14 dollars worth of food, absolutely embarrassing and the service was terrible. This what extra steak gets you lol.

Poor quality and portions. Poor service. High prices. Won't be going to this location again...

The store was clean as always and my food was hot and fresh. The service was good....as they kept the line moving quickly. This is my favorite Qdoba location. I'll visit again soon.

This review is long over due ...I am a regular here, This is my go to--qdoba ...my experiences here weren't always the best of the bestest but overall like with any relations of going to one of your favorite restaurants I've come to love this location. The location is perfect-it's on City Ave and near the high way..the workers here are all in all A-one...the employees are consistently attentive and the food here is madddd fresh...I mean like you can literally taste the freshly diced onions and tomatoes...freshly crushed avocados...and of course you get to watch the cook handling the variety of freshly grilled meats...I mean I love this place...I seriously think there was one time recently that I over dosed on qdoba...I was like non-stop coming here for 6 days straight ...can you say obsessed with qdoba? And not just qdoba as a corporate organization but this city Ave location ---and the workers here, no matter if you come when they are just opening or are about to close the workers here never display attitudes, management is always on point....well okay a few times I had a problem with a line worker here but I informed the upper management and I immediately saw a major improvement in the employee the next couple of times that I've attended here. I have to honestly say that qdoba makes me feel valued...as if I'm apart of the qdoba family. I can go on and on...but i will just say this ...whatever you order know that your business is appreciated...I can attest to that...oh and add queso!...omg I forgot to mention their amazing guacamole ...yikes ....dude I seriously love this place!!!! Okaaayyyyyy I visited today -Monday May 6 2019 and my cashier was Tyrell...he was attentive of my order as well as attentive and supportive towards the new employees working the line...I am a regular here so YES I do know who are newbies to the qdoba team.... Thank you Tyrell, thank you to Qdoba's City Ave Managment team as well.

I normally go to this Qdobo because I live in the area. Today was an awful experience. The young man preparing my food literally threw the burrito wrap from the heating thing to the foil. The wrap landed half on the foil half on the counter. I was irritated but didn't say anything. He wasn't pleasant which again I gave him a pass on because perhaps he was having a bad day. Only to get home and take one bite of the brisket burrito and see these disgusting chunks of rubbery weird meat parts. The entire burrito was filled with this. I immediately threw it out. I can get over poor customer service but not poor quality food that I'm paying for.

First time at this particular location and I won't be back. The customer service is understandable because the pandemic has brought that out in people. But the quality of food is trash. The peppers are cut entirely too big...I've always figured.. if you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it.

There are 3 floors with three separate gorgeous eating areas and 3 full service bars. I loved the decorative tequila bottles and the aesthetic of each floor. Definitely worth taking time to explore. We stopped by before catching an amazing show at Fallser Club. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an extra 10% discount on our food by showing our tickets. We had cocktails and got our food to go to eat at the venue. You won't find food pictures from me in this review because due some dietary restrictions my food wasn't packaged as it usually is served. For the next show we will be going early and eating onsite to fully enjoy all Cresta has to offer. We will also make sure to sit on the 3rd floor rooftop level to enjoy the view where the very large windows are opened to enjoy the fresh air when Mother Nature cooperates. Back to to the food and drink. The cocktails are unique, gorgeous and delicious. Each one crafted with garnishes like fresh orange peel and pineapple leaves. Cocktails can be ordered with sugar, salt, or tajan on the rims. I highly recommend the apple cider margarita and the La Kartina hibiscus cocktail. The photos don't even do them justice. I ordered the plantains, deconstructed veggie tacos and a side of Al pastor chicken. I also had a side of the guacamole. The guacamole was so fresh and flavorful and I loved the cheese added to the top. The chicken was flavorful, well seasoned and very colorful. The plantains were the perfect level of sweetness. Now, about that the art! I loved the decor and art. The art around the restaurant and the tshirts employees wore were designed by a bartender who I didn't get to meet. The murals were so colorful and detailed. One was more beautiful than the next. I found a very cool selfie mirror on the 2nd floor that I loved! The artist's insta handle was on the wall as well and is included in my photos. From an accessibility standpoint, the second and third floors can only be reached by stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Thank you Cresta for accommodating our large party for cocktails and takeout. I can't wait to come back for the full experience!

Our server was pretty new and nice-so this review does not reflect her at all. I was there with 3 other people (so 4 people total) and we ordered the chicken burrito, al pastor burrito, birria tacos, and chicken tacos. We waited almost an hour to receive these 4 things. Mind you-in that time we ordered diet cokes. The cokes tasted funny so we sent them back and asked for water instead. After that, we received another round of diet cokes Our food finally came and for it to take so long, it looked like it was sitting out because when I bit into my burrito, it wasn't even hot or warm. My burrito came with pineapple salsa. The color of the pineapple was borderline gray, so I smelled it. It smelled so SOUR. It was definitely past its expiration date. My friend's chicken tacos literally fell apart after attempting to bite them, meaning these tortillas were also old. My other friend's weren't satisfied with their food so we wanted to request a manager to let him know this. We only knew what he looked like because we literally saw him interviewing someone right in front of us a few minutes prior. Not only was he "not there" to speak to us, but they only offered 20% off the bill. Mind you-there's an automatic 20% gratuity no matter the party size so these guys basically were like "let's just take the tip off". Horrible food, terrible ambiance, horrible management. Do NOT waste your time.

Man oh man were we bummed out. This one is rated a "never going back". It's all about the food people! Fire the chef! The staff are super nice. The outdoor patio is really wonderful overlooking the CH west train line and very spacious! Onto the food.... The shrimp tacos came out of a freezer and must have been sourced from a land where people have no tastebuds. Simply lifeless baby frozen shrimp the side of a dime- I mean are they even real shrimp being that small?!?! The sides were cafeteria style bland refried beans and a crappy scoop of red rice. The chips with stuff on them..... were equally bland. I can't even call them nachos without being pained.....we were offended by the lack of interest in making them nachos worth calling them nachos. Worst nachos since the Plymouth meeting chips and queso at the movie theatre. Yeah....that bad. We left most of our plates uneaten. And I didn't feel well afterwards probably from sheet disappointment. Have the chefs ever been to another restaurant serving any other Mexican, Latin American, or South American food? Use some spices and get some better quality ingredients here people! They could use some training and cooking lessons. Chestnut hill is not short of good places to eat; we have a good Mexican spot down the hill already but could always welcome another quality establishment in town. Competition is good! What we don't need is a budget Mexican restaurant that has food so bad none of the locals would ever go back.
