Is this what you call a Lg Wild Strawberry Creme Delight Freeze???

Terrible. I spent money to upgrade it from regular to a lg, this is not even the right amount for a regular size. First of all the cup is not the right size, it seemed like a medium or a small. And then it's not even filled up, with the wrong cup smaller than what I ordered, it was only filled up 60%. Tried to contact them 2-3times, nobody answered the phone. I need my money back, this is ridiculous.

Cold food which was inedible, broken taco shells, missing sauce packets. This was a Grubhub order. Never again for us.

The space was filled with holiday decorations, giving it this cozy, festive, almost magical vibe that instantly puts you in a good mood. It's lively, colorful, and just a really enjoyable place to hang out. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share. The brisket enchiladas came with cubed brisket. I personally would have preferred shredded, but they were still flavorful and tasty overall. The nachos were a standout, really good and a generous portion that's perfect for sharing. We also tried the birria tacos and the chicken quesadilla, and both were solid, comforting, and hit the spot. Our server was very sweet and attentive, checking in at all the right moments and making the experience even better. Overall, Taqueria Amor delivered on vibes, food, and service. I'd rate it an 8/10 and would definitely return, especially for the fun atmosphere and shareable dishes.

There are 3 floors with three separate gorgeous eating areas and 3 full service bars. I loved the decorative tequila bottles and the aesthetic of each floor. Definitely worth taking time to explore. We stopped by before catching an amazing show at Fallser Club. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an extra 10% discount on our food by showing our tickets. We had cocktails and got our food to go to eat at the venue. You won't find food pictures from me in this review because due some dietary restrictions my food wasn't packaged as it usually is served. For the next show we will be going early and eating onsite to fully enjoy all Cresta has to offer. We will also make sure to sit on the 3rd floor rooftop level to enjoy the view where the very large windows are opened to enjoy the fresh air when Mother Nature cooperates. Back to to the food and drink. The cocktails are unique, gorgeous and delicious. Each one crafted with garnishes like fresh orange peel and pineapple leaves. Cocktails can be ordered with sugar, salt, or tajan on the rims. I highly recommend the apple cider margarita and the La Kartina hibiscus cocktail. The photos don't even do them justice. I ordered the plantains, deconstructed veggie tacos and a side of Al pastor chicken. I also had a side of the guacamole. The guacamole was so fresh and flavorful and I loved the cheese added to the top. The chicken was flavorful, well seasoned and very colorful. The plantains were the perfect level of sweetness. Now, about that the art! I loved the decor and art. The art around the restaurant and the tshirts employees wore were designed by a bartender who I didn't get to meet. The murals were so colorful and detailed. One was more beautiful than the next. I found a very cool selfie mirror on the 2nd floor that I loved! The artist's insta handle was on the wall as well and is included in my photos. From an accessibility standpoint, the second and third floors can only be reached by stairs and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Thank you Cresta for accommodating our large party for cocktails and takeout. I can't wait to come back for the full experience!

Man oh man were we bummed out. This one is rated a "never going back". It's all about the food people! Fire the chef! The staff are super nice. The outdoor patio is really wonderful overlooking the CH west train line and very spacious! Onto the food.... The shrimp tacos came out of a freezer and must have been sourced from a land where people have no tastebuds. Simply lifeless baby frozen shrimp the side of a dime- I mean are they even real shrimp being that small?!?! The sides were cafeteria style bland refried beans and a crappy scoop of red rice. The chips with stuff on them..... were equally bland. I can't even call them nachos without being pained.....we were offended by the lack of interest in making them nachos worth calling them nachos. Worst nachos since the Plymouth meeting chips and queso at the movie theatre. Yeah....that bad. We left most of our plates uneaten. And I didn't feel well afterwards probably from sheet disappointment. Have the chefs ever been to another restaurant serving any other Mexican, Latin American, or South American food? Use some spices and get some better quality ingredients here people! They could use some training and cooking lessons. Chestnut hill is not short of good places to eat; we have a good Mexican spot down the hill already but could always welcome another quality establishment in town. Competition is good! What we don't need is a budget Mexican restaurant that has food so bad none of the locals would ever go back.

Our server was pretty new and nice-so this review does not reflect her at all. I was there with 3 other people (so 4 people total) and we ordered the chicken burrito, al pastor burrito, birria tacos, and chicken tacos. We waited almost an hour to receive these 4 things. Mind you-in that time we ordered diet cokes. The cokes tasted funny so we sent them back and asked for water instead. After that, we received another round of diet cokes Our food finally came and for it to take so long, it looked like it was sitting out because when I bit into my burrito, it wasn't even hot or warm. My burrito came with pineapple salsa. The color of the pineapple was borderline gray, so I smelled it. It smelled so SOUR. It was definitely past its expiration date. My friend's chicken tacos literally fell apart after attempting to bite them, meaning these tortillas were also old. My other friend's weren't satisfied with their food so we wanted to request a manager to let him know this. We only knew what he looked like because we literally saw him interviewing someone right in front of us a few minutes prior. Not only was he "not there" to speak to us, but they only offered 20% off the bill. Mind you-there's an automatic 20% gratuity no matter the party size so these guys basically were like "let's just take the tip off". Horrible food, terrible ambiance, horrible management. Do NOT waste your time.

Unfortunately, that decision turned out to be a mistake. Despite all of us being clearly over the legal drinking age, we were denied drink service without a valid explanation. We brought this to the attention of the manager--someone we've seen on previous visits--but he did absolutely nothing to help. He didn't ask questions, didn't look into the situation, and didn't even bother to stand up from his chair. His indifference spoke volumes. What's most frustrating is the lack of effort or care. This bar seems unable--or unwilling--to distinguish between underage students and working adults trying to enjoy a drink after a long day. I could've overlooked the denial itself, but the manager's attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction isn't a priority here. After this experience, I won't be returning. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like this place--but I refuse to give my money to a business that treats loyal patrons like an inconvenience.
