It's a fun spot in Atlanta to go for a night out. We went on a Friday night so the place was busy and we got stuck behind a few large groups (+5 people). What we weren't told is that they stopped seating guests to eat at a certain time so once we were done playing the holes at 10:45 and went to go get seated for a meal they told us they weren't seating anyone else for the night. I'd also recommend starting your bar tab once you walk in at least before starting to play. Parking wasn't too bad as the garage we chose was $3 for the first two hours and it was less than 15 minutes walking time including the light we had to wait for to cross the street. The golfing itself was a blast and no complaints on that. Again just wish that they had told us that with a 9:50 tee time that we wouldn't be able to eat and still make our reserved time. read more

I would rate rhis establishment a 0 star if I could. I was here for a nice date night with my husband and it turned awful. On the amber playing area there is a tight walkway between a couple holes. Someone verbally assaulted my husband and I and threatened to kill us and put her putter in our face. Someone called security over and they only took the lady's side and didn't even listen to us. Went for a friend's birthday with reservations in advance. Good concept but terribly managed. They couldn't manage the groups coming in and we literally waited 20 minutes per hole to play and eventually gave up. One of four courses seemed to have all of the large groups which caused huge backups. Service otherwise was slow and they ran out of basics like cranberry juice. We finally decided to get food, got sat at a table that was labeled as closed for social distancing and then we were promptly ignored by all of the staff until we got up and left about 20 minutes later. read more

Didn't have any food. This review is based on the game experience. We arrived today to do the indoor Putt Putt which seemed really fun online. We had a reservation for 2:30 (on a Saturday which we realized might be a busy time). But apparently several parties also had the same time reservation for our course. The party in front of us was fine, but the 2:30 party behind us consisted of a large group of very rowdy teenaged boys who seemed to have no adult supervision. They kept creeping into our game and then ANOTHER group of teenagers ahead of us kept crowding us as well. At one point, one of the groups tried to cut in front of us and I had to tell them to wait their turn. It just wasn't a safe place for my family on a weekend. I think Puttspace could do a better job protecting the experience for their players. I paid 80 bucks for two games but my ten year old did not want to play the second round due to this experience. read more

I use to play golf in college and wanted to take my girlfriend on a date. Came to puttshack nicest and up to date technology wise mini golf. Love every minute of it the biggest is play to be able to drink and play. Definitely will be back have to try out the restaurant. read more

Terrible place. Put put was way too overcrowded, no one was managing the game, zero instructions, and it didn't work the majority of the time. There was so many issues and so many people that we did not even get close to finishing our game. They didn't give us any compensation. Waste of money and time. read more

I went here on a Thursday night. Nice amount of people for a Thursday; not too many. The drinks were good and the music was on point. We went upstairs and played the mini golf which is a neat concept. I can't speak for the food because we didn't have a chance to get any but the atmosphere and the vibe was nice. Literally one of my favorite places in Atlanta. My boyfriend and I have gone back time and time again, bringing new friends each time. The mini golf is affordable compared to most entertainment options in Atlanta and the food is surprisingly good. We had one mishap last time we went: we ordered an appetizer that hadn't come by the time we got our entrees, but the waiter made up for it with a free dessert. Awesome atmosphere, games, drinks, and food! We made reservations for a group of 4 and went early to eat dinner. Our server, Ty, was super friendly and helpful. He even found us on the course later to deliver a round of drinks. The menu is small but everything we tried was delicious and the drinks were well made! The games are available upstairs and downstairs and are unique both in play and score keeping. We enjoyed the first round so much that we opted for a 2nd game. I ordered a single Don Julio and it cost $20 I laughed because that's the most expensive Blanco I ever ordered. Definitely recommend, easily the most innovative and fun putt putt I have played, and the food was absolutely top notch. The only disappointment is that the cost to play only includes 9 holes vs the normal 18, which goes by in about 30 minutes playing with just 2 people. I was a little skeptical at first because I did receive mixture of both good and not good customer service through a few phone calls to the establishment aboutmy reservation. However on the day of my visit to Puttshack, myself and two friends received good customer service from the staff working. From the front door greeters, game attendants and servers at the restaurant. I will rate our actual gaming golf experience a 6. One reason is that it was a little crowded which added to the confusion between our games and other guest.. the order of games kept changing with other guest games. Anyway, after gaming we dined in their restaurant. I had eaten a little something before arriving and wasn't too hungry so I only ordered an appetizer and a drink. I ordered the Shittake mushroom potstickers and a Smoking Negroni drink served in a smoky wood chest. My food and drink were both good. I also ordered bigness for dessert to go. I came here for the first time today with my sister and boyfriend and it was DELICIOUS. My boyfriend and I got " The O.G " burger & it was one of the best burgers I've had in Atlanta. The flavor of the bacon was so good and smokey as well. My sister got the " Mighty Meatball " and she enjoyed it too. I loved the meatballs on it & i'm usually not fond of meatballs. Walking in is confusing af. We went to the kiosk and then had no idea what to do. Finally figured out to walk upstairs and was vaguely described how it all works. We weren't sure the deal so we purchased one round thinking it was the whole place one time. No. It means you're thrown in a small corner of 5-6 holes to play and are done in a matter of 15 mins. When getting to the table, most appetizers were not available, as well as two signature cocktails (one being the Kahlua based drink, which was asked to be stirred... they said no.) My husband found Puttshack via tick toc. This place is amazing. It is a great place for date night or a family outing. The one drawback is the space within each section. Very close proximity to other groups. The putt putt is totally electronic and maintains your score for you. It has 9 holes that go by quickly. If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. Last night 12/18/21 we visited PuttShake for my birthday. The courses were booked to capacity which wasn't the issue at all. My friends and I stayed for food and drinks. We found seating on the patio which was really nice. After sitting for 45 mins. a younger, African American waitress with red hair (I described her because she never provided her name) appeared and was assisting another table but she never greeted us and was proceeding to walk out of the area when we asked for menus and if she would be servicing our table. She dropped the menus on the table and left the area. This young woman appeared in the area several more times to continue assisting the table that she had previously been assisting when we arrived. However, she avoided making eye contact with any of us and never came back to the table to take our orders or to ask if we were ready to order. We waited, without food or drinks, at our table before finally flagging her down as she was walking by yet again. She didn't even have the decency to approach the table she yelled from the opening of the door that she was no longer servicing our table and she would find another waiter or waitress for us. That person never appeared and she never returned to the area we were seated in. Unfortunately, this was my very 1st time visiting this establishment and I am highly disappointed in their customer service. Especially considering I was there to celebrate my birthday. There was a young woman by the name of Porsche that was working behind the bar who was kind enough to take our drink orders. I had a coke zero and would have ordered food and beverages but they could not take food orders at the bar unless we were sitting at the bar and by the time we'd gotten to this point in the evening I just wanted to leave. read more

Food way too salty and dribks were drown with mixers - wouldn't let you order shots either. Paid for two games. Only showed one and it has been a total cluster tryijg to get the second game we paid for going. Must not have any management on site bc we haven't seen one yet. read more
