Our server wasn't awesome which she could have been buried with other tables but we were constantly waiting for something & asking where is she, is she going to check in on us? Every company event should be special after we spent 1 thousand dollars! Yes, 1k and to walk away- feeling like it was fun but didn't meet our expectations. Bummer! High more help when you know you have several company events coming in! And the bathroom comment- the dyer was broken and NO SOAP! No soap alone should be a zero star when we got there first, right at 5p. Bathrooms should be ready for patrons at 5:01p. It was a one & done for us. Again, it was fun and the food was ok but we'll take our 1k elsewhere!

I didn't eat anything there, so I'm not sure how the food was, but we did order some cocktails. I want to say we paid about $20-$25 per drink, crazy! They had a live band and the music was weak! I've been to places that had live bands and the band was great and played universal music for everyone to enjoy. We requested a few universal songs for all types of crowds, but they never played any of the songs. Again, this place is nice in the inside.... it's just not my vibe. And not very entertaining. We went on Friday night, so maybe that's why it wasn't as fun. If I decided to try this place again, I would try a Saturday just to see what the vibes are like, but this isn't my crowd.

We initially wanted to go to the Atlantic Station Bowlero, but someone recommended midtown ball. I've decided we chose this establishment. They do have a full bar in their own specialty drinks as well as food options. You can get a little chaotic the later in the evening it gets because more adults are in there however we came around 6 o'clock. Most of the lanes were full or getting full, but I didn't place a reservation. The process for putting a reservation in on your lane is not terrible. They will email you your quotes and then you can pay it online and once your reservation is paid your booked. I was able to come right in and let them know who is booked. We paid for our shoes the day of. But the lanes were reserved in advance. The drinks are on the bar were good and strong. They do have top shelf options. The average drink is about 10 or $11. The food is fairly expensive but I did taste one of my girlfriends and nachos. It was good. They are accommodating if you want to extend the time on your lane. We had a great time.

I arrived around 4 PM with my daughter, a friend, and her four children. Before coming, I called the location around 12:30 PM to confirm their "all-you-can-play" deal ($29.99 including a $10 game card, meal, and unlimited games). I was told it was available. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff told me the deal was no longer being offered. After explaining that I had just confirmed it hours earlier, I was still dismissed. I had to call the location again, standing there, just to have someone else confirm that the deal was in fact available. Completely unacceptable and a clear lack of communication and training. That was just the beginning. We were told we'd be placed on a waitlist for bowling--even though there were multiple empty lanes in plain sight. After waiting an entire hour, I went back to the desk to ask what was going on, and suddenly a lane was "available." Interesting. When we got to the lane, there were piles of boxes stacked nearby, making it feel like we were bowling in the middle of a storage room or construction zone. Then we were told we couldn't even order food from the lane--despite menus and condiments sitting right there. Make it make sense. Before bowling, the kids played laser tag, and one of the children ended up with a bloody nose. Not a single staff member stepped in to help. Instead, a 12-year-old child was told to go to the bathroom and handle it himself. That alone was enough to question the safety and supervision at this place. We then attempted to eat at the restaurant area. We seated ourselves, were handed menus, and then completely ignored. After waiting, we had to walk up to the bar and place our own order. While standing there, I noticed a noticeable infestation of flies--at that point, I decided not to eat anything at all. Meanwhile, a new manager had come on shift and sat in a corner the entire time, while the staff--mostly teenagers--stood around on their phones, offering little to no service. The entire facility was filthy. Tables covered in leftover food, trash all over the floors, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I don't know who is running this location, but it is being run into the ground. At this point, it needs a complete shutdown, deep cleaning, renovation, and an entirely new staff. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Do not go here. Seriously--go anywhere else.

During the time we visited, the customer service was still poor, and this location seems to be understaffed. Even though being in a mall, it's not surprising that it has low traffic. The promotional posters were displayed overwhelming and were not clearly explained. We were expected to choose a promotion before checkout, but no one walked us through the options. We've visited other locations outside of GA and we have experienced better service and staffing than here. Employees were attentive and helpful in explaining promotions. People always leaving with a smile. Unfortunately this location, during the time we were there, many claw machines were out of service or not functioning properly. We also noticed several families leaving disappointed. We barely heard any laughter and see smile compared to other locations we have been to. Suck that this is the only location in Atlanta. Until service and maintenance improve, we won't be returning. We'd rather visit the newer claw machine arcade at another mall.

However, at the latest birthday party my child attended here it became obvious that the staff member hosting the group should not be working with children. She was so aggressive and unprofessional that she made him uncomfortable to the point where he didn't feel safe asking for water. I ultimately had to pick him up early. It was overcrowded with people colliding in the arcade area. Many arcade machines were broken, some of the laser tag blasters are broken, there were multiple police cars outside the entrance at the time. the environment did not feel well-managed or family-friendly. The Sky Bar was my favorite part ! Us parents enjoyed cocktails and beers while the kids enjoyed Laser Tag and Go Karting. My daughter shared that their Go Karts were the fastest she's experienced. Customer Service here was excellent. Looking forward to what the Durham location has to offer.
