Love the signature tea there. They use many fresh fruits and it doesn't taste as sugary as other places

The restaurant is unclean, the food is disgusting, and the prices are very expensive and unreasonable.

My wife did a stir fried vegan noodle bowl (with gluten free noodles); i did an extra spicy chicken noodle bowl. Both had a great depth of flavor and a sauce that clings to the noodles. The options of noodle width (extra thin to extra wide), spice level, and ingredient substitutions make it a great choice for takeout / delivery. And having lamb and crawfish choices make Dun Huang stand out

It's a very casual place. You order through your phone. We ordered sodas to drink and karaage chicken and shrimp shumai dumplings. The apps were delicious. Our ramen arrived fast. I had the Tonkotsu ramen and my gf had the shoyu ramen. I prefer the thin noodles and pork broth so I was happy with my choice. We both finished as much as we could. It was a good portion size. Overall it's a good spot.

Plenty of tables and good for groups. There are some outdoor seating as well if it's crowded or nice outside. My family tried the below: -Miso Ramen - broth was ok, not my favorite. -Tonkotsu Ramen - broth is ok, not my favorite. I guess I like to have a little spiciness in my soup and we didn't choose the spicy Tonkotsu instead. -Pan-fried Vegetable Gyoza - I thought it was good but my kids said it was ok. -Chicken Katsu Curry Rice plate - my son said it was ok but he didn't finish it. -Tan Tan Ramen - broth was very good and plenty of ingredients The one thing I don't like is thin ramen noodles but that's me. Everyone has their favorites. Sometimes Japanese ramen places like it thin. Service was friendly, attentive and maybe our server was the owner but he was funny. [109R,2025]

The tiny place was packed with customers and delivery personnel picking up orders, but they did have a few tables for those that wanted to dine there, which we did. The menu was available on a tablet, and it was easy to customize your order. While I like Pho, I was not as in the mood for a large bowl of broth as my friend was, so I opted for the Chicken Fillet Rice Plate, which consisted of sticky rice, a sliced chicken breast, and some fresh cucumber slices. It took a very long time for our food to be ready, but, once it was, the counter staff brought it over to our table, which I had not been expecting. The sauce on the chicken was a delicious glaze similar to teriyaki, but the poultry itself was slimy and did not seem like white meat. The low quality and icky texture were downers, since the chicken tasted good otherwise. Overall, I would not run back to Pho Express when there are better quick-serve options in the area.

I came here after fasting for 12 hours for a blood test so I thought I would try the bahn mi here. I had the lemongrass pork bahn mi. To my surprise it was really flavorful and delicious! The pork was perfectly cooked and just bursting with flavor. I'm always afraid it wall be overcooked. Though the whole sandwich was smaller than its NYC counterparts-it was big enough-probably appropriately sized. It could have used more cilantro-I wasn't even sure there was anything in it. It had chopped iceberg lettuce which was odd-would prefer that it just put more cucumber slices in it. The roll was very soft so A plus for that. Overall, a very tasty lunch at a decent price point $11.99. Thank you!
