I have been using The Drain Co literally for decades, mostly for routine maintenance, but they can also handle bigger jobs. They do quality work, and while prices may not be cheap, they are fair. I've dealt with several technicians, some more than once. George in particular is a standout. I recently had an issue that was difficult to diagnose, and he handled it the same way I would have - looking beyond a clogged drain to actually diagnose the underlying problem and then fixing it. He kept me posted every step of the way and was very clear what my options were - no upselling, just facts and a range of solutions. And super nice as well. I've had equally good luck when scheduling and speaking with the office staff. Worth a call if you need a plumber. read more

The best. Always on time, professional, and personable. Very reasonably priced. Helpful hacks are demonstrated. So glad we found them when we moved into the area in '16, and have used their services ever since. read more

Thank you for your explanation, Star. The fact remains your company charged $850 to replace a $5 part.

Last week George from the Drain Co. snaked my kitchen drain and replaced my garbage disposal. He was efficient in his installation and attentive to my needs. Today, something seemed wrong with the disposal. George was back within an hour, and he explained the problem to me and how I could avoid it in the future. I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism. It speaks incredibly well for this company, and I highly recommend them. read more

Today we had a minor flood into our garage from the downstairs bathroom. George came quickly and was excellent! He explained everything to me, and made me feel so relived because it was not as catastrophic as I thought it would be. Hands down Star is freaking amazing. I told her my issue and how I felt like I was getting jerked around by the other three companies who came to my house to fix my tub and toilet from overflowing. Star sent over the nicest most knowledgeable plumber by the name of J.C. and he resolved my issue and had us up and running in no time. J.C. also ran a camera to see how bad the pipes and everything really were, and they were cracked and didn't look good at all, but he also found where the tree roots were coming from so that was an excellent thing. Since my clean out happened to be in my bedroom J.C. was extra careful and did not mess up my carpet or anything like the last guys did. Thank you J.C. and Star you guys are my permanent plumbers now lol . read more

All around great experience with The Drain Co team! Second time using them and will continue to reach out to them as we need! Thank you for all of your help! read more

Predatory pricing, avoid. Look elsewhere, price verbally quoted way under final inflated bill.

The representative told me 2 weeks in April, it was never finished, plus the kept having me pay in advance before a invoice was even sent to me. They had me pay in FULL-before the job was done. They made promises of when and work the would be done... it's not done, my home is a mess inside and out. They left it in a Dangerous situation, where now I have to put Orange cones and caution as my home front and back is now at risk that someone could get hurt, and right now I would be responsible . They even put a drain pipe illegally on a property that is not mine. They left the inside unlivable, and caused me health problems. I live in my bedroom upstairs . It has been 3 months now! I've had to hire an attorney .. nothing of what was paid for was done. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. read more

I have used The Drain Co. at least five or six times, both for drainage problems (some of them quite severe), and for normal plumbing jobs like faucet installation, et cetera. On every occasion, their technicians or plumbers have completed the jobs well, cleanly, and pleasantly, and without reoccurance of problems. Their pricing has been fair, and there have been no bait-and-switch tactics or other shenanigans typical of larger plumbing companies in this area. Many customers here will mention Star (the owner), who I have spoken with myself, and I really do believe she is trying to run her business with integrity - as some of her employess have stated to me as well. Your mileage may vary, but I will definitely be calling The Drain Co. again for more work (my house has never-ending plumbing needs), and each time I use them, I become increasingly confident that they are the right choice. read more

This Company and the plumber who came are excellent. Had a stopped drain ,and a few other issues. They fixed it,and advised me at no charge on the other things. Very safe and prompt ! Believe the yelp reviews, honest, conscientious and so affordable. They got my business. read more

I've used this plumbing company countless times for standard plumbing fixes and repairs (unclog shower drains, sink repairs etc.) and had them out the house most recently to fix a leaking toilet. The plumber was prompt and on time and came to the door with PPE (gloves and a mask) and made my wife feel very comfortable by explaining social distancing measures (she is a cancer survivor and sensitive to the COVID health protocols, especially with someone coming into the home). He quickly identified the seal that was broken and causing the issue and was able to repair it with the greatest of ease. He even replaced the handle when we tested the toilet out afterward and found it difficult to flush because the tension was off. And he also helped us unclog a sink in the front bathroom as well. All this for the quoted price which was EXTREMELY reasonable and in my estimation, very inexpensive. Have consistently received spectacular service and expertise, combined with an exceptional price, I'd recommend (and have recommended) this particular plumber to all of my friends and family. read more

I felt compelled to update my review, as it's been 11 years since I first wrote about The Drain Co, and I have changed my opinion. They are actually SUPER AWESOME VERY MUCH A LOT. They continue to do right by us and I still can't say enough good things. I would show you a before and after pic of the mess of our clogged sink and then after they've fixed it, but you might be about to eat. Sufficed to say, they rock. read more

The Drain Co has been my go-to plumbing company for years. I had been needing to do something about my mainline for a while but putting it off because I was apprehensive about all the excavation that would be needed for a replacement. Tony and his crew diagnosed the issue and explained that they could reline rather than dig and replace, which was a huge relief. It was still a big job over multiple days, but communication was stellar, everything was left in better shape than when it started and now I don't have to hold my breath every time I do laundry. I cannot recommend the Drain Co more highly. read more

We had an emergency leak in the house and called The Drain Co out to help us. They came out with great technology showing us exactly where the leak was and letting us know what needed to be done to fix it. Along the way we found more plumbing issues that The Drain Co was able to help us with as well. Everyone at the company is nice, responsive and knows exactly what they are talking about and doing. This was the best experience we have had with any plumbing company! It is nice to find a company that you not only trust but will continue use and recommend to everyone! read more

Recently, we've had a major plumbing project that required a lot of work and a lot of manpower. Needless to say it has been very stressful. Joe from the Drain Co., who oversaw the project, walked us through every phase of the project, letting us know what to expect throughout and taking the time to answer our questions. He was easy to get in touch with and responsive by call or text. The team is finishing up after multiple days on this project so I can update this post when everything is complete. But overall, I recommend Drain Co. for projects big and small. read more
