It was late on a Sunday evening when I noticed my toilets were backed up & water was seeping up from the floor. I made a few desperate calls. Elias was the one who answered. He was finishing up another emergency but agreed to come over shortly. Upon arrival, he was polite and respectful. He diagnosed the problem and used his Hydro-jet to resolve it. His price was fair and reasonable. Not only is he a very nice person, I would highly recommend Elias to anyone who needs an emergency sewer drainage repair. read more

We've owned several properties for decades and have experienced just about every type of plumbing issue imaginable. Over the past 30 years, we've worked with more than a dozen different plumbers some good, some not so good, so we've learned to recognize true professionalism when we see it. Elias stands out as one of the very best. From the very beginning, he impressed us with his honesty, knowledge, and sense of responsibility. He's the kind of professional who takes pride in doing the job right, not just getting it done quickly. Last month, we had a plumbing issue at our home, and Elias went above and beyond. He came out on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem immediately, and clearly explained what needed to be done. His company is fully equipped with modern tools and technology, which made the entire repair process efficient and stress-free. What really stood out to us was his punctuality, attention to detail, and genuine care for his clients. It's rare to find someone in this industry who combines technical skill with such professionalism and integrity. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and will definitely continue using this company for all of our future plumbing needs. If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumber, give Elias and his team a try you'll be in excellent hands. Thank you . read more

Elias was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. He did an excellent job clearing out a drain line. He took time to educate us on how to keep the line clean in the future which most plumbers won't tell you to get repeat business. Fair, honest and ethical company!! read more

Jamie Hernandez came to fix our clogged toilet, which our other plumber couldn't fix and said we needed a flush. He was very smart to figure out what the problem was without having to remove the toilet which everyone else said we had to do. No hidden charges, was on time and was very clean, I've had other plumbers leave a mess we had to clean up. read more

I had a toilet get clogged by a Clorox wand head that was accidentally flushed down. I reached out to several plumbers and started getting very high estimates for the work. Fastflow gave a very competitive price and was able to get out on the same day. They arrived, politely asked if I wished for them to remove their boots, and then proceeded to do the work. They setup a nice clean area for the work to make sure no mess was made, and after the clog had been removed they carefully placed their equipment into a heavy duty contractor bag to ensure any mess was fully contained. The guy that came was respectful, clean, professional, and super nice. I'm going to keep these guys on call for any issues I have with plumbing moving forward. read more

I had a great plumbing experience? That happens? I sent in a quote request to a bunch of plumbers for hydrojetting. These guys got back to me immediately with a price (others wanted to inspect, get me on the phone). They worked with my budget, were available, arrived ON TIME, did the job, didn't skimp on anything, no rush to get out of there, explained things to me, made courtesy suggestions and did more than the scope required of them. They were friendly and professional. It was amazing. They are my goto now for all plumbing needs. Thanks guys! read more

Had a main line PVC pipe crack in front of my house. I called several plumbers around the Porter Ranch area and FastFlow were the only plumbers that were able to provide an honest quote based on the image I had provided. Once I got the quote, Jaime came over and fixed the matter right away. Jaime was upfront and professional. Didn't try to replace any unnecessary parts. Hard to find honest plumbers that stand by their work and now that I have found one they are on my speed dial for any of my future plumbing needs. read more

Elias is my hero today! I have a troublesome sink that just looooooooves to get clogged. I am so happy I called FastFlow to help me fix it this time around. Elias was able to come out same day, which is impressive. Not only did he arrive in a timely manner, but he was very thoughtful and fixed the problem. He was thoughtful and wore booties when he came into my home, which I really appreciate. Elias also explained to me what he was doing to fix it, what he was seeing going on with the drain, and even put a camera in the drainage pipes so I could see the condition. He also gave me the fairest quote for the work. I'm definitely hiring FastFlow again! read more

I threw out a request on Yelp for an emergency at my parents house in Calabasas a few months ago. Had a lot of canned responses texting me trying to set up an appointment for a $200 consult. Elias texted me and said that he'd be there within an hour for a free inspection. He gave us a fair estimate from the get go, and his crew were exceptional. I had some work that I needed to be done at my condo a few days ago. Called Elias, had it set up and done without a problem. Yelp used to be somewhere you could get good reviews AND prices. Lately, I usually get inundated with replies that I feel are just trying to upsell me. My opinion about FastFlow, is that because they are upfront of about estimates and stand behind their work, I have someone that I can trust for anything I need done in the future. read more

Listed a job posting for work needed, FastFlow was quick with their responses and had us set up with an appointment ASAP. Their quote was competitive with other services in the area, very reasonable. This company is way better than any renowned plumbing company. I received 4 different quotes from all super known companies just for Hydrojet but no one properly inspected the issues. Jaime came out and was super knowledgeable!! He was on time and was able to answer all of my options regarding my backyard drain that was clogged. I was certain that all I needed to do was to hydro jet the clogged drain but Jaime told me that most likely il need to hydro jet the main outside street drain that drains all of our outdoor drains. Jaime was super nice and worked very hard to unclog my outdoor drain. Unfortunately that didn't work and Jaime was super nice to discount the original price of his estimate and did the hydro jet on the main drain exit onto the street. Obviously, Jaime who is the expert was correct and my drains are flowing nicely now. Great service! Great work! And a great plumber to work with!!!! Thank you Jaime!! read more
