My experience here started off iffy, but ultimately was redeemed by how much fun I had! The Bad: 1. Their booking system online seems to have issues. It kept saying it booked me for the wrong date, when I talked to someone and sent an email to get it fixed they said they fixed it, but still sent the confirmation for the wrong date! Ultimately it was fixed in person the day of. I appreciate their costumer service! 2. It was a little confusing, there's no direction on where to start. We thought you can play any course, but apparently you can only start at a single course. 3. Their empanadas we're definitely undercooked and doughy, though decently tasty. The Good! 1. This place is sooo fun! The courses are so unique and cute, and the technology they used to keep track of who is playing is really cool! For a 30 minute game we played one course, which ended up being way more than 30 minutes. 2. Aesthetics are cute! With the lights and the decor it seems like a very trendy fun spot. 3. I'm not sure why a lot of the reviews mention bad customer service, but everyone I interacted with from the man who helped me fix our reservation issue, to the guy explaining how the courses work, to our server were nice and helpful! 4. The food was good! The hot chicken and fries were great. We had an issue with one of our sandwiches, and they fixed it so quickly! We went on a double date here and had a lot let fun! We made the reservation a week in advance since spots fill up quick, and we had to pay in full when making it. The reservation system is a little weird in that it doesn't show all the times they have available and let you pick; instead you have to request a time and if they don't have that exact time, they suggest 4 different times. At first I had put in 8:00, and all my suggested times were after 9:00. Then I changed my request to 7:00, and I got 7:50 and 8:10, which I think should've been suggested with my first search. So if you don't see the times you want, I recommend playing around with it! When we got there, we realized the reservation times aren't even that stringent. We chose to eat first, so we didn't actually play mini golf till 9:30. The table service wasn't the best, but the food was pretty good and not too expensive. The mini golf was a cool experience, and we loved not having to keep score ourselves! When we made the reservation, we thought we would get to play all the mini golf courses available, but it's actually $12 per game so we only did one course. I came here for the first time 2 days ago & this place is awesome!! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a night out with friends or even a date night with your significant other! The ambiance is pretty laid back and chill. They have a restaurant that you can dine at and 4 different miniature golf courses to play! My group and I had such a fun time playing mini golf! The way they programmed our golf balls by person to keep track of our scores is amazing! Such a cool concept and each course is so unique! The staff was super helpful and also attentive when one of my friends had a malfunction with his ball. Very disappointing experience here, had another patron randomly accuse me of stealing her cellphone that AN EMPLOYEE had the entire time. Said employee watched the interaction and said nothing then kicked us out and let the other party stay. Manager and security was very dismissive and said we were causing issues. Of course we weren't happy about being accused of something your own employee did! Only gave 2 stars because the bartenders are very nice and great at what they do. Not sure why this place has such low reviews. My only real complaint was how crowded it was, and there's not really a good way to queue for your course. We did the Amber course and thought it was super cool and creative! Definitely the most fun mini golf I've ever done. It was also nice how there were tables to set your drinks on throughout the course. I do wish there was a way to order a drink while you're playing without having to leave the course and go to the bar. It caused lots of hold ups waiting for people to get back. Make sure you make a reservation. Don't rely on getting a walk in. I had a great time and can't wait to come back! read more

I visited Puttshack for the first time and here is what I enjoyed about my experience and what I didn't: Enjoyed -Welcoming and friendly staff. -Clear directions on where to go and how the games were played. -Games were fun and surprisingly challenging. -The drink I had was great; Hennessy Island. -DJ was playing some great music! Didn't enjoy -The some of our food was not that great (hence the 4 star review). Ordered the crab spinach dip, Caesar salad, and the O.G burger. Dip didn't have any crab at all and just tasted like regular spinach dip. -Salad was drenched in dressing and wasn't very eatable. The burger was great though and had a lot of flavor. The other guests I was with received the wrong order twice probably because our waitress didn't write anything down. Apparently there are a total of four 9 hole courses. When you sign up online, it assigns you to a random course that you may change when you arrive. It's very small and you need a lot of patience. The staff are a toss up: the lady at one course was super helpful and friendly. The man at the main course was not helpful and spoke so low that we had to ask him repeatedly to please speak up. He just looked at us with disrespect and spoke even softer. We don't feel the desire to return or recommend. read more

On January 4, 2022 our team came into this location as a team building activity. One of our team members is visually-impaired (BLIND) and has a service dog. We were met at the door by, a lady, who I assume to be the manager. She approached our team member and asked for proof for his service animal. This, was very tasteless, and a clear indication that your leadership team is unaware of the law surrounding customers entering your establishment with a service animal. For your information, the Americans With Disabilities Act states that: Businesses are required to allow the individual with disabilities and the service animal anywhere that is open to the businesses customers without disabilities, regardless of whether other customers or employees are afraid of dogs or have dog allergies. Businesses CANNOT: - Ask for or require a surcharge of any sort for individuals with service animals This is a HUGE violation of his rights, and we are all disgusted by this interaction. read more

I've now been to Puttshack two times now and I've had a blast each time. The courses are just 9 holes but they have creative displays and are interactive. I have yet to get food while at Puttshack but the drinks have been good each time! Parking can get a bit hectic in the garage attached to the location, but I've always been able to get a spot. I'm writing this as a member of the service industry. We walked in with a party of 6 on Sunday evening. After being sat, we waited about 15 minutes before being visited by the service staff. We almost walked out and dined elsewhere, as we were becoming concerned about the timing for our dinner as well as playing putt putt. We were about to go somewhere that would be more expedient. Adriana, our server, swooped in at the exact moment we were getting ready to leave. She recognized our discontentment and immediately got our food and drink orders in. The food came out in a perfectly reasonable time, though the drinks took a minute. It seemed Adriana was doing the best with what she had. She was attentive, not overbearing, and very kind. There are plenty of TVs, a bar both downstairs and upstairs, and food if you're hungry. This is the perfect place to plan a fun date night or friends night out. - Make reservations! If you read nothing else in this review please remember TO MAKE RESERVATIONS in advance. I'm not sure if it's required but it sure makes the check-in a lot easier and guarantees you and your friends will get to play when you want - Parking is fairly straightforward. The Interlock has a parking deck so just enter and drive on up til you find a spot. Payment is easy and cheap on the ParkMobile app. Every floor has elevator access for you to then get to where you're going. - Cocktails are delicious but take a while! We came here on a Friday night which is a pretty busy night and every time we went to the bar it took a v long time to simply put in an order. Unfortunately, there isn't enough staff for the amount of people. -The golf courses are surprisingly so fun! Each hole is unique and engaging in their own way. I'm impressed with how creative the designers and engineers were to put something like this together. NOTE: The Emerald course (downstairs) and the Ruby course (upstairs) are the exact same thing. First time ever visiting a Puttshack. The service in this place is absolutely terrible, walked in and was told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. We were told to stand in a designated area and then we would be attended, we stood there for about 15 minutes before I asked about the wait again and was told I needed to make a reservation on the iPad. By the time I went to make the reservation other people had already selected the time slots while we stood waiting for a table or so we thought. No more reservations were available. It would've been nice to know about the reservations when I walked in, instead I waisted 15 minutes of my time. read more

I was so excited to visited this fun establishment and even more excited to write this review. This place to me is just ok, ok drinks, ok food, just ok. We ordered drinks first to wait for our table,some drinks were better than others but overall ok drinks. The bar atmosphere was MEH, a little on the dry side. No personality. We finally were sat at our table, very spacious. Love that! We ordered appetizers. The wait wasn't long at all and the apps were tasty. My favs are the spring rolls and crab dip. Almost at the end of our apps a golf ball flew down from upstairs and hit the middle of our table ( not safe at all, someone could of gotten hurt) Sticky sauce went everywhere. So we went to the restroom to clean up. We were compensated fully for our meals ( that made it better) The manager reassured that they tell all patrons to be safe with the game but some people get a little besides themselves or too much in their cup only to put other people who's trying to enjoy themselves in harms way. All man here we go . I went here for a date last night and we regretted it. We didn't do the puttshack game we just ate and dined in. We sat outside which was a nice little outdoor seating facing a busy street. it was beautiful. Our server bless his soul. He was running around trying to tend to all his tables. He forgot things that I ask for when placing our order , we didn't get water until after our app came to the table. I'm not here to talk about the server. I understand the server world when it's busy it can be hard but I definitely think they need to be trained better. Before we even got to our table a server was like y'all know what y'all wanna drank ? Can we sit down 1st and see the menu like why you asking us as we walking to our seat . That was weird . The food & dranks . I got the berry Mule toasted with my date and when we took a sip I have to reframed myself from spitting it out. That means the cooks are in the kitchen just throwing stuff together there no care or attention to detail or clean work area . SMH . I ask for a ranch when I order my sandwich but didn't get my ranch until way later . I felt like I couldn't eat the chicken sandwich without it cause it just was messing something. The fries were probably the best thing on my plate. Soo service sucked food sucked and it definitely wasn't worth it. I wonder what their score is . This place seemed like a new hot spot. But really the hype is because it's new. There is nothing special about this place, but a nice bathroom. The food and menu is very mediocre. The server decided to give us something we did not ask for, thinking it was complimentary.. just for him to CHARGE us for the item anyway. They have a electronic way of doing things, before I realized he charged us for an Unrequested item I had already paid and tipped him well! For him to disappear before we can say anything to this young man named Matthew. The food was cold and bland. There's wasn't anything worth getting but a burger, which I should of known based off the other review pictures of majority burgers. The games isnt doesn't make it worth the visit, it's very petite, versus the rate of customers coming in, long wait just to play. This establishment is a one and done. Great place to socialize and grab drinks and apps. If you're coming to play mini golf there is only 8 courses so the smaller your group is, the faster your time will go by. The bar area is pretty loud so it may be hard to hear, but don't let that deter you. The mini golf was fun and it's very easy to book a time to reserve or book it as a walk in. There are a few kiosk to fill out your name and players names prior to playing. Next, there are two options when picking which course you want to play l. I love that there is an area next to each section of the course where you can place your drinks down or even your purse. You'll create lots of laughs and memories.
