Had an emergency leak after 6 pm and he was able to fit in a visit by 8. Was able to diagnose problems with our plumbing and tankless water heater and got it dealt with the next day. Was also able to flush the tankless heater while he was at it, so it was to convenient to have someone who could deal with water heater maintenance at the same time. Was very good about keeping us appraised on timing and progress. read more

I had a small leak in a p trap in my bathroom sink and a rusty pipe going from my main water line to my sprinklers that looked like it would burst any day. Chris did a fantastic job with replacing the p trap as well as digging out the old rusted pipe and replacing it. Very happy with the work Chris did and would highly recommend him. read more

Christian (I believe that was his name) responded the same day when we had a plumbing crisis (completely slugged pipes) where we need to change out our kitchen drain pipes leading into the wall. It was horrible timing because we recently bought the home and was going on a trip where we were already financially tight. He gave us a reasonable quote and sent someone out the next day to get the job done. Our sink has been working smoothly ever since. Will definitely reach out to him for any other issues! read more

I had a pretty bad slab leak under the toilet. Christian came by in less than an hour for an estimate but wouldn't be able to fix it for a few days. On the day of he was almost an hour late saying he confused the appt with another customer. In looking at the reviews it seems that he's often late. He dropped off two guys then left. Never did he mention that it wasn't him doing the work. I am a female, and would have preferred not to be alone with two men. The guys tear up the concrete, and a few hours later Christian is back with an update on what's going on and what needs to be done. But it seemed his agenda was to get me to replace the entire plumbing in the house. A job that cost 5 times more. At least 30 mins he tried to explain to me the advantage of doing this. I just needed the leak fixed now as it's been leaking pretty badly for days. So I declined to replace all the plumbing. The fix took about a day. Despite all the pretty pictures the owner shares, his employees did not leave the area in great condition. There was a lot of concert dust and pieces left. The wall behind the toilet was torn up, which it was never explained to me that this would be done and that I'd need to hire someone else to fix it. Don't do what I did and go with the first quote. Get at least 3 and read the bad reviews. There is some similarity. read more

Christian came out today and within a minute correctly diagnosed our issue, a bad water pressure regulator, (it was a brand new one from Lowes that I just replaced over a week ago). He was super polite, friendly, honest and punctual. And he didn't charge us for the diagnosis. As predicted, the new regulator resolved the humming pipe problem. Thank you very much Christian, we will definitely call you for future plumbing issues! read more

Christian at Incredible Plumber gets a 2-thumbs up and an A+ from our family. Not only did he install our new 75 gallon water heater, but he also helped troubleshoot a shower problem we've had for a year (which has stumped other plumbers). Best of all is his communication skills and integrity. When the man says he'll do something he puts his all into it and communicates every step of the way. He works like a partnership with his patrons/clients to secure their trust and to prove his professional dedication. He's very down to earth and human; someone you can rely on. Will we be calling him back and recommending him to our network of family and neighbors? ABSOLUTELY! Give him a call: 818-300-2955 or 323-999-8936 read more

I am so grateful I called Incredible Plumber on a Saturday for a clogged drain. Christian was at another job, but said he would come by as soon as he completed the job. After running a drain snake and getting caught, Christian had his crew run a camera to see how bad the pipe was clogged. The pipe was not just a simple clog to clear it was a major clogged pipe of years of tree roots. Christian was very clear of what needed to be done, cost, and time it would take to fix the problem. He listened to all my concerns and answered all of my questions. His pricing is very fair, crew are very skilled and professional and they did an awesome job not only on fixing the problem, but cleaning up after completion. I highly recommend Christian and Incredible Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs! read more

I had a clogged up toilet due to my son's carelessness by flushing paper towels and needed a plumber right away to fix it. I called a handful of plumbers that I found on yelp and the best quote I got was from this company. Christian had a very busy schedule and told me that he would stop by as soon as he finished with other jobs. It was already past 8pm by the time he was done, and came to my house around 9pm. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't easy fix since the entire toilet had to be removed in order to take out the paper towels that were stuck further down, so he told me he would come back the next day to fix it. The following day, Christian came right on time along with his associate. They went straight to work and was able to get the paper towel out and put back the toilet. He then offered a free diagnostic regarding the pipes' condition underneath the house by using a high tech camera. My house was built in the 1950's and been living here for 17 years. The pipes were never replaced since I lived here and that they were made of steel and extremely corroded. He advised me to get them replaced so that I don't have to deal with slow sink drain, better water flow, better water pressure and prevent leak problems in the future. He gave me a very reasonable price so I agreed to do it. The estimate to complete the job was 2 days but it took 3 days because the guys had to dig underneath the house to create a trench for them in order to replace the pipes without charging more. Christian had his guys do the job and they were very punctual, clean and courteous. Overall, I'm very pleased with the job that they did and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing issues in their homes. Christian and his crew are very knowledgeable, have many years of experience and very accommodating! Best of all, he gives a very good price! Thank you Christian and team! read more

We had a plumbing emergency this morning, and when I called Incredible Plumber he was very responsive and got us appointment before noon. He spent ages trying to snake our blocked sink, using various tools. Unfortunately our inlet was too small to snake, so he was not able to clear the blockage. As a courtesy he took a look at the plumbing under our home, and recommended what needed to be done. All in all, we had a great experience with Incredible Plumber. He was very responsive, text me updates of his arrival and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Highly recommend! read more

I can't recommend Incredible Plumber highly enough. Chris and his crew are reliable, fast and reasonable. We had a problem with our garage laundry drain/sink not emptying quickly and overflowing. Chris spelled out the different options, gave us photos of the problem and clearly explained long and short term fixes. He didn't try to upsell and answered all our questions. We ended up replacing the galvanized/very corroded pipes under the house. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

Omgosh so i had a huge puddle of water in my front yard after watering the lawn. I couldn't figure out where the water was coming from because the puddle was manifesting on the driveway. Nowhere bear the lawn area. It was going on for a month before i went online to google a plumber. Thats when i found someone near my area, Christian. So i gave him a call and he came within an hour which was amazing because i had called 3 places before calling him and they all required appointment for 2 days or more and were trying to tell me it would be something like 5+ days! So he came and told me immediately that it was the main line. He gave me an estimate to have to open up the driveway and repair the leak. He fixed the leak and put the concrete back on the driveway so nicely! Not only that, it was NOT 5+ days to repair, it was only one full day!! I would definitely recommend this company 100% Very reliable, efficient, honest and professional. read more

Christian and Jose provided efficient, quality work on a washing machine drain. Their price was on par with other quotes. I appreciated that he provided photos as the job progressed, including the cause of the back-up, leak, and corrosion. He provided short-term fix options and long term 'best practices' options. The area was left cleaner than when they started the work. While I hope we don't have any other repair issues, I would be happy to use his services, if needed in the future. read more

I have done every plumbing / sewer related project imaginably with Christian over the last six months. I believe it includes trenchless sewer line replacement, replacing the pipes from my house to my sewer line, light sprinkler related work, replacing galvanized steel pipes in multiple places throughout the house (involves outdoor stucco work and interior drywall patch work), installing new whole house filtration system, replacing toilets and faucets. Christian and his team are polite and do high quality work at an aggressive price. He beat by a mile all my other sewer line project bids. His work indoors included highly competent dry wall patch work. I always bid to every problem - what is the cheapest solution and what is the best long term solution. And I pick and choose the best coarse of action for me. Christian is great at discussing options. I do notice a few comments about being late but honestly any service provider cannot accurately predict when a given job will be completed. They have an idea but what if something comes up once you get behind the wall.. should they leave in the middle to keep their next appointment.. Customers have to be reasonable too. I've down a bunch of work the past few months. I feel the work was highly competent at a great price. Whole team was polite during the multiple visits as well. read more

The absolute best! Had an emergency plumbing issue in my laundry room one day before moving! Called Incredible Plumber and spoke with Christian at 7AM. He came out as soon as he could, which was 2PM.
