Used to be one of my favorite go to lunch spots but they changed the menu about 2 weeks ago and it's gone downhill. Had to find somewhere new to go since they changed everything. All the changes make no sense and are absolutely horrible. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend this place anymore read more

Love it here! Amazing local joint! Brett and Case, bartenders always take care of us! Austin and Joe- always hard working on the floor! Naomi and Nick, attentive management! Been coming here for years! And - food is always on point thanks to Chef Ryan!!!! read more

Recently met up with friends for dinner at PV Pie and Wine. Hadn't been in since it opened in the area. But had frequented their previous concept. So was anxious to see what had changed for better or worse. First of all, the food, we had the following: Summer Stawberry Salad w/Chicken and w/o Goat cheese. 3/5 - for the price, thought it was skimpy in size for $21. The Chicken was in small shreds, and although the flavor was good it was pretty dried out and again probably 3 oz of it max. ($7 add on to $14 salad). Go Green Pizza - 4/5 What the salad lacked in volume was more than made up for in the size pizza. For $16 this could have easily fed 2 people. And it did! My two friends ordered two pizzas not knowing how large they were, so ate one and took the other home for lunch the next day. They have a pretty decent wine selection. Some interesting cocktails on the menu. Looks like they have some good happy hour offerings and Monday/Tuesday combo specials. Would probably only return when these offerings were available for better value. Service was good and waiter was knowledgeable about the food menu and the wines as well. Service was completed by the bartender who was also very nice and accommodating. read more

This is the 3rd time we've brought our big group to the restaurant...a group of 23! I will try to explain what a great experience each and every one of us had today. Every month we go to lunch for the friends celebrating birthdays: we had 3 this month. Andre' was the waiter for all of us and he did not miss a beat. Extremely impressive! Everyone loved their food, pizza, salad, pasta, grilled cheese and tomato soup. We all sang Happy Birthday and they brought them each turtle cheesecake...amazing! But it was the way were treated that really was so very special. The manager Justin Parker made us feel like family. He even brought out the beignets that are being brought out next week along with French press coffee for our 100 year friend who he took a selfie with because she was from New Orleans. Highly recommend this restaurant . read more

We come here quite often, first time we were disappointed. Greeted and sat right away. The ceviche was delicious as always. Ribs were decent but my potato chips were very stale. My wife wanted a side of ranch for her pizza (that was very good) but our server did not come back to check on us till we were finished with our meal. I told him about the stale chips and all he said they could be better. Shame, as this place is usually better than that. read more

The Pizzas we ordered were great! We got Pepperoni with extra cheese and the Spinach and Artichoke. We also had them take the prickly pear mocktail and replace the seltzer with Vodka. I had more than one . Our server Emily was awesome. Very friendly staff read more

We've been here a number of times and it's consistently inconsistent. The food is "ok" if you order the right things but can be terrible if you order the wrong things. Here's our list so far: ~Burger: good. Nothing special but totally decent and fries are solid. ~Chicken sandwich: bad. Dry chicken, too much bread, no flavor or moistness to sandwich. ~pizza: decent. Nothing special due to crust being so-so but some of the pizza combos are good. Crust is VERY inconsistent on crispiness which is constantly annoying. ~Ribs: bad. Don't bother. Sauce is nice but meat is super dry and tough to eat. ~Salmon: good. Moist, flavorful and risotto on side is solid. Service is so-so. Some of their servers are super arrogant while others are calm and helpful. Ambiance is also so-so. Bright and open if you sit near windows. Dark if sitting near kitchen. I do appreciate that the music isn't too loud so you can hear people at your table - that's a HUGE plus because so many places drown you in noise these days and this place is just the right level of music. It's basically "fine" if you order well but this is usually our last choice answer we go if others suggest it. read more

PV Pie & Wine was delicious. 6 of us made it in time for happy hour so we grabbed a few appetizers for the table and cocktails and then a mixture of entrees for supper. Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks! The one thing that bothered me was that the majority of seating is booths. It would have been great for our group to sit at a table for ease of access. read more

It was awesome went in with 10 froends are our service was great! Usually that doesn't happen :). Our server was Bri and she was awesome!

First time at this named restaurant although I have been to the location before under prior owners/operators, and it was delicious. The 1/2 pizza-1\2 salad combo is a great lunch special. The salad was fresh and tasty, albeit just a touch too much dressing. I will ask for it on the side in the figure. The pizza was fabulous. Our server was friendly and knew the menu well. All and all a great experience. Will certainly return. One negative is the crazy parking lot at a very busy corner shopping center. Thus 4 stars vs. 5. Food is 5 for sure! read more

PV Pie & Wine - Meat Me Pizza and Wedger Salad. - Pizza Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

love you guys - but what happened to your pizza salad? 1 vote to please bring it back!!

I went here for lunch and my goodness it was amazing! They have an awesome lunch special of 1/2 pizza & 1/2 salad. You can pick any pizza and any salad. The food was amazing! I had the Kale salad which the dressing sweetened the kale to not be too bitter. I also ate the meat pie which was crisped perfect. There are so many things I want to try still. The place itself looks cozy & has a nice intimate feel. The to-go customer service was friendly & quick so I can only imagine dine in. read more

Love the decor! First time here. The food is amazing!!! I certainly will be back. Each of my colleagues enjoyed their meal. Kevin provided good service. You can tell how much I loved my food by the 2nd photo. lol It was a good choice to go with half salad (Wedger) and half pizza (Paradise Pie w/o mushrooms). End of review! Nothing more to say. I'm full! Enjoy the photos then go try it. Did I say I'll be back? Yep! read more

Checking back in....things are back to normal, A/C pumping and Good times with Brett and Naomi. Quick follow-up on my last note...all negativity could have been avoided had the other manager simply came to the regulars and stated there was an issue with the A/C but instead she remained silent and seated at a booth on her laptop with no interaction with customers, unlike other managers we've experienced over the years. This caused us to leave and head to a new spot for us, Vintage14. We are back because we like it here but owners take note....bad leaders = regulars questioning it. read more

First time here. Amazing experience. Server Mitzue was so kind, prompt, knowledgeable - and was running bar and serving tables. She asked the chef to make a modification due to allergy for the Brussel sprouts and that was done- compliments to both. We will return! read more

Two of us stopped in for an early dinner. The service was polite, swift and accommodating. The place has large TV's which could be great for watching sports. We started off with the calamari and the shishito peppers. Both of them were awesome, the sauces were exceptional. We decided on a couple salads to finish off our dining experience. The PV Chopped and Vegan Beet were great choices. The ingredients were super fresh and well put together. The spot has a comfortable and inviting vibe. read more

I highly recommend PV Pie & Wine for a casual lunch or dinner. They do great lunch specials (1/2 ANY salad & ANY pizza for about $14), plus with the addition of their amazing new manager, Justin, they've added some delicious new items to the menu. The food is consistently good & the servers are responsive & on the ball. I'm so happy to have them in the neighborhood. read more

Had a great girls night out here and I see more in my future. A friend and I came on a Monday where they have a great special - for $35 you get a pizza and a bottle of wine. We got the Go Green pie which was loaded with vegetables. Heirloom tomato, artichoke, spinach, pesto, caramelized onion and cheese of course. It's served with a side of ranch, but it's not needed. The crust is thin....you could really call it a flatbread if you want. So much flavor that we dove in and barely drank our wine. The beet salad is also delicious and always get the Brussel sprout appetizer!! read more

Good selections for lunch & dinner. Appetizers excellent- love the Meatballs & focaccia bread. Steak, Green Chili Burger, Chicken Sandwich & loved the Special Lemon Chicken Pizza. My husband and I went here for a late Saturday lunch. It was an impromptu visit but I ended up feeling like we were on a date. I liked the interior, very nicely designed and comfortable. This would be a great place if you have a larger group as the middle tables allow for a bigger party. I was there on a endless bubbles day, yeah! I had the mushroom truffle pizza and my husband had a salmon flatbread. They both were delicious. Our waiter was great. We will be back! read more

Tried this place for the first time on a Friday and loved it! It's really cool looking inside, just a cool contemporary vibe, perfect for happy hour or business meeting. When we walked in we were greeted and seated right away. You can see all the chefs making the food which is always cool. Drinks and appetizers came our very quickly. We ordered a pie of course and my son got the grilled cheese with bacon and tomato soup and it was all delicious! Will def come back! read more

PV Pie & Wine - Stella - Pizza Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I came here with my husband and young children and we were all very happy with our meals. The kids pizzas were big for a kids meal. There are limited pizza options on the menu but you can also make your own. We had the meat me and the paradise pie. They were delicious and hit the spot. The crust was perfect and thin. The toppings were well balanced and cooked perfectly. The ambiance of the restaurant was relaxing and good for kids while being a little more upscale. read more

Bar was perfect to sit at since I was by myself. Happy hour salad was perfect size and the drinks were yummy.

Love their pizza with the cauliflower crust. The salad and Mac and cheese was amazing as well. Highly recommend this place.

This is a very busy restaurant and I found out why soon enough. I was seated right away with a perfect view of college basketball on the big screen. PW is very large with ample booth seating and nice lounge type waiting area. I had the Paradise Valley pizza(thin crust, white sauce, pepperoni, sausage and spinach). It was fantastic. The best pizza I've had in Phoenix since I moved here at the beginning of 2021. My chop salad was large, very healthy and tasty with alot of quinoa, corn, chopped lettuce and last but not least delicious fresh, salmon slices. Service by Cynthia was outstanding. She was very prompt with bringing my food and offering extras in an extremely busy restaurant. Overall, this was a great restaurant experience. Highly Recommended. read more

This was my first time there since it changed from the Covenant. I ordered the Vegan Beet salad and I really liked it. It was artfully arranged, fresh and tasty. I liked the two kinds of sliced beets, supremes and the crushed pistachio nuts. Several people in my group ordered the meatballs and they all enjoyed the dish. I think my favorite addition since the changeover was the addition of a patio. Given our climate and Covid restrictions, patios are a must. I only patron restaurants that have outdoor patio seating. The one thing that I wish they would have changed is the huge wall graffiti like mural inside that overwhelms the space and lends doesn't fit the current aesthetic. Over all my visit was pleasant and the staff was very helpful and courteous, I will go again in the future. read more

We drove by a few times and decided to pop in for dinner- it is exactly what you think it would be. A casual but nice sit down pizza shop with lots of drinks options. The hostess (not sure if he was actually the hostess as he was everywhere) was super friendly and on top of things, our server- wasn't the most personable but got the job done. We shared a pizza and a few salads as well as drinks, the pizza is very thin crust and delicious- ample amount of toppings (I actually love crust only and had a hard time finding parts without toppings on them). The salads were also well done- I had the beet with salmon and my bf got the wedge. We would definitely come back, it was a good experience and an easy last minute spot (we didn't have resos and it was sat at 7pm and we got a seat no problem). The interior is well done, I guess one thing that would bring the whole "vibe" up a notch would be if they switched from plastic drinking cups to glass....the interior and bar area is clearly thought out and it seems they're going for a step above casual- but when those plastic cups came out... it was very much reminiscent of "am I at a Pizza Hut?" When Pizza Hut was in their prime. read more

Good food, great service, reasonable price. Came here for a quick bite to eat in the afternoon. The place wasn't busy at all so we were able to get a table near the window. Our server was super nice and brought us the menu right away and took our orders. We got a salad and flat bread to share. The food was good. Portion size was not big. Service was attentive, and our drinks was refilled. Overall a very pleasant experience. read more

Good food and atmosphere. Service was quick and efficient as we needed it to be as we were a bit rushed

A couple different visits - once at bar & once at a table. Both great experiences & service. The lasagna is quite good, the pizzas are tasty & salads are hearty & fresh. We had someone at our table order one of the mocktails- she wasn't crazy about it but they quickly adjusted for her. read more
