On our last visit we waited for opening at 2:00PM and then got there 7 minutes later and seems already 4-5 groups had come in ahead of us. That said, the single staff person was on top of the situation and we were served pretty quickly given it seems 20 people had arrived at the same time. They have gin, vodka and bourbon where we've just had got bourbon old fashions. The condiments we fresh enough and had good flavor. When I say fresh enough I mean that the lettuce and onions didn't have a crunch to them, but they weren't mushy. Overall one of the better burgers so far. This venue would be good for anything from a family meal to some afterwork laughs or even a romantic dinner. This location is right near the Tumwater Craft District and even though it isn't in the main building for that it may be considered a part of it since it's literally across the parking lot. I got their Lemon Drop Vodka which was amazing! I also purchased one of their own award winning products which was an espresso vodka . It was so good and I can see why it's one of their best selling products. Both the Lemon Drop and the Espresso vodkas lived up to their name perfectly. With that said Steve and I just kind of stumbled across this place and noticed that they were doing a tasting to the public so we went in to get a taste. All of the different kinds of gins we tasted were amazing! Some of the varieties that we tried were quite unique and equally delicious! We sipped a gin that had strawberries made with it which was fantastic and a simply delightful coffee flavored liqueur to finish the tasting with. The folks here are super knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell that they love what they do! Really a great place and when my gin supply runs low I will definitely keep this place in mind when restocking!
