    Orange Bergamot 75

Second time was even better! This visit the service was fast and friendly. The menu completely changed. All the burgers are smash burgers. The Bacon Burger was yummy. The seasoning on the fries was perfectly balanced. The orange bergamot 75 cocktail is a twist on the original French 75. I actually liked this better because it has more citrus. - Glad I gave this restaurant a second try!

    Fish and Chips

We had excellent service from Jenny! Very chipper and helpful! I had the bourbon cheeseburger, but added blue cheese in place of white cheddar and it was excellent! Fries were very good. My husband had the fish and chips and found them quite good. Nice ambience and a very nice new building, the only recommendation I would give would be if there is anything that could be done to help warm up the bar area as we were pretty chilly - enough so that we went and got our coats from the car in spite of the fact that it was four in the afternoon and a beautiful sunny day. All in all, we would definitely recommend this place, my husband enjoyed the local craft beer, the food was very good, and the service - excellent! We will be back! Thank you!

We came in with a party of 9 and were seated right away. Server was nice but not very attentive. We had to ask for refills (when we could get her). She wasn't bad but not equal to our automatic gratuity that was added. The burgers were good but a little dry, fries are good. The Cobb salad was tasty as was the beer cheese soup. Highlight of the meal was the whisky tasting as we left. The employee was animated and excited about the product and very friendly. A very redeeming end to an ok meal. Also, the raspberry blonde is delightful.

Stopped in around 8 last night after we got off the road and checked into the hotel next door. We looked up food in the area and this place didn't even come up in the google search. The vibe in the restaurant was good so we didn't mind the wait to be greeted or on our drinks. Service was good, and the drinks were tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Harvest Green Salad with Fried Chicken

$56 for two SALADS WITH CHICKEN this is max a $15 meal each. Dressing was really good but not pleased with these prices.

Had a great meal here! We started with the fried pickles which were also delicious. Our server was attentive and friendly. It was a quiet afternoon, not busy and easy to navigate and hear one another talking at a normal volume.

12oz prime rib, mashed poratoes and veggies.

Sadly, I've tried a couple of times since this original post and havnt been able to get a decent cut since. I finally had to stop Ordering it because I had to keep sending it back because it was medium well or well. They can't figure out what medium is and it comes out gray. No! Not for that kind of money. I'm sad.

    Cheese curds

A convenient and slightly upscale place to have dinner in an area where dining options are limited. Conveniently located next to a hotel. The food was good, especially the cheese curds. The prices are quite high but overall the experience was enjoyable and service friendly.

    Great beer and burgers!

Good food, good beer good atmosphere good service. The bourbon, bacon, mushroom burger with the frizzle onions and the PNW IPA

Pear and feta salad add chicken.

Great food. Family friendly. Lots of local Chehalis Tribe spirits and beer options. Featured PNW wines. Some spots in Centralia are crowded with not enough seating or family options. This is a great option if attending sporting events or outlet shopping.

We also got a growler with a raspberry blonde which officially trumps my previous fave brew from a place out in Tacoma.

Cozy atmosphere. There were 3 employees that night, the woman who initially waited on us actually appeared to roll her eyes when we ordered. She seemed pretty rushed and just didn't want to work that night or something. The bartender was friendly and came for our second round and he actually seemed more welcoming and friendly. The drinks menu is a bit small (compared to other nearby bars). We got 5 drinks, one espresso one which wasn't great and the rest were alright. Nothing that made us go "Oh man, try that!" but they weren't bad either. The food, looks better than normal bar food, which I loved. We ordered "Balls of Gibralter" - North African meatballs, which were *SO GOOD*, so delicious EXCEPT the texture. The flavors were all amazing, but it was as if there was too much egg and not enough breadcrumbs because it gave the impression of being wildly undercooked, even though you could see no pink. If they were firmer, they would've been perfect. They seem to have a rotating grilled cheese special I wouldn't mind checking out next time. The ambiance-lovely. The ambience is beautiful inside…read more The best part of the Baked Eggs dish was the cheese. The cheese was so flavorful, creamy, and delicious. Next best was the bread - it was perfectly soft inside with a crispy crust. Between how oily the dish was and my nose running from the increased spice as I continued eating, I wouldn't return for this dish. The eggs weren't noticeable in appearance or taste- I had to search for them. The "creamy grits" were creamy, but the black pepper taste was STRONG. Definitely ordered the side for the "creamy" factor, hoping when the server said harissa in the eggs would have a mild spice, that the grits would calm my mouth. The amount of pepper made this unsuccessful. But if you like black pepper a lot then you'll enjoy them. My son enjoyed the beignet's. The server was also the host and he was kind. It was easy to get his attention when needed. I didn't see anyone with a grin on their face after taking bites of their food. I looked around quite a bit out of curiosity. So for ambiance, kind and prompt service, and the possibilities of the menu I gave it 4 stars. We only tried the few things I mentioned. I did also appreciate the bottle of water ready on every table. Note that there is no kids menu and it's mostly table seating. So maybe try on your own or with other adults, and leave the kids at home?
