Went to go to the brewery next door but saw this distillery and decided to change course. We were so happy we did. Everything we tried was incredible. We were in town for a concert and was sad to have only tried a flight and a cocktail. The staff was so friendly and helpful guiding our tastes buds. The Forster/wood vibe was so fitting too. Enumclaw is a common road trip for me on the weekends. Many times have walked past Pursuit Distilling thinking we should check it out. Well, that was a mistake as Pursuit is a great place to have a cocktail. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable as we just sit at the bar. On our last visit we waited for opening at 2:00PM and then got there 7 minutes later and seems already 4-5 groups had come in ahead of us. That said, the single staff person was on top of the situation and we were served pretty quickly given it seems 20 people had arrived at the same time. They have gin, vodka and bourbon where we've just had got bourbon old fashions. I highly recommend trying out Pursuit if you're in Enumclaw as this is a great find and I'm sad I didn't try it sooner. read more

Come here for the drinks! Wide selection of good drinks! Classic Gin n Tonic, the cucumber mint gimlet, raspberry based glover club (smells amazing), whiskey selection and much more! Food is a huge miss. We got the chicken nachos, sliders and buffalo chicken flatbread. Chicken is flavorless! Get the burgers from burger buds food truck outside and you won't regret it (pursuit doesn't let you bring the food in) Our server was a very sweet lady! The place has really gone down hill the last week or two. Where was Kara? I missed her tonight and the few other times I've been in. Service is slow and the music isn't fun anymore. Upstairs food girl was slouchy and flirting with men when delivering food. There were buckets on the floor upstairs catching water from a leak in the ceiling. Conveniently nested between a wine bar and a brewery with the added benefit of a burger food truck, this little distillery doesn't disappoint. Find me a man who doesn't like a great old fashioned and they won't have to bother with the first two pages of the menu. Went with the vanilla rhubarb OF and it was outstanding. They have maple, walnut and many other versions and they all make sense. Try a sip of the fig-vanilla infused bled straight from the barrel! They have expressions up to 6yr old, looking forward to the 10 yr milestone and until then I just have to keep coming back. Will be back soon read more

Pursuit is a really cool and cozy place that's tucked away just off from the main area of Enumclaw. They are cranking out some fantastic spirits including vodka, whisky, gin, and bourbon. With said spirits, they are creating some great cocktails. My go-to is just a simple Old Fashion without the ice but they make a really good Manhattan and South Side also. Along with the cocktails, they have just recently started serving really good food. The nachos, flatbread pizza, pretzels, and charcuterie board are all great. Also, a huge shout to the staff. The staff are always friendly and welcoming even if they are slammed. I have a teen and this is one of their favorite places to go because they are treated like an adult by the staff. Even though they order just a simple mocktail, it shows up in a nice glass with all the garnishes. read more

Always seem to have great distillery experiences! This is just the latest on our visit to one and ot didn't disappoint in the slightest! We were pondering what to get so we went with a taster flight of their vodka and really liked it. We had Strawberry Mint, Cold Brew, Pineapple Jalapeño and Spiced Apple flavors. I think our favorites were the Cold Brew due to it's coffee flavor and the Spiced Apple. We did buy a bottle in the end but it wasn't from anything we sampled. We got a collaborative whiskey that was done with 7 Seas Brewing and it proved to be an excellent purchase. One raste on it and we were sold and it's a limited batch as well. read more

Amazing service! Beautiful woodsy industrial vibe. Cold brew martinis to die for! No time for food but, next time for sure!

I almost can't believe that I am about to admit to drinking those "other" brands of Vodka (They rhyme with Bray Boose, Petal yun, and Lito's). But while visiting my hairdresser after she had a baby, I was offered a cocktail. It was a simple mixed drink but I was so impressed by how smooth it was. It didn't even have a tinge of alcohol burn in the back of my throat or as it hit my (empty) stomach. I was sure they didn't give me anything but soda...until a few moments later when the warm fuzzy feeling hit my body. It's been a few years now. I honestly can't drink those other Vodkas now... I've become spoiled. In addition to this smooth spirit, I have to make mention of the staff. Whether I'm belly'd up to the bar or just running in to grab a 5th, the staff is ALWAYS professional, kind and generous with their skills. Also not allowed to bring in food from the food truck that's in their parking lot and much more delicious than their awful food. My wife and I had a tasting and played cards which were available. She won Go Fish and I won War!! She had cocktail flight and I had the whiskey flight.
