get around to it. and by then they've probably lost 10 or more boxes that are now scattering about with the wind in Ardmore. thanks for polluting our neighborhood Ardmore Pizza. read more

This was a 5 star pizza place for years but in 2018 they changed something. Seemed like the owners wanted to get more involved but since then it's been getting worse by the week. Tonight i wanted wings and so ordered Ardmore, spent 30 dollars on wings and more. They brought everything but the wings. Driver offered me a 5 dollar bill as reimbursement when the wings were more than 5 before tax. Extremely disappointed as a previously loyal customer. Ordered a couple of strombolis online. Exceedingly well executed. They were waiting and ready (and hot) on time and they were simply brilliant. Quite generous in size and loaded! (Pepperoni and a ham varieties). I brought them to a party where there were many other options and they were the hit of the gig (by far). read more

This was the first time I ordered from this place. I ordered a small specialty pizza and a regular cheesesteak. The cheesesteak was very mediocre, and they delivered the wrong pizza. When I called and asked them to make it right, they offered to bring a new pizza or to take $5 off the bill. I told them that I'd like for them to remove the pizza's charge from the bill - they were unwilling. Perhaps I was nitpicking here, but nevertheless I did not have a positive experience, either with the taste of the food or with the customer service. read more

My coworkers always order from here; we've eaten pizza at least 3 times from here in the past week and a half. The people seem nice enough, even the guy who delivered to us in the pouring rain the other day was still super courteous even though both he and the pizza box were drenched. The pizza is better than the stromboli; I'm not sure why. Portions are great as well; a 'small' stromboli will be good for at least 3 meals for me, which brings me to the overall quality. Always had great pizza there. We typically get plain, veggie, hawaiian, and/or the special pizza. Consistent in tasting fresh, generous amount of toppings and great taste. I always pick up and the wait time has always been quick although I always see them so busy. A great staple in Ardmore! read more
