The noodle they use is different from a typical chinese restaurant. It's chewier, yet soft. I would 100% order it again. Dry sauteed string beans was delicious, like how my dad would cook it. The crispy duck was plentiful and came with fried shrimp chips which were yummy! Double cooked pork had a ton of pork and leeks and the salt and pepper squid was well fried, albeit a little chewy but I didn't mind it. I've come here before and tried various other dishes like their truffle cauliflower. All very good. Would definitely come back, especially since these type of asian restaurants are few and far between in hoboken.

While that might sound like an odd "snack", I selected it because it was one of the few appetizers on the menu that was not fried. The broth seemed to interestingly be made of tomatoes and potentially other vegetables. It was packed with large, spiral noodles, shredded chicken, and fresh spinach. It was an interesting rendition for sure, but it was also very tasty, despite the fact that it was rather greasy. I was also bummed that it did not have more chicken and that it had not been served with any crackers. Oh well! Overall, it at least had left me with a much better impression than my last trip had.

There are plenty of tables inside and a couple of tables outside. I ordered pork buns, wrapped sticky rice and shrimp dumplings. Unfortunately it took a very long time to get my order and it was not the best dim sum I've had, but good enough to satisfy a craving if you don't want to trek all the way into the city. I noticed they had lunch special plates, which seems to be what everyone was ordering so perhaps I'll try that next time.
