Great time with friends . I don't know what they did with the lanes, but I hit a couple of strikes . I was happy with it

We had so much fun at Midtown bowl and will definitely be back! We loved the concept of having a party or event at a bowling alley! There was an active photographer, a DJ, a pop up restaurant and a full bar. Absolutely visit this spot on Tuesdays when they have FILA Nights!

Overall, we had a great time at Midtown Bowl tonight! The pros: The bowling alley has a very nostalgic feel. There are 32 bowling lanes, tons of balls to choose from, a full bar with delicious cocktails and all sorts of canned beers, and classic bowling alley foods such as pizza and chicken tenders. I was thrilled that there were 5 different brands of hard cider. The cons: even though it wasn't a super busy night, they put us right next to a party of 10 with a bunch of kids. I would have been fine with this if the place were full, but it felt way too cramped. Additionally, it was way too hot in there. The real kicker, though, was that it cost $64 for an hour of bowling and two pairs of shoes. We probably won't come back due to the cost, which is a bummer because the place itself is really cool. The search for the perfect Atlanta bowling alley continues!

My friends and I had a good time bowling here. Good vibes! We got some pitchers for drinks while here and after drinking from my cup already I noticed how dirty it was, lol. Not a big deal but a little gross. They could also definitely use more bowling balls. Took us a while to find 8 and 9s. Overall though, very retro and we had fun

This is my favorite place in Atlanta. The food here is better than any bowling alley fare you've come across. The chicken tenders are a crowd favorite as they are breaded in house and seasoned with garlic salt. You can't beat the pepperoni pizza or the fried green tomato BLT. Service is stellar.

Jell-O shot stuck to the bottom of a paper cup

I would give 0 stars if I could. Bowling is decently priced but the food is absolute garbage, and they have the nerve to charge 20% gratuity on every order. The fried pickles were GARBAGE! The pickles were old and they were fried in OLD oil! There was a pool of grease from the pickle's leaking through the parchment paper into the carton. The Jell-O shots we ordered were crusty and stuck to the bottom of the cup (a paper cup, pictured in the photo). We ordered nachos and the chips were extremely STALE, with watery cheese. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Go to Bowlero instead. Honestly just anywhere else, OVERRATED! I don't know who said this was luxury, but that is a LIE! Eat well before you come if you want to bowl. Don't make the mistake of ordering any food, because they refuse to give you your money back.

Visited 1/25/2020 - Met up with my friends who come here regularly and are avid bowlers. These guys will also bet on anything, whether it is a large game or something smaller like how many pins will this person knock down on their next bowl. Unfortunately, when I arrived they were already up to $100 each bowl, and the losing team would have to pay several hundred dollars in betting llorases and buy dinner. As you can imagine, this was an intense Saturday afternoon that was made my ugh better by the friendly staff and festive atmosphere. If you're looking to change up your Saturday routine, or want to do something chill, this is a good place to take start. They have a full bar too so non-bowling adults can enjoy this place as well!

Every time I go to Sweetwater Brewery, I pass Midtown Bowl and had never been until recently. My team wanted to bowl and grab some lunch and drinks during the day for a team outing, but Painted Pin doesn't open until the early evening. The parking lot is huge - no problem parking in the middle of the day on a weekday. By the time I got there, most of my team had already started bowling. Renting your bowling shoes is easy. Just leave one of your shoes with them. I've never had a bowling alley do that to me before but interesting idea. The balls and the lanes are fine. Technology for the bowling game is average. Not the most outdated I've seen but not the fanciest, either. We didn't have any issues. I wanted to grab a bite to eat so I settled on the chicken tenders. They didn't have Mac and cheese so I got the fries that usually comes with the tender basket. When your food is done, they will announce your name over the intercom. The chicken tenders were hot and fresh and crispy. Definitely a must order. The fries were just fine. You can order alcoholic beverages at the drink counter (separate from food). I ordered one of their specialty cocktails from the menu - Prosecco and OJ, although I forgot the name of the drink. It was pretty light - comes in a cheap plastic cup that you usually use for drinking water... They do not accept cash - must have had issues in the past. Make sure to bring card - which is what most people do these days anyway, am I right? Overall, Midtown Bowl isn't a classy establishment like Painted Pin, but it's got everything you need. That's why I think it's 3 stars - A-OK.

Cheers to getting through this pandemic together! #ATLSTRONG

This is my first time here! I am absolutely here for the friendly service, the amazing wings & Long Island ice tea. Masks & social distancing is enforced! I will highly recommend this place to bring your family. As always wash hands & stay clean ATL!

His: Good service and fair prices. Sweet tea was on point Her: They have a updated jukebox so music selection was good. I had fun, those pins aren't for the weak literally. It took real effort to make a strike. Not packed, if you're concerned with Covid guidelines.

Bowling here for years. Staff is friendly. Prices are good. The lanes are well maintained and during specials are often quite good.

To bowl or not to bowl lol…read more I don't know why I said that. This place feels like a cigar lounge mixed with a man cave mixed with a bowling alley. Just a really cool setup overall. Vibes are great here and there's so much to do. Bowling, games, food, drinks. The whole shabang. Went on a Saturday with a friend and honestly had a fantastic time. We ordered the pizza and fries. Classic bowling alley food. Good overall, not anything spectacular food wise, but with everything else going on it honestly doesn't even matter. Service was great too. We had a super sweet server who made the experience even better. Cost wise you'll definitely spend some money, but it feels worth it for the experience. Easy 5/5 for me. Will absolutely be back.

I walked in and was met by the receptionist who told me everything I needed to do to bowl and to meet my party. We were served so much food, for the entire party, we didn't have to ask because the servers were so attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. My favorite was the chicken Sliders. Everything was hot, fresh and savory! I tried the Riesling and it was amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a fun night out with coworkers or an intimate date night with your spouse or friends. 10/10 I will be back!!

I arrived around 4 PM with my daughter, a friend, and her four children. Before coming, I called the location around 12:30 PM to confirm their "all-you-can-play" deal ($29.99 including a $10 game card, meal, and unlimited games). I was told it was available. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff told me the deal was no longer being offered. After explaining that I had just confirmed it hours earlier, I was still dismissed. I had to call the location again, standing there, just to have someone else confirm that the deal was in fact available. Completely unacceptable and a clear lack of communication and training. That was just the beginning. We were told we'd be placed on a waitlist for bowling--even though there were multiple empty lanes in plain sight. After waiting an entire hour, I went back to the desk to ask what was going on, and suddenly a lane was "available." Interesting. When we got to the lane, there were piles of boxes stacked nearby, making it feel like we were bowling in the middle of a storage room or construction zone. Then we were told we couldn't even order food from the lane--despite menus and condiments sitting right there. Make it make sense. Before bowling, the kids played laser tag, and one of the children ended up with a bloody nose. Not a single staff member stepped in to help. Instead, a 12-year-old child was told to go to the bathroom and handle it himself. That alone was enough to question the safety and supervision at this place. We then attempted to eat at the restaurant area. We seated ourselves, were handed menus, and then completely ignored. After waiting, we had to walk up to the bar and place our own order. While standing there, I noticed a noticeable infestation of flies--at that point, I decided not to eat anything at all. Meanwhile, a new manager had come on shift and sat in a corner the entire time, while the staff--mostly teenagers--stood around on their phones, offering little to no service. The entire facility was filthy. Tables covered in leftover food, trash all over the floors, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I don't know who is running this location, but it is being run into the ground. At this point, it needs a complete shutdown, deep cleaning, renovation, and an entirely new staff. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Do not go here. Seriously--go anywhere else.

They had a great time playing soccer, basketball, running around on the playground, and of course enjoying the arcade games. It was one of those experiences where everyone was fully engaged and having fun the entire time. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the customer service. We accidentally purchased the wrong plan for the kids, but the manager on duty, Chershire, stepped in and handled the situation perfectly. No hassle, no frustration, just solution-focused and professional. That kind of service matters. When a business solves a problem the right way, they earn your loyalty. And that's exactly what happened here. Big shoutout to Aaron, Khadijah, and Michael as well. They were all extremely pleasant and made us feel welcome from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this location to any family looking for a fun and well-run place to spend time together.

During the time we visited, the customer service was still poor, and this location seems to be understaffed. Even though being in a mall, it's not surprising that it has low traffic. The promotional posters were displayed overwhelming and were not clearly explained. We were expected to choose a promotion before checkout, but no one walked us through the options. We've visited other locations outside of GA and we have experienced better service and staffing than here. Employees were attentive and helpful in explaining promotions. People always leaving with a smile. Unfortunately this location, during the time we were there, many claw machines were out of service or not functioning properly. We also noticed several families leaving disappointed. We barely heard any laughter and see smile compared to other locations we have been to. Suck that this is the only location in Atlanta. Until service and maintenance improve, we won't be returning. We'd rather visit the newer claw machine arcade at another mall.
