The BBQ flatbread, crab dip and house made chips were all just okay. The spicy chicken sandwich, which was touted as a number one seller, left a lot to be desired. The OG burger, cali fries and meatballs were the best finds for us on the menu. The meatballs, especially, were worth the disappointment of the other offerings. The cocktails and mock tails stole the show from presentation to taste! The old fashioned is one of THE BEST I've ever had! The mango lemonade was delicious. What a fun night and alternative to top golf, especially when it's cold and no one wants to be outside. The environment is fun, kind of like stepping into a video game. I've only been here to play the games, not to to eat so I can't speak to the food. The drinks are overpriced but at least they're made well. I've been here a couple of times now, once on a weekend date with hubs and once on a weeknight with friends. Even with game reservations needed, it was super crowded on the weekend, like almost wall to wall downstairs. There are put-put courses downstairs and upstairs. On my weekend visit, we played upstairs and it wasn't as crowded as it was downstairs. During these times, I'd definitely not go if I wasn't vaxed since not many people wore mask and it was hella crowded. Second time coming was a weekday and it wasn't as crowded which made for quick game play. Overall, it's a fun date or friend night out. The food menu seemed basic and overpriced so I don't think I'll ever eat there. Drinks are expensive but the game play is inexpensive, so it balances out. Location: Not at a standalone building. It can be a bit confusing because there aren't many signs outside the interlock that show where the PuttShack is located (1st floor btw). Price: Each game was about $26-$27 for two adults. It lasted about 30 minutes based on personal speed so I was pleased. Service: Originally, I made a reservation at 3:20pm for 2 adults. I made sure to register my boyfriend as well as his info (number, email, etc.) before we arrived to expedite our experience. Upon arrival, I let the girl know my name and she pointed me to the "Amber" court. Once we reached the court, a representative asked us for our reservation name and went on to briefly explain the process of the game. Each court/game had 9 different putts to go around so overall it took 30 minutes to knock this one out. After finishing this court, we decided to see if another court/time-slot was available via the self service kiosk. This would be a whole process within itself. After completion, we went upstairs to the "Sapphire" court. Upstairs looks a lot more congested than downstairs as it has two courts directly beside one another. There was only one representative for both courts so the lines were longer and honestly it was a hot mess. The putts were similar to the ones downstairs with a few alterations. However, the dysfunction of upstairs left me wishing that we had just stuck to one game. This is the main reason why I can't give them 5 stars. Pro tip: The parking situation is not mentioned on the website nor did anyone answer the phone when I called twice. Just make sure you download the ParkMobile app and keep in mind that there is a two hour minimum ($6 I believe). As far as style and entertainment goes, it definitely passed the vibe check!! Oh my, where to even begin? Super crowded, so loud had to yell at people next to us. $12 for 9 holes is not terrible but it goes buy so quickly. The scoring is absolutely nonsense so you can't really compete. We ordered drinks and it took forever! The food was meh. Do they know they are in Atlanta? If the food is subpar this city will chew them up and spit them out. I wanted to really like this place but the execution was terrible. Oh, and the drink are pretty expensive for what you get. I was looking forward to Puttshack opening in the area but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Reservations online fill up very quickly, so definitely try to book ahead. Online, it mentioned that they do have some walk-in games available, so we decided to stop by and see if we could put our names on a wait list or at least look around and buy a drink or two. Well, we did not even make it through the doors before being turned away by an extremely disrespectful staff member. Before I could get a single sentence out, he asked insulting questions like "can yall read?", insinuating that they were full instead of politely turning us away. He continued to cut me off multiple times without letting me get a word out to politely ask a question. We would have happily gone in for drinks but he did not even let me get a word out!! I live in the area, so this would have become a regular spot, but I will not be returning or spending my money here. Like many other reviews, I feel Puttshack is a great concept that is being poorly executed. **I want to note that there don't seem to be any covid guidelines aside from staff wearing masks. If that is something that is important to you, I recommend waiting for the hype to die down before visiting** My boyfriend and I got there a few hours before our tee time so we could eat. The place was PACKED and super loud. (It was opening night, so expected). We were seated quickly, but the wait for our food was so long that we actually missed our tee time. (again, we got there HOURS early to eat) Once we got our food it was pretty bland and underwhelming. Our drinks were kind of ~gross~ as well. Made a reservation early afternoon on a Friday, 4 people. The next people booked on our set of 9 holes was not booked to start until 30 minutes after us, yet after we started on time, and were just on the 2nd hole (maybe 5 minutes after we started), another duo was behind us and then more people came right after them, so felt like they were breathing down our necks to finish. Holes were not very creative with the exception of maybe 2 of them; they also went much too quickly (i.e. the estimate of 30 minutes to complete was pretty close for a party of 4 people - $60). One of the holes also malfunctioned and then we had to track someone down to get an alternate ball for one of our players and it still didn't work, so he had to skip the hole completely. (while several backlogged parties just stared at us to finish so they could play the hole). A few people working there were friendly but we only got a very brief overview of how things worked and had to go back and ask questions.. Did not know the beverage situation but definitely a missed oppy for their revenue not to have anyone take a drink order from us while we were playing. What a great and fun concept! My group of friends came here on a Saturday night. We booked our tee time online, which was very easy and self explanatory. When you walk in you can check in to your left and they will tell you what course to start at. We played on the "Sapphire" course first, and then the "Ruby" on the second floor. I highly recommend booking at least two games per player. You'll have so much fun on the first round, you'll want to keep playing! One round on a course is about 30 minutes. We met Chad, who was great with us explaining how everything worked. He was very friendly and professional. Excellent customer service. When you walk up to the course, the gentleman that work there will explain every detail. This is where they hand you the putters. You are asked what your groups name is and they choose your name on the tablet based on your tee time. The name you chose comes up and you're given your own personal golf ball. The golf ball has a tracker in it, so it can track how many times you hit the ball. The higher the score the better. We had a blast! On to the food, it was surprisingly REALLY good. The service was great as well, and the food came out pretty fast. It was a Saturday night, and they were definitely busy. I had a pulled pork sandwich that was delicious. I ordered the garlic truffle fries, which had the perfect crunch and amount of truffle. My Fiancé ordered the wood fired grilled octopus. Yes, I know, we normally wouldn't order seafood at a putt putt place. BUT it was surprisingly really good as well. It came with a honey mustard sauce, which we weren't the biggest fans of. If they change the sauce I would definitely recommend it. The flatbreads my friends ordered were pretty good as well. If you're trying to have a quiet romantic date or have a serious conversation with someone, definitely not the place to do it. We had a small group together to play putt-putt last night, which was a Saturday night. And this spot was hopping!!! They were crowded as hell. We got there an hour before our tee time reservation, hoping to grab a bite to eat and a drink but it was an hour wait for a table. We went to Velvet Taco next door to eat and came back to play. The game was fun and interactive, but it wasn't well-scheduled. We had two large groups in front of us, and that made playing really slow. Would love to try it out again on a weeknight. Went by Putt shack with a group of friends, very excited to have another attraction/restaurant in Atlanta. Obviously this is still a very new place, but bartenders were extremely slow, and their margarita was borderline simple syrup and water. I would stick to beer and shots. Beginning the gameplay was a little difficult, some people from the group arrived after our scheduled time and we weren't sure if we would be able to wait or if we had to start without. I was also under the impression that someone would be walking around while we played putt putt to get drinks for us, I definitely recommend getting a fresh drink before you start playing. I hate giving bad reviews but the management team and the gm of this business need some feedback. My negative feedback is in regards to the lack of signage to go from the parking garage to the entrance and the short duration of putting. The sign is near the parking garage (expensive parking). The parking garage has no attendants and requires a complicated app to use it. There are no signs from the garage to the entrance. There are a bunch of doors near the garage that have elevators but they don't seem to work. The large Puttshack sign is nowhere near the actual entrance. I have to think some rich celebrity owns this place for prestige because I have no idea how they stay in business. The putting area is super small and you can finish it in 10 to 15 minutes. I've been to Puttshack twice once for a corporate event and the other for a date night. Sooo the corporate event definitely had me spoiled with virtually no wait time as we had a "room" to ourselves. I highly recommend placing a reservation prior, that helped lower wait time. However, we were stuck behind large parties, so be prepared to wait a while to move on to the next hole. Also, there is limited standing areas at each hole so be prepared to be bunched up with some strangers if there is also a large party behind you. I liked the aesthetic of the Amber room, each hole had its own theme. Its a cool place, and it was super busy. We had fun, definitely would come back. read more

I've been here two times - once for a corporate event & recently on the weekend with an out-of-town guest & my family. It's a huge space. We had the place to ourselves upstairs during a daytime event. The food was better-than-average for this type of establishment. The putt-putt was fun. When I went back with family on a Saturday, it was a different experience. The place was pretty crowded and there was some confusion as to the check-in process. Everything there was pretty DIY - from the kiosks to check in to the boards that assign you a course. We stood and waited in a line for our course & saw another kiosk. I went up to the kiosk after several minutes and proceeded to check ourselves in & get our balls. Next thing I know, someone who works there comes up & starts fussing at me that I'm trying to get him in trouble. Um, what? Apparently he had left his station & no one was there to cover for him, so 3 groups were backed up waiting to start b/c no one was there. There were dirty drink glasses everywhere on the course. There was huge group (10+) of teenage girls on our course that slowed down everyone behind them. That being said, I had no idea it was only for 9 holes & even with the enormous party ahead of us, we were finished in about 30 minutes. The holes were cute, but very short. Took a friend to puttshack for her birthday a month ago, hoping for a good time at this new hot spot in Atlanta, as claimed by Tik Tok. This was nothing but a disappointment. First off, we couldn't start the game for good 15 minutes because the dispensing machine to get our putt putt balls was broken and employees had a very hard time fixing it. The place itself was crowded, the players and parties were on top of each other. We felt rushed and couldn't enjoy the game. Not worth the price, go play a regular mini golf for half the price and save yourself from this disappointment. read more

Definitely not 21+ after 7PM on a Friday. A group of pre-teens were there after 11PM with adults and manager said they were "too busy to notice". Whiskey (Whistle Pig) is grossly overpriced. I'll like to start off by saying I'm not a big fan of mini golf to begin with. But the establishment had a great atmosphere. The check in process was simple and took no time at all. There are multiple sections and each section has multiple courses within them. Unfortunately I didn't try any of the food or drinks there but the people that I did see eating or drinking seemed to be enjoying it. My only issue that I have with the place is I feel like the separation of different groups isn't that larger or a great enough buffer, which could be a good thing if u want to somewhat mingle with other groups that you didn't come with. But I was in a group of 2 and the group in front of mine was a group of 4. So my group would finish are hole and then have to wait for them to finish there hole cause obviously it would take longer for them to finish cause there group is twice the size of are's. read more

Came here for date night tonight and this place was BUSY. Puttshack is located in West Midtown with parking in the Interlock deck which was around $7-8 for two hours (minimum amount of time for a Saturday night). As this place can get very busy, it is recommended you get a reservation online to secure your time slot as the wait on the weekends can be absurd. They asked us if we had a reservation at the door and they checked IDs as it was later in the night. We checked in at the cloakroom for our game and told we were going to be at a specific area for our round. Since we were early we walked around and got a drink at the bar with a short beer ranging from $6-9. You are able to track your game wait time progress on big displays located in so many places in Puttshack. We were able to go to our area right at the time we reserved, but as there were some big groups ahead of us we didn't start until a bit later. There are 4 different areas/courses in the Puttshack and they are not all the same! We were really looking forward to the beerpong course, but ours didn't have that one which was pretty disappointing tbh. The assistant by our course encouraged groups to do the course out of order if a hole became free, but I felt it was so chaotic and made wait times worse as there was no particular pattern and people were everywhere in a small place. The course is outlined to take 30 mins, but I can easily see this taking way less time. We were on the course for around 45 mins for the 9 holes due to the group of 12 in front of us. All in all, this was a great experience that runs 2 people around $26 for a game only. read more

Probably a great date night place but only when it's adult only hours. We had a great time but one small grievance is that everyone is on a hole moving at the same pace. A timer per turn would probably be ideal. Where you get 3 mins to actually take your turn so the next person can go. I think it would make the experience even better.
