Your standard Taco Bell. This one in particular went above and beyond in terms of service and friendliness! The cashier was very polite and helpful and the food came out very fast with careful attention to quality and kindness! This was the first taco bell that I have ever been to where a person asked us how our food was as well as wished us a good day upon leaving. The soda fountain was clean and had what seemed to be fresh and stocked flavoring and the overall establishment was very clean and organized. I am writing this review as a comparison to every other Taco Bell I've been to. Everything is prepared masterfully and with care. The lunchtime crew knows how to properly craft my favorite item of all, the Mexican Pizza. The lunch crew is EVERYTHING. Other Taco Bell's skimp on the tomatoes, but not here. You get just enough, not too little and not too much. Everything else is also properly proportioned and balanced making normally bland items from other Taco Bell's taste exceptional here. Even the little items are given the attention they deserve. I will let you discover it for yourself. Hope the lunch crew is always here. When you make the little things work, people will naturally want to try more of your menu, buy more food, and tell their friends about you. read more

Terrible. Went in here for quick lunch at 11am, took almost 30 minutes, no lie, to get my order of four items with only two other people in the Taco Bell waiting for food. I wish I could give this Taco Bell/Pizza Hut Express 10 stars when it comes to their service. I have been coming here for years but never really noticed how extremely nice and efficient the staff is here. From the take out drive through windows to the staff at the Registers they're all extremely nice I'm talking Chick Filet type of service vibes BUT I'm going to have to say better then Chick Filet for the solid reason that every time they give me my change and food they wish me safe travels and tell me to get home safe!! They all need a raise's lol not sure what's going on but if ur having a bad day just swing by this place they will definitely cheer you up before you even get your food. read more

Went to the drive through around 10pm. Long line of cars but it moved pretty quick. I ordered a Doritos locos taco, Crunchwrap, and the grande nachos box. Crunchwrap was great and so was the taco. Both weren't soggy which they are at most locations. Then I got to the nachos. It was nachos bell grande and not the featured box that I thought I ordered. The beans were cold and piled to the gods, the chips were SO stale it was hard to bite through them, the tomatoes were more white than red, and then for the grand finale......PLEASE TELL ME HOW OLD THE SOUR CREAM WAS. Or maybe it's better I don't know. Anyway....that shit tasted like a green apple jolly rancher and I don't think that's a good thing. But don't worry I'll be back anyway. I'm a tacHoe. read more

I normally don't do reviews for fast food spots but I feel a service needs to be done for this Taco Bell location. First off, in my past life I worked at a Taco Bell restaurant. I understand the trials and tribulations that go with the job. This location and service is impeccable. The orders are take swiftly and always complete. I wish I knew their names but the women that work the drive thru window are wonderful. They are always friendly and courteous. My daughter and I stopped here recently for a quick snack on our way back home after helping my older daughter move into her new apartment. I go to this place, because I love getting crunchy tacos with pizza hut breadsticks. I just about always have a minor problem, but I put up with it since it's a fast food joint. I learned early on to stick to basic things. If they don't have the breadsticks, I sometimes get something a little more wild, but it almost always disappoints. A little known fact is that I have a tomato allergy and even though I request no tomato, it's almost always in there. Now I know that when i can't get the breadsticks I want, just stick to the basic taco. I haven't been back there in months and the main reason is that they never have the food I want ready. I don't want to wait for the breadsticks and I don't want to gamble getting something with tomato. Did this Taco Bell cure me of eating at Taco Bell? I hope not, but maybe it did? read more

Those cinnamon twists are highly addictive, however. In a strange twist of fate, taco bell is actually a really great place to take vegans. They can make alterations to remove all meat and cheese from just about any menu item, and they're very accommodating. I have had several issues with this taco bell over the years. From telling them that I am allergic to tomatoes and finding tomatoes in my tacos 9/10 times (I always have to check now before I pull away), to rude staff/employees. Recently I stopped in for breakfast 2x. The first time I pulled up and had to read the menu. Breakfast is relatively new to Taco Bell, so I needed a minute to see what they had. There was nobody behind me in line. I was greeted at first, asked for a minute, and every 20 seconds she came back and asked if I was ready. By the 3rd time (about 60 seconds after I pulled up), she told me that they were on a timer so I had to be quick. Okay? I made my decision, paid *was not given a receipt*, and told to pull up and she would bring my food out. I kid you not when I say I waited 15 minutes and had to go back through the drive through to ask if my food was ready yet. The cashier did not say one word to me, closed the window, grabbed my food, and handed it to me. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauce or anything. I looked at her and said "You're not even going to say anything?" and she gave me a look of attitude. In customer service, especially fast food, if you make the person wait a crazy amount of time after scolding them for trying to read the menu, you at least say "sorry for the wait" or "thank you, come again". But nothing... Despite my first poor experience with breakfast there, I did it again. This time, I knew what I wanted. I pulled up to the window to pay and it was that same rude girl from the last time. Once again no receipt. I pay and she tells me to pull forward and she will bring it out (there was nobody behind me), to which I politely responded that last time I did that, I waited 15 minutes and had to come back through the drive through and she just stared at me. "Okay" I said reluctantly. Well, this time I only waited 7 minutes before having to go back through the drive through to ask where my food was. This time another woman came to the window, handed me my food, and didn't ask if I needed sauces. I said "may I please have fire sauce and a copy of my receipt?" to which she obliged, saying noting during this whole process. The absolute worst customer service. Whomever those women are sincerely need to be spoken to/with. I won't be back. read more

Absolutely horrible. We did the mobile order for drive through, got to where you order and confirmed our order. That's where it got worse. We waited at the drive through for 30 minutes before they handed us someone else's drink with no lid on it. We explained we didn't order a drink and it's the mobile order for drive through. The said we had to go park and wait at the drive through window. So we parked and went to that window for an hour of being ignored. Finally got someone who said they couldn't give us our money back. Oh yeah, it's Taco Bell! This is THE BEST Taco Bell that I've ever been too! True, it's brand spanking new so the employees don't toss your food at you and still smile and are polite. I really hope that they can keep this attitude up for the long haul! I'm not fast food junkie, hardly ever, but everytime that we've been up on City Line, the neon sign just makes me veer in it's direction, and sure enough I order my usual hard shell taco supreme meal and be on my way! The first window, you pay and they give you your deserved hot sauce, "FIRE please" We are handed the napkins, straw and packets in a nice little Taco Bell envelope. What? Crappy Tomtom directions brought me to this Taco Bell on the fateful night that I locked my keys in my car. It ended up being quite a good experience. The staff here was friendly and polite from the minute we walked in. They proved to be even more awesome after I thought I accidentally threw my key away with the bag of garbage I was disposing of. The line was short, and we ordered and received our food quickly. It was hot and tasty. The bathroom was clean and obviously well-maintained, as well.
