This Has to be the most fun I've ever had a playing putt putt golf. Really cool vibe . Lots of places to hang out and have cocktails or a beer before or after playing. We sat out on the large patio and had a really good lunch. There's even a few vegetarian options. Chicken sandwich was very tasty . And the vegetarian pad Thai got an A+. Gone are the days of being able to cheat at putt putt , the ball does all the scoring for you! Would've been a bit better if they would've spaced out the putt putt holes so people were right on top of each other. But all in all this place is fun ! Will I be back? Absolutely! read more

The menu is really light super healthy, vegan and gluten free options. It's giving California/ Hollywood and the low carbs vibe. Sign up for the 18holes 9 goes by too fast and everyone is waiting for you to go so you don't really enjoy golfing. The upstairs staff was very Mid (mid level, not great but almost below cool). The downstairs staff however are superb. It's loud good for families and a 21 and over option. The vibe over is 3.5 something to do but minimal overall a 3.5. May come again not sure. read more

I had an interesting experience at Puttshack Atlanta. I love the concept of an indoor mini golf experience. I was excited to give it a try, especially since one just opened in my home base of Boston. I came with a group of 8 on Friday. The short story is i found it to be a bureaucratic mess, fun once you can play, but it's also overpriced. I made a reservation online the day before and there's a cancellation fee if you don't cancel outside of 12 hours. A little off putting but fine. The real beef is trying to add one more- I couldn't do it online. So I called the store and they said it wasn't possible. Advice the manager gave me- "you can cancel (fee included) and rebook" or "show up and maybe we can add you". I found the manager and associate rude on the phone. Which was strange because service was great once I got there. More strange was that it was literally no problem once we got there! Seriously all that headache for no reason. They also ask for a lot of information when you play and I found it offensive that they wanted my phone number, birth date and email. I'm sure that information is very secure (obvious sarcasm). It's 9 holes of mini-golf and it's pretty fun. They have several different course so there's a reason to return. It's really compact- very tight and play through is kinda of a slog. The actual courses are fun but 9 holes seems like too little fun for a pricer experience than a traditional mini golf experience. 1 thru 9 will be finished in under an hour- even on a busy day. For $14/pp I wish there was more holes. I probably won't be back and I don't think I'm interested in checking out the Boston location. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. We accidentally double booked (we paid for our family and then our friends paid for us as well). We showed up and played and then realized the mistake. Puttshack has since refused to refund the extra round, saying "cancellations need to be done in advance." It was not a cancellation, it was a double booking error. We played, we just didn't know we paid for an extra round on accident. They have now cut off communication. In addition, the round was terrible. Our balls kept getting disconnected and we had to change them 3 times. by the end, we gave up and didn't even get to keep score. Horrible service and horrible product read more

I have visited Puttshack a couple of times and really enjoyed myself. My first experience was for a date night with my husband. When we arrived we signed up for a time to play golf. It was a bit busy so we decided to eat before we golfed. The food was really good and so were our drinks. When it was time to golf we went to our course. Puttshack offers four different courses. Two of the courses are upstairs and two are downstairs. All are unique and different which was really cool. You do not have to putt in the order of the holes. The technology is cool and keeps up with your score and what holes you have played. It does get a bit crowded but was manageable. We really love the overall concept and had a blast. The decor is cool too. I would suggest visiting for a fun date night out, birthday celebration or just a get together with friends. read more

I have been here several times and I love it. I think it's a pretty unique, non-traditional mini golf. You can sign up for a tee time online. When you arrive, you check in at the kiosk and it tells you which course you go to (one downside is you don't get to choose your course unfortunately, but I have never played the same course back-to-back somehow and they are all equally fun anyways). Then you go to your course, they give you a ball that is digitally connected to you, and a club. When you place the ball on the putting area, it automatically shows your name on the screen and it keeps track of your score for you, which is cool. The only thing that is different than traditional mini golf is that it is not only accounting for the number of putts but also various factors. Each course has bonus things that you can do. For example one course has a tiny ramp down the middle and if you manage to hit it up the very thin ramp, it would lead to a hole-in-one, but if you go by either side of the ramp, you will still get there, just not in one. Each side either says true or false. There is a question on the screen and you either go for the hole-in-one or put to the side that correctly answers the questions. Either way, your score will vary based on what you chose. Each hole has something unique like that, which I think is pretty cool. The inside is really nice, there are tons of neon lights, even in the bathrooms lol. It is also a bar, and each hole has a counter to set your drink while you putt and even hooks to hold your purse. My only complaint would be that it goes by so quickly. There are only 9 holes per course and I think it costs about 14$. Of course the location and atmosphere is worth 14$ to play but I wish you could do 18 holes for 14$. I never end up wanting to pay to play 2 rounds, and most of the time the place is booked so it would be hard to book two tee times back-to-back. I also never order drinks here because there isn't enough time to drink them. The place is pretty crowded so I always feel slightly rushed. Not too much where it is not enjoyable, but just enough to where I wouldn't order a drink to sip on while I play because there is just no time. I think if it were an 18 hole game, I might. They do offer free games sometimes though. I got an email randomly for a free game, and the last time I went I took a feedback survey for a free game. I haven't used the free games yet, but hopefully soon! Overall a really cool concept and I have enjoyed every visit, I just wish it lasted a bit longer and that maybe they would start teams farther apart so it felt less rushed. read more

Sorry to do this to Putt Shack, and my group had a lot of fun there. The problem is with the parking, and this is the only way I know to register it where it may make a difference. The parking situation there is unlike any other I've ever seen. At most parking facilities (The Battery, for instance), you enter the facility and get a ticket, then on the way out, you pay for the amount of time you parked there. However, the unscrupulous parking company at The Interlock asks the customer to present their credit card and GUESS upon entry how long they will be there. Then it lets you leave without a warning that you may have overextended the time you guesses. If you overextend your guess, they send you a bill for an EXHORBITANT amount, more than twice what you may have originally paid. I entered at 18:03 and guessed that I would be there two hours. When I left at 20:53, I was 50 minutes over my guess. They are billing me for $45, and it will be $85 if I don't pay in 30 days, BY CHECK. They are going to tack on $4.99 for me to pay online (which costs them nothing - less than handling a check). This is a SCAM!! read more

I was surprised to see the reviews of this place, we did not have horrible customer service, nor did we try any of the food. We had a really fun time, it's a really new and fun way to play mini golf. I may have had too much fun but be careful with the drinks. I got absolutely plasteredddd. They catch up to you extremely quick. Only other complaint would be the kiosk to register everyone and pay for the game. Great spot for a date night with friends. Came on a Friday night and it was extremely busy. While I think you can walk in or drop in a name, I cant say that you would be guaranteed to be able to play any of the games. The waitlist on the screen was extremely long. Definitely recommend a reservation. Didn't eat any food so cannot comment on that yet, but several people seemed to be enjoying drinks or bites not even interested in the game. There are lots of other dinner spots nearby so it's also possible to grab food and then just come over just for drinks. The manager Joe saved the day. We played our game and needed a table for 10. It was early evening so not very crowded. The hostess said she'd clean off a large table and seat our group. After 20 min the table was still dirty so we were still waiting. I found Joe and he jumped right in and made sure the rest of the evening was seamless. My ball wouldn't connect so we couldn't play for the first 15 minutes which was annoying. Also the AC seemed to be out which made it extremely hot in there. I just went to puttshack last night and it was my first time returning. I didn't eat or drink so I don't have an update about the food service but I will say they worked out a lot of the kinks they had at the grand opening which earns them 5 stars. No golf balls were getting stuck, none of the games were glitching and I even won a free game on the Amber course on the wheel of fortune hole. I had a great time and I made several holes in 1. I played on the emerald course and on the amber course and I had a great time. My only hang up is the people who are too drunk to play the game correctly. They can really make a game drag out but they changed the rules so you can start at any hole as long as it's not the last hole bc it takes your ball. They also changed it so you don't have to wait for the entire group to finish. Anyone can golf in any order as long as you put your ball down on the black patch first and wait for it to recognize your ball. I will return to play my free game. Music is still very loud so I found myself shouting a lot but great improvements make this is great place to come hang out on a date or with friends. read more

Then you go to the start of the game (Amber or Emerald areas) to check in with someone and get your ball and putter. Yes, there is a wait to get through your round (it gets a little backed up with multiple people in a party), but I did see some adults with drinks in their hands. Puttshack is a super fun spot for putt putt golf. This is great for a date night, girls night or family outing. There is a parking deck but parking is not free. Upon arrival you can check in and start your golfing experience. They also have a bar and food if you're interested in dining there. You can easily spend up to 2-3hrs here especially if you decide to eat here. You do have to wait for a hole to become available but is it an awesome experience. I ordered a burger and it was good. Fun night out, something different. This place was very busy on a Sunday at 6:30pm. Be sure to make an online reservation! Drinks were a little pricy but is to be expected in West Midtown. We paid $24 for one cocktail & one mocktail. The only recommendation I would make to the business is creating a more efficient experience for guests to get through the line. It took about 1 full hour to play 9 holes but most of the time was waiting for others to take their turn. There was little direction from staff to keep things moving and it seemed like they just pile everyone on the course. Showed up to this location after many great reviews on TikTok. This undeniably, was one of the absolute worst experiences we've ever had at a restaurant. We were told 25 min for a table and ended up waiting 1 hour. Then once we were sat. We NEVER saw a waiter/waitress. There were some coming to other tables but never to ours. We did see 7 people standing around chit chatting for a long time around where the food comes out. We waited 25 minutes at our table for someone to give us some water or something. I can't even begin to describe the amount of disappointment in this place. We're from out of town and even the girls at the front desk gave attitude just trying to get a table reserved. What a fun concept! My cousin and his gf were in town and we were looking for something to do indoors. They suggested mini golf and I didn't even know anything like this even existed. Parking was easy enough in the public garage. It was a Monday evening but a little busier because it was the week of Christmas. We hadn't made an advanced reservation and upon arrival were directed to the kiosks to start the process. It asked for a lot of information which was kind of annoying, but you could skip answering it as long as you weren't the main person on the reservation. We didn't have to wait long at all for our turn. We had a drink at the bar and headed on down. It's so cool how high tech it is... no little cards and pencils to count the number of strokes. And we figured out pretty quickly how the scoring works; not only does the stroke count factor into it, but also bonus points you earn (or hazards that take away points) which made it more competitive. There were a few things that made this not a five star experience. First, the scoring was mostly reliable but there were a few times that either strokes didn't register at all (and holes had to be repeated) or it counted extra strokes and we had to find the attendant to manually override. Also, the holes were really close to each other; even though you don't have to do them in order (except the ninth hole needs to be the last one) chances are you'll be waiting for your turn, or someone will be behind you waiting. Also, there are three courses with nine holes each and we couldn't find a way at the point that we made the reservation to choose which one we wanted to do. So each time we started at Emerald, and when we decided to play a second game, we had to ask the attendant to reset it so we could start at another course. Also, we didn't have any of the food here, so can't comment on that. But all in all this was a lot of fun, most people not wearing masks though, so that's something to be aware of. read more

I came here on a Saturday night for my friends BDay party. This was my first time here and I was unsure on what to expect. The area was nice , parking was easy ( you pay through park Mobile and it was around $6 for two hours), and the place was fairly easy to find. This was a very interesting concept, it's Putt Putt golfing for adults. You get 9 tries to golf and when you put your ball on the circle to get ready to hit it your name comes on the screen to keep track of your score. After we were done doing that we headed down to eat. The food was good ! We mostly ordered appetizers. The whole menu is mostly appetizer sizes. Meaning, if you decide to get the meal plates the portions aren't huge. Everything is mostly finger foods. I liked the bbq flat bread pizza the most and the crab dip. Over all I'd recommend going. read more

I had a terrible time here on a Saturday night. For one it's extremely hot in the entire establishment. It was ridiculously crowded in the mini golf area so it's a lot of waiting. The worse part had to be the service. We sat down at our table and no server EVER came over. In the 30 minutes we waited we informed 1 host 1 other server and then finally the manager that we were never served. The manager was EXTREMELY rude. Fun place for a date night activity! Visited on a week night it wasn't too crowded and it was a good activity to take part in to get to know someone! The course is small only 9 holes and they're relatively easy (4 putts at absolute most). What's cool is that the ball keeps track of how many hits you've taken and tallies it all for you so no math is required! The cost was 30$ for two! After visiting Puttshack 3 times now, I think I can give a very solid review. It's a fun take on mini golf. I have enjoyed it as date night, friends night, and a family day date with my teens. You can either walk in or make your reservation online (which I highly suggest if you plan to go on a weekend). They designed it to be 4 different courses all named after jewels- Ruby, Amber, Emerald, and Sapphire. I have played on all, but Sapphire. The games are similar in each course, and just each have their own spin. They also offer food which I think is overpriced and tastes like it's just frozen and warmed as you order, however the drinks are great! If you plan on coming after 7p on the weekends, you do have to be 21+. Overall, if you're looking for something chill and inexpensive to do, it's a great option. read more

The sensor in the ball that tracks strokes and who is currently golfing is a nice touch. Sadly, the service and staff ruined the experience. The bouncer was very rude to begin our time there. Have your ID and reservation ready on your phone immediately or expect to get scolded. Even worse was the service for dinner. We waited 45 minutes for a table and then 25 minutes to get a server. The problem is, we never got a server. The only reason I ended the count at 25 minutes is because we managed to flag down a different server to explain our waiting time. She informed us that we could no longer use the main menu since the main dinner time had expired. If we had gotten a server earlier we could have made the dinner menu instead of the mini menu. This was quite frustrating. We played both 8 hole courses and also had one frustrating experience. One of our balls malfunctioned in the middle of playing and had to be replaced. When we notified someone who worked there that the scoreboard screen showed an error with our ball, she acted annoyed and sent us the the start of the course to talk to someone else. It took a long time to get the ball replaced and meanwhile a giant line formed behind the hole since we had to wait.
