I wanted to take a moment to highly recommend Gotta Go Services. We are in the West Hills area and were extremely impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and outstanding customer service. From start to finish, they were responsive, dependable, and a pleasure to work with. It is clear that they take pride in their work and care about providing a great experience. We would definitely use them again. read more

I rented these bathrooms for my boys first communion and I was not disappointed! Bathrooms were better than I imagined. Very spacious and very clean. My guests were very comfortable and expressed how nice these restrooms were. Arnold was punctual and came to pick up on time. I will be renting from Arnold again. Thank you for everything. read more

Ernie or Arnie was not a joy to work with by any means. He had attitude in the morning when he dropped off the trailer, refused to include toilet seat covers for the men's room, and barely any for the women's (we ran out within the first hour), and he did not stock the rooms with enough toilet paper. We ran out of paper within the first few hours. Our coordinator called him and he refused to cooperate, claiming that it's impossible for 75 guests to run through 3 rolls of toilet paper. His "cooperation" looked like agreeing to bring more toilet paper "in about 2 hours". Would never use again, and strongly advise others to not use his service. read more

They made 5 fraudulent charges to my wife's credit card 3 and 4 months after initial legitimate charge for a portable toilet. The fraudulent charges totaled $1300. They are criminals using business as front. read more

We used Gotta Go for a big Halloween party we had last year and they were as fancy as restroom trailers get. From start to finish they were professional , on time and easy to work with. Even our guest were surprised on how nice the bathrooms were. Will be sure to hire again them when we have our next event! read more

I don't normally get bad reviews this company is horrendous. Not only do they drop off a trailer restroom that doesn't work and is filthy to wear my poor aunt had to clean it the morning before my wedding It covered in other peoples pee and crap. The owner who delivered it was dismissive and rude and when we called just tell him That they were dirty and not working on one side he called me on the day of my wedding, while getting ready, calling me a liar and then proceeded to charge me $100 for his own machinery not working. When I called to complain about the charge that was not part of the contract he was rude and dismissive. I will never work with this company again for any event my family may ever have. read more

We used Gotta Go for the portable restrooms for our Malibu Wedding. While the restroom trailers themselves are clean and presentable, the delivery of the trailers was problematic. As the bride, I delegated all responsibility to my wedding coordinator. My wedding coordinator called Gotta Go and made arrangements for installation on our wedding day. At 8:30am on the big day, I received several calls and text messages from the Gotta Go delivery agent. I understand the delivery agent is on a timeline, and no doubt has other jobs waiting for him. However, I feel contacting the bride prior to the appointment time, and texting her in an impatient manner is unprofessional. It was very stressful for me, and considering the contract said delivery would occur between 11am and 1pm, I didn't understand why I was getting several calls at 8:30am. Additionally, after the trailers were installed, they were not fully operational. My guests started arriving and reported that the toilets wouldn't flush. Upon closer inspection, it was discovered the trailers were not plugged in. At this point, the wedding was in full swing. I don't feel it was right for the delivery agent to leave without plugging in the trailer. To their credit, Gotta Go called me directly and apologized for the confusion. I appreciate their attitude of personal responsibility and just hope these notes can be used in the future to help their business. read more

My family used Gotta Go Luxury Restrooms for a recent event at our home and we were very pleased with the service we received. Everything was delivered and picked up in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. We were happy with the cleanliness of the toilet and it worked well the entire time we had it. Thanks again Arnold! read more

I chose Gotta Go Luxury bathrooms for my daughter's wedding. The bathrooms were exceptional. They were the talk of the event. I highly recommend them. read more

Do not hire for your wedding! There was a malfunction with the toilets at the start of the wedding and they were so rude about coming to fix it and even tried to charge us!!! Rude! Do not hire for your wedding!! read more

Got nothing but compliments, thank you gotta go! read more

I hired this company for a 2 bathroom trailer for my niece's quinceañera a year ago. It took me this long to get over how upset I was. They called me once to offer me an upgrade with a bigger fancier three stalls. He showed up with the original 2 stalls a couple hours before the event. I took a quick look and it was fine . Not a problem! Until, I went in to use the bathroom myself. I saw the dirty toilet full of feces, missing panels indoor and dust everywhere. I called the guy and he said he would come back and clean, but we had guests already arriving. So, I did the cleaning. Then, he said he was coming to pick up the trailer earlier than what was in the contract, but I reminded him of the time we wanted. Not a good experience. read more

Rented the 10' trailer for our backyard wedding and the trailer was beautiful. The restrooms were clean, stocked and they even had music playing. It was also a hot day, I'm so glad it had air conditioning as well. The customer service provided was excellent as well. Their communication was always timely and concise. The trailer was dropped off and picked up on time. The one thing I would mention is, if you have elderly people at your event, keep a close eye or assist them with entering the restrooms. They're trailers, so the doors do open out towards the stairs as you're attempting to enter. Additionally, the stairs only have a railing on one side. Thank you Gotta Go Luxury, you made our backyard wedding even better! read more

Their restrooms are beautiful and clean and I wasn't grossed out by it like the regular portable potty. I got their info from a friend after attending her daughter's birthday party and experiencing a 5 stars cleanliness. Having little kids and being a little OCD, it is important to me that my kids don't sit, smell or touch felthy surfaces. I usually have my own potty in the van in case my kids need the restroom. However, I did not need to whip out my little portable potty during this event because their portable is so nice and clean. When I decided to use them for a party at the park, they were very accommodating and helpful. They were on prompted and professional which is important to me. My guests were amazed at how 'pretty' and 'fancy' the restrooms were. read more

Overcharged my credit card before the event, and now (2 weeks later) I'm still arguing with the owner to reverse those charges. Ordered two units for my wedding, both broke immediately, only one was fixed during the event. Then, was accosted at my wedding that I would be responsible for PAYING for the broken toilet! Now fighting the charges through my credit card. Not worth it. read more

I wanted to get a quote on Yelp for an event I was throwing. The owner replied and asked me to fill out a quote form. Like seriously? The energy you put in replying to my message could have been put into answering the question. Like a general quote would have been nice since I was trying to give her some business. That was really annoying and unprofessional. And all the reviews from past customers show that this business is unprofessional and distasteful by the way they treat their customers. read more

We were very pleased with the beautiful interior of the trailer. Our guest were consistently giving compliments. The driver was exceptionally kind in assisting where to place the trailer for our guest. Excellent!! read more

Pretty freaking awesome bathrooms... they completely ran off solar and battery with backup generator. They came setup and guests were completely satisfied, got so many compliments on how nice our bathrooms were. Would definitely use them again for future events. read more

I recently through a large 50th bday party for a close friend, I knew there would be a issue with the availability of restrooms due to the fact of the amount of people eating and consuming alcohol . I had heard of a company that had large luxury mobile restrooms from a friend of mine. GOTTA GO, was they're name. I am so happy I reached out to this company, there was never a issue or complaint from anyone at the party, there was a attendant that serviced the restrooms for the entire party. Always clean and stayed stocked of supplies for the length of the party.. I will definitely use again and highly recommend.. Thank you Mr. Pena for a outstanding experience. Warm regards, Anthony read more

Your bathroom trailers are so NICE! Seriously, thanks for everything and please be sure to use the same attendant on our next booking with you in 2 weeks. Hopefully he's available. read more

Nothing but 5-stars for this company! Our daughters wedding had 175 guests and we rented the 5-stall with all the bells & whistles shown in the website pics! It was delivered on time and worked beautifully for 8+ hours. I had many people come up and thank us for offering one so luxurious (hence, the name)! From the beginning of the bid Arnie was professional, very easy to communicate with and handled all of my questions, even some quirky ones... with a smile. I would recommend his service anytime! read more

I recently rented the luxury 2 person restroom for a very high end babyshower with 75 guests. It was an evening cocktail party. We used their generator and I was surprised how quiet and efficient it was. The trailers were delivered on time as promised! PLUS we asked for a later pickup. Normally pick up is at 10pm but they were gracious enough to extend us until midnight with no additional charge. Everything was absolutely clean! All the guests raved about the potties. They were just blown away!! I would definitely use them again. read more

We were very pleased with the beautiful interior of the trailer and our guests provided many compliments on the luxury setting to a "porta-potty". Gotta Go was accommodating in drop-off and pick-up days/times. There were only a few minor upsets - I had to address the CC % fee that was imposed without being previously advised, as well as final payment was automatically charged before the wedding date without my knowledge, even though the contract indicated I was still within the timeframe to make final payment - by that time, I wanted to use a different CC than what was on file. Lastly, it was a bit unpleasant that the trash bags from the trailer were left behind to dispose at our property, whereas we would assume that they would provide the disposal of such for the trailer. We had to pay a fee for minor damage (1 broken soap dispenser and toilet paper holder) that we paid in good faith. Overall, we were pleased - I just wanted to address these few items to encourage the courtesy for such occurrences for future clients. I would hire them again keeping that in mind. Thank you for your services. read more

Visited their restrooms!!! Omgoodness these don't feel like portable restrooms. They're stylish and so clean. There's A/C and music playing and super pretty. Would definitely recommend for big or small events you WONT be disappointed. read more

We held a very large family event in a rustic and elegant setting. Renting the luxury restroom trailers was one of the best decisions we made in designing the venue features. We were informed the trailer would arrive early. This helped us tremendously in our venue preparation. When Arnie arrived with the clean and attractive unit, he was professional and very helpful in giving suggestions for placement and set-up. He conducted an informational run-through explaining the toilet features and various functions. He also gave information regarding care and any trouble-shooting if needed. The unit was picked up promptly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work with him. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this reliable and needed service. read more

Gotta Go saves our event! The main water pipe broke down on the street where our venue is located and this at 5pm. at 7.30pm we had to call Gotta Go Luxury Restroom Trailers, because LADWP shut down the water and our 150 guests party started at 9pm! Mission impossible we thought, but they made it work and told us they could be there at 9.30pm the latest and they were perfectly on time. These porta potties are super clean, have running water and are equipped with paper towels and toilet paper! They are Luxury! Thank you again for saving our client's event in Los Angeles read more

Rented these fabulous restrooms for my weeding, I absolutely recommend gotta go if you're in the market for classy restrooms. Delivery and pick up was made very easy! Units have generators if you don't have power, it was complemented all night by any guest that used it! Will definitely use gotta go again! read more

These luxury bathrooms were a life saver when we needed them for our event, they came to drop them off even though we gave them short notice. The drivers were professional and set everything up, the trailers were very nice on the inside and our guests were happy. These were perfect for our outdoor backyard wedding. Our guests were impressed, our vendors were impressed, even the cops who showed up were impressed. They forgot about the noise complaint and proceeded to get a "portable restroom tour" from my sister. We had great service and ZERO complaints. We used the Gotta Go Luxury Restrooms for an event last week. Didn't think my septic system could handle the 130 people in attendance. The restrooms arrived on time, set up was quick and professional. The restrooms were very nice. Lights, music, wash basin, water, toilet & urinal. We were quite impressed. And I Love the name! Lol I would recommend Gotta Go restrooms to anyone needing extra facilities but not the nasty blue ones! read more

I was so surprised when I walked in to this potty trailer. It's nicer than my bathroom! Well stocked and the generator was quiet. No extra fees for filling it with water or to run on the generator. Well worth the money. read more

Things started off great when I booked this vendor for my wedding. As the date approached, I asked for the drop off time. After a few days delay in responding, Gotta Go asked if they could drop the trailer off Friday for my Saturday wedding. I said yes, but it would have to be in the afternoon since I had many vendors with large trucks with deliveries on Friday. They insisted on dropping it off at 10am, with little regard for the other vendors or my needs. I confirmed the pick up day and time with the owner, and my wedding coordinator with the man that dropped off the trailer. We were told they would come get the trailer on Sunday morning. All of a sudden during my WEDDING RECEPTION my guests tell me there's "a strange man asking for me". My wedding coordinator finds the man, who is from Gotta Go and is now insisting on taking the trailer before my event is even over. Without even checking to see if anyone is using the restrooms, he hitched up the trailer to his truck, causing my new mother in law, who was inside, to almost fall. The facilities were nice but the management is disorganized and not good to work with. I do not recommend this company. read more

These were the cleanest, fanciest and functional portable restrooms I've ever seen. They were at an event with many people and still remained clean, smelled nice and continued to work. I highly recommend these for any event you are having. They are classy restroom addition. You can never have too many restrooms! Thank you Gotta Go for being there when I had to go! read more

We have used Gotta Go several times for parties. As a company, they are prompt, professional and reasonably priced. And, the Luxury Restroom Trailers speak for themselves. They are beyond amazing. If I could figure out how to install them into my home, I would! They have hardwood flooring, music, fully stocked, excellent lighting and much much more. They are also "The Smell Good Bathroom" LOL. You can't go wrong and you won't be disappointed when you rent one of these for any party, large or small. Thanks for providing such an amazingly needed service. The Carpenter's read more

Cleanest and roomiest bathroom set up ever!!! I used this service for a kids party because I didn't want all these kids inside my house unattended. They were great, Adults liked using this better than the house ones. There are several stalls in one station so no long wait times. Women love this the most. WE only rented one and it was accessible for both male and female because of the private stalls. I will definitely use again for other parties. read more
