They recently helped me take my reverse osmosis system with me from my old house to my new one when I moved. I love the peace of mind I feel when I'm refilling my kids water bottles before soccer practice. The whole house water softener system is something I've been planning and saving for. My new old house (built in 1958) needed two systems instead of one, which would have been out of my price range. But they worked with me to finally make it happen. Roman is a great technician and his installs are super tidy.

He provided me with all the details of the water system that our city requested to pass inspection upon installation. His installation team is professional. This morning, my inspection passed in flying colors. Edward was confident it would pass. We purchased the Premier Twin-Tank Non-Electric Softener, Premier Twin-Tank Non-Electric Chlorine/Chloramine Filter. There are only two of us in the household, and the product is sufficient enough for us. We couldn't be happier. It's a great system from a great company. As for value, I have said it all.

Got the water purifier which does not use salt. While the water is not soft like a salt system it is clean and actually better on my shower heads because salt is not adhering to the head. The water is cleaned from that and you can drink from the sink so to speak. Also the RO unit works good and I have a filter to add minerals. I like the app as well because you can monitor the water usage.

He tested my water and was very honest and upfront about cost. The quote he gave was very reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional. It took me while to decide but when I finally decided and told Josh I was finally ready he honored the quote that given was probably over a year ago. The tech that came out was also very punctual and respectful. I couldn't be more happy with the finished product. I probably should have gotten this done sooner! Thanks again Josh and team. I'm very disappointed with my experience with **LifeSource Water**…read more Yesterday, I spoke with one of their customer service representatives regarding a water test I had done. **My drinking water was tested specifically for magnesium, and the test result was 450 mg/L (milligrams per liter).** This raised concerns for me about the quality of my water and whether my LifeSource system was addressing the issue. During our conversation, I was told that the LifeSource system does not remove minerals such as magnesium and that I would need a reverse osmosis system with a carbon filter to address the issue. He also mentioned that my refrigerator filter might possibly help. I was also told that the LifeSource system primarily removes chemicals. This information was never clearly explained to me before I made such a significant investment. I was not given a water test before purchasing the system, and I now feel that I did not have all the information I needed to make an informed decision. As a result, I'm back to purchasing bottled water from the store. I recognize that I share some responsibility for not researching the purchase more thoroughly. However, I believe customers should be given a clear explanation of exactly what a water filtration system does and does not remove, especially before making such a large investment. I'm sharing my experience in the hope that it helps others ask the right questions and have their water tested **before** purchasing a LifeSource system. **Make sure you understand exactly what the system is designed to remove and whether it addresses the specific issues in your water.** I wish I had known this before making my purchase.

That is what we got with carbon filtration and water softening. If you live in Southern California, you know what I am talking about. I really wish we'd installed it years ago. If you own your home, investing in a good system can improve resale value. After a lot of research and discussions with several service providers, we went with Pure Water Filtration. Brandon came to the house and designed a system that would work with our plumbing situation. Unlike others who came by, he recognized a potential issue and offered a reasonable solution. He did not try to upsell us (again, unlike others). They use Clack Systems, so there is no lock-in to a particular system. Maintenance is minimal (add "salt" every so often). Brandon and his assistant showed up for installation as planned. With minimal fuss, the unit was installed within a couple of hours. We went about 90 minutes without water. Once the unit started functioning, the difference was immediately noticeable. Service, price, and performance are why you should choose Pure Water Filtration. We could not be happier.

The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. The filters hadn't been changed since 2021, and the tank had completely lost pressure. I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. I honestly expected the whole ordeal to cost a fortune, but it was completely reasonable.
