Hands down Star is freaking amazing. I told her my issue and how I felt like I was getting jerked around by the other three companies who came to my house to fix my tub and toilet from overflowing. Star sent over the nicest most knowledgeable plumber by the name of J.C. and he resolved my issue and had us up and running in no time. J.C. also ran a camera to see how bad the pipes and everything really were, and they were cracked and didn't look good at all, but he also found where the tree roots were coming from so that was an excellent thing. Since my clean out happened to be in my bedroom J.C. was extra careful and did not mess up my carpet or anything like the last guys did. I have used The Drain Co. at least five or six times, both for drainage problems (some of them quite severe), and for normal plumbing jobs like faucet installation, et cetera. On every occasion, their technicians or plumbers have completed the jobs well, cleanly, and pleasantly, and without reoccurance of problems. Their pricing has been fair, and there have been no bait-and-switch tactics or other shenanigans typical of larger plumbing companies in this area. Many customers here will mention Star (the owner), who I have spoken with myself, and I really do believe she is trying to run her business with integrity - as some of her employess have stated to me as well. Your mileage may vary, but I will definitely be calling The Drain Co. again for more work (my house has never-ending plumbing needs), and each time I use them, I become increasingly confident that they are the right choice. read more

The representative told me 2 weeks in April, it was never finished, plus the kept having me pay in advance before a invoice was even sent to me. They had me pay in FULL-before the job was done. They made promises of when and work the would be done... it's not done, my home is a mess inside and out. They left it in a Dangerous situation, where now I have to put Orange cones and caution as my home front and back is now at risk that someone could get hurt, and right now I would be responsible . They even put a drain pipe illegally on a property that is not mine. They left the inside unlivable, and caused me health problems. I live in my bedroom upstairs . It has been 3 months now! I've had to hire an attorney .. nothing of what was paid for was done. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. read more

The Drain Co has been my go-to plumbing company for years. I had been needing to do something about my mainline for a while but putting it off because I was apprehensive about all the excavation that would be needed for a replacement. Tony and his crew diagnosed the issue and explained that they could reline rather than dig and replace, which was a huge relief. It was still a big job over multiple days, but communication was stellar, everything was left in better shape than when it started and now I don't have to hold my breath every time I do laundry. I've used this plumbing company countless times for standard plumbing fixes and repairs (unclog shower drains, sink repairs etc.) and had them out the house most recently to fix a leaking toilet. The plumber was prompt and on time and came to the door with PPE (gloves and a mask) and made my wife feel very comfortable by explaining social distancing measures (she is a cancer survivor and sensitive to the COVID health protocols, especially with someone coming into the home). He quickly identified the seal that was broken and causing the issue and was able to repair it with the greatest of ease. He even replaced the handle when we tested the toilet out afterward and found it difficult to flush because the tension was off. And he also helped us unclog a sink in the front bathroom as well. All this for the quoted price which was EXTREMELY reasonable and in my estimation, very inexpensive. Have consistently received spectacular service and expertise, combined with an exceptional price, I'd recommend (and have recommended) this particular plumber to all of my friends and family. read more
