Ordered to-go pizza for two people. I personally customized both pizzas to be vegetarian and one to be vegan. Ingredients were fresh, crust was crispy and tasty. The extra side drizzles and sauces really elevate the flavor. I would really recommend a mix of the spicy marinara and pesto sauces for any pizza. The spicy ranch and honey make for fantastic drizzles. Overall, a great option for a vegan/vegetarian meal. read more

Popped in for a quick bite. I ordered the BBQ salad and the shredded pork tasted like shoe leather that's been sitting around. The salad was mostly lettuce with about 4 big, tough pieces of meat. My son got a gluten free pizza that looked decent...the crust wasn't that great but the pizza itself was just ok. Nothing to scream in delight about. read more

Stooped in for a quick bite to eat. The line was short but moved VERY slow. The workers were nice and pleasant just painfully slow. My salad was great. I got a spicy ranch dressing that was very tasty. My husband got the BBQ pizza and he said they were too heavy with the BBQ sauce. Other than that, I was good. We had stopped going for a while but will put this back in rotation. read more

My husband had a medical emergency and we had to leave a vehicle parked in the parking lot, not even 18 hours later it was towed! There is NO reason a vehicle should be towed out of a parking spot less than 48 hours! ridiculous management at this place. read more

Must have driven by this place 100 times without paying any attention to it. I now regret that because the food is so good. Had a pepperoni pizza, salad and a Coke. Everything was perfect. Manager was at the cash register and really on the ball. The pizza was just awesome. Brick oven cannot be beat, imo. Better than average atmosphere. I will definitely be back. It might be my favorite pizza in town now. I was perplexed as to why the rating was only ~3.7. So, I read the 1 star reviews and noticed that most of the complaints were regarding the poor service. I did not have that problem. read more

We used to love eating here. The quality of service has diminished though. For example, we walked in at 8:38 and the stuff rudely said they were out of dough with no attempt to try help us. Why stay open until 9 if you are unwilling to serve guests until that time? read more

I went there for lunch today. It was really good. I have been here many times. I thought I would post this restaurant a review. Y'all come you hear!!!!! read more

Tell your employees to wear their hair back so it won't touch the food when they are helping customers. Pitiful! Wearing your hair long it's OK but when you are in the workplace and around food, it needs to be put in a ponytail or put up so we will not touch the food. The manager should know this. Put a policy see in place regarding hair around the food. Thank you! read more

I love Pyros pizza. The service was good. I went a little after lunch, and it wasn't too busy. The atmosphere was good. With this location being so close to FedEx, I was surprised they don't offer a FedEx employee discount like Newk's or steak escape. I rarely have problems with this location, unless they run out of veggie sausage. read more

Decent food, but consistently smells bad every time you come in. Make you want to leave.

Had a great time eating at Pyros last night for the Mid South Hope Garage fundraiser. We had pizza and salads. Johnny is the best at keeping everything running smoothly. read more

This is one of those places that is really popular but just isn't my jam. I've been a few times before and it was fine but it just didn't stand out. I did end up eating here with a coworker so I decided to try the pre-made pizzas they've got and it was just ok. I was surprised that I liked the thin-style pizza well enough but I would need to try some other things. I'd be willing to come back with coworkers if they pick this. My go to pizza spot. Food is always amazing. Nice staff. Restaurant is always clean and absolutely love the fancy handwashing station!

i hadn't been to this location in about a year. I had always loved it, of all the options and the fact that it was always good, and service was friendly attentive. Today i went there around 11:30 am. All the workers just seemed as though they didn't care. There was no choice of crust, just super thin, and there were only two sauce choices. I repeatedly told everyone behind the counter that I was getting this to go, but they still entered it as dine in and didn't include my name in the order. My pizza sat on the counter for at least 10 minutes. I might add that they were not busy at all, so it wasn't hectic. if this keeps up I don't think they will be in business long. read more

Drink machine broken, although they charged us for drinks and then admitted they knew it wasn't working after we complained. The place seems generally nasty. Not clean. Will never return. read more

I usually enjoy pyros but this location served me a snack pizza that was simultaneously burned to a black crisp AND soggy. Their pizzas are just too expensive to not be able to eat them. will avoid this location in the future. read more

extremely disappointed with my visit. i used to love pyros, i hadn't been in about 2 years. i got to the collierville location around 7:40, the employees were completely disengaged and uninterested in us. we had to get their attention at the start of the line to get them to ask us what we wanted (we were the only people in line... 3 employees were standing at the dough press). they didnt really ask what we wanted, sort of just stared at us expecting us to speak. the girl working the cash register also took a minute to acknowledge us as we stood in front of her. they didn't ask if our pizza was for here or togo, but they brought my pizza out in a box and my boyfriend's out on a tray like normal? my pizza was burnt to the point half of it being black and hard. the lady brought me the box and said "did you have a pizza" like?? yeah... what kind?? there's a few people here i assume we all have pizza ... all she said was "it's a snack size" and i said well i guess we have to open it to know if it's mine. the tables were also dirty and sat dirty the entire 40 minutes we were there when there was only a handful of customers who came here after us. maybe the other locations are better, but this visit was an extreme disappointment. read more

Terrible service and the food was wrong. I was then told it's my problem and to take it up with door dash. They gave my pizza away to someone else. I then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake it. Other than a half-hearted apology by Jaden ("Hey, mistakes happen and we have to move on") there was no real attempt to make it right. Really poor customer service read more

This was first time visiting Pyro's pizza and I can say it was great. Extremely busy and the staff was courteous and decent. With all of the noise they really couldn't hear our order all that well. The table we sat at wasn't cleaned and the wIaitress didn't ask us to excuse her before she she began leaning the table. Overall the pizza was good. read more

I'm visiting Collierville Tn and this was dinner to go. I ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. It seemed very clean, toppings were fresh and plentiful to choose from. Zero (0) stars....Worst service ever. Creepy af employee running around the dining area in sunglasses asking weird inappropriate things. You'll have to wait until every online order is made before they even start your order. Don't eat here Not child friendly....creepy workers read more

Johnny Lee is my favorite part of this place. Anytime I come to Memphis from out of town, I try to stop by Pyros. I absolutely love their pizza and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I had never been to this location of Pyros before and so I had never met the staff here. After going through the line to pick out all the toppings for my pizza it was time to check out and that's when I met Johnny Lee. He is an absolute gem of a human being, and I genuinely loved talking to him. His passion for Pyros is obvious and his love for life and the Lord is contagious. Don't miss a chance to say hi when you stop in next time! Blessings to you Johnny Lee!! read more

The food was good. The service was good. Nice place to go with family or friends. I would recommend this place

Fast and simple pizza place. I tried the new thick crust and the slices are easier to hold with 2X the dough. Plenty of toppings to pick from and no limit! If you check in on their social media on Tuesday and show at the register you can get a free soft drink. read more

Would like to have the option to give ZERO stars! Visited today 3/11/2023 & the workers were very grumpy. The choices were very limited on topping selections because they were "out" of everything. Was told at the checkout that they were "also out of savory bites". The drink station had cups strewn everywhere & the machine only had a couple drink selections available. I had not been to this location in a couple years & was shocked at how a Collierville restaurant was being managed so poorly. Would not recommend as three six inch cheese pizzas & three drinks cost over $43.00! read more

I am an avid PYRO'S eater & have been eating here for the longest! Yet, today did not reflect the service or quality of what I've eaten previously. My boyfriend & I are plant based so we don't have many options in the surrounding area. We came for dinner and the service was subpar, I understand that towards the end of the night people are ready to go home. Yet it's no excuse for the lack of sauce that comes on a pizza. It's a pizzaaa!! As well as a mounding all of the toppings in the middle of the pizza! It's just disappointing to see a place I love go down in service and quality after a couple of years. I always enjoy Pyro's. I get have my pizza as weird as I like it. I love the brick oven style pizza and the topping selections. This location is always friendly and moves fast. the only thing that I don't care for is the fact that rewards expire so soon. I know thats not their fault but still at least give me 60 days instead of 30. I took off a star because the drink area is always sticky. One time I can understand but multiple times thats a habit. read more

Love this place amazing food. It's a great setup and the workers are so nice. The owner himself accidentally spilled ranch on the pizza. Really wasn't to big of a deal I love ranch but he not only let me keep the ranch pizza but made me a whole other pizza for me for free. I can't say enough good things about this place. Amazing service amazing workers. read more

One of the worst dining experiences of all time. Every pizza was taking 30+ minutes to come out, and the manager was not responding to guest concerns. After the large wave of guests was over, the manager still did not listen to customer complaints and concerns. All of the employees just stood around the oven laughing and making jokes while my pizza was just waiting to be cut and served. Horrible customer service, horrible wait time, horrible managerial skills. read more

The pizza was crispy and tasty. The people were friendly. We will definitely be back for more!

This restaurant is an awesome pizza place! And I don't think there's anything I find wrong/bad about this place! Okay so I would call this place the "chipotle of pizza" in that you can customize and make your pizzas with whatever toppings you want (so honestly if your pizza tastes bad, it might be your own fault -- but they do offer a few speciality pizzas for those who are less creative or want a pizza that they know tastes good). They offer tons of different sauces, meats, and veggies that you can add to your pizza. And you can order an entree pizza, snack pizza or salad along with any other sides like their version of breadsticks and such. So yeah, once you've put everything on your pizza all you have to do is pay and they'll bring it to your table. Awesome Memphis made pizza restaurant! read more
