Ernie or Arnie was not a joy to work with by any means. He had attitude in the morning when he dropped off the trailer, refused to include toilet seat covers for the men's room, and barely any for the women's (we ran out within the first hour), and he did not stock the rooms with enough toilet paper. We ran out of paper within the first few hours. Our coordinator called him and he refused to cooperate, claiming that it's impossible for 75 guests to run through 3 rolls of toilet paper. His "cooperation" looked like agreeing to bring more toilet paper "in about 2 hours". Would never use again, and strongly advise others to not use his service. read more

I don't normally get bad reviews this company is horrendous. Not only do they drop off a trailer restroom that doesn't work and is filthy to wear my poor aunt had to clean it the morning before my wedding It covered in other peoples pee and crap. The owner who delivered it was dismissive and rude and when we called just tell him That they were dirty and not working on one side he called me on the day of my wedding, while getting ready, calling me a liar and then proceeded to charge me $100 for his own machinery not working. When I called to complain about the charge that was not part of the contract he was rude and dismissive. I will never work with this company again for any event my family may ever have. read more

We used Gotta Go for the portable restrooms for our Malibu Wedding. While the restroom trailers themselves are clean and presentable, the delivery of the trailers was problematic. As the bride, I delegated all responsibility to my wedding coordinator. My wedding coordinator called Gotta Go and made arrangements for installation on our wedding day. At 8:30am on the big day, I received several calls and text messages from the Gotta Go delivery agent. I understand the delivery agent is on a timeline, and no doubt has other jobs waiting for him. However, I feel contacting the bride prior to the appointment time, and texting her in an impatient manner is unprofessional. It was very stressful for me, and considering the contract said delivery would occur between 11am and 1pm, I didn't understand why I was getting several calls at 8:30am. Additionally, after the trailers were installed, they were not fully operational. My guests started arriving and reported that the toilets wouldn't flush. Upon closer inspection, it was discovered the trailers were not plugged in. At this point, the wedding was in full swing. I don't feel it was right for the delivery agent to leave without plugging in the trailer. To their credit, Gotta Go called me directly and apologized for the confusion. I appreciate their attitude of personal responsibility and just hope these notes can be used in the future to help their business. read more

I hired this company for a 2 bathroom trailer for my niece's quinceañera a year ago. It took me this long to get over how upset I was. They called me once to offer me an upgrade with a bigger fancier three stalls. He showed up with the original 2 stalls a couple hours before the event. I took a quick look and it was fine . Not a problem! Until, I went in to use the bathroom myself. I saw the dirty toilet full of feces, missing panels indoor and dust everywhere. I called the guy and he said he would come back and clean, but we had guests already arriving. So, I did the cleaning. Then, he said he was coming to pick up the trailer earlier than what was in the contract, but I reminded him of the time we wanted. Not a good experience. read more

Rented the 10' trailer for our backyard wedding and the trailer was beautiful. The restrooms were clean, stocked and they even had music playing. It was also a hot day, I'm so glad it had air conditioning as well. The customer service provided was excellent as well. Their communication was always timely and concise. The trailer was dropped off and picked up on time. The one thing I would mention is, if you have elderly people at your event, keep a close eye or assist them with entering the restrooms. They're trailers, so the doors do open out towards the stairs as you're attempting to enter. Additionally, the stairs only have a railing on one side. Their restrooms are beautiful and clean and I wasn't grossed out by it like the regular portable potty. I got their info from a friend after attending her daughter's birthday party and experiencing a 5 stars cleanliness. Having little kids and being a little OCD, it is important to me that my kids don't sit, smell or touch felthy surfaces. I usually have my own potty in the van in case my kids need the restroom. However, I did not need to whip out my little portable potty during this event because their portable is so nice and clean. When I decided to use them for a party at the park, they were very accommodating and helpful. They were on prompted and professional which is important to me. Ordered two units for my wedding, both broke immediately, only one was fixed during the event. Then, was accosted at my wedding that I would be responsible for PAYING for the broken toilet! The energy you put in replying to my message could have been put into answering the question. Like a general quote would have been nice since I was trying to give her some business. I recently through a large 50th bday party for a close friend, I knew there would be a issue with the availability of restrooms due to the fact of the amount of people eating and consuming alcohol . I had heard of a company that had large luxury mobile restrooms from a friend of mine. GOTTA GO, was they're name. I am so happy I reached out to this company, there was never a issue or complaint from anyone at the party, there was a attendant that serviced the restrooms for the entire party. I recently rented the luxury 2 person restroom for a very high end babyshower with 75 guests. It was an evening cocktail party. We used their generator and I was surprised how quiet and efficient it was. The trailers were delivered on time as promised! PLUS we asked for a later pickup. Normally pick up is at 10pm but they were gracious enough to extend us until midnight with no additional charge. Everything was absolutely clean! All the guests raved about the potties. They were just blown away!! I would definitely use them again. read more

We were very pleased with the beautiful interior of the trailer and our guests provided many compliments on the luxury setting to a "porta-potty". Gotta Go was accommodating in drop-off and pick-up days/times. There were only a few minor upsets - I had to address the CC % fee that was imposed without being previously advised, as well as final payment was automatically charged before the wedding date without my knowledge, even though the contract indicated I was still within the timeframe to make final payment - by that time, I wanted to use a different CC than what was on file. Lastly, it was a bit unpleasant that the trash bags from the trailer were left behind to dispose at our property, whereas we would assume that they would provide the disposal of such for the trailer. We had to pay a fee for minor damage (1 broken soap dispenser and toilet paper holder) that we paid in good faith. Overall, we were pleased - I just wanted to address these few items to encourage the courtesy for such occurrences for future clients. I would hire them again keeping that in mind. The main water pipe broke down on the street where our venue is located and this at 5pm. at 7.30pm we had to call Gotta Go Luxury Restroom Trailers, because LADWP shut down the water and our 150 guests party started at 9pm! Mission impossible we thought, but they made it work and told us they could be there at 9.30pm the latest and they were perfectly on time. Things started off great when I booked this vendor for my wedding. As the date approached, I asked for the drop off time. After a few days delay in responding, Gotta Go asked if they could drop the trailer off Friday for my Saturday wedding. I said yes, but it would have to be in the afternoon since I had many vendors with large trucks with deliveries on Friday. They insisted on dropping it off at 10am, with little regard for the other vendors or my needs. I confirmed the pick up day and time with the owner, and my wedding coordinator with the man that dropped off the trailer. We were told they would come get the trailer on Sunday morning. All of a sudden during my WEDDING RECEPTION my guests tell me there's "a strange man asking for me". My wedding coordinator finds the man, who is from Gotta Go and is now insisting on taking the trailer before my event is even over. Without even checking to see if anyone is using the restrooms, he hitched up the trailer to his truck, causing my new mother in law, who was inside, to almost fall. The facilities were nice but the management is disorganized and not good to work with. I do not recommend this company. read more

Cleanest and roomiest bathroom set up ever!!! I used this service for a kids party because I didn't want all these kids inside my house unattended. They were great, Adults liked using this better than the house ones. There are several stalls in one station so no long wait times. Women love this the most.
