I hired Luxury Flush for what was supposed to be a $1,400 job for my wedding day, and it was honestly one of the most disappointing service experiences I've ever had. The porta potty they provided stopped working almost immediately, which is the last thing anyone should have to deal with on their wedding day. On top of that, the generator kept overheating, adding even more stress to an already chaotic situation. For the amount I paid, I expected reliable equipment and at least some urgency in resolving the problem. Instead, all I got was a measly $200 discount, which felt like an insult considering the service basically failed. I shouldn't have to chase people down or deal with malfunctioning equipment during an event, especially not from a company that claims to provide "luxury" service. I won't be using Luxury Flush again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for dependable restroom rentals. read more

We held a wedding reception for our son in our backyard in June, 2025. We had 100 guests. We booked the Luxury Flush service. They were helpful, friendly, and the delivery was excellent. BUT the product was subpar and caused me serious stress. The door was falling off to the men's room throughout the evening. Our hired attendant kept interrupting me for help. First it was to make me aware the door was falling off. Second time was for a screwdriver. Third was the security asking me if I had anything to help. I looked at the problem and provided self tapping screws and my Milwaukee driver. Mind you these things were secured in my garage and I had to leave the party to gather these things. When I contacted Luxury Flush regarding the matter, I was only offered a $200 credit if I used them again. I'm sorry, why would we use them again after they ruined a special evening for my family and friends? Use them at your own risk. read more

BEWARE - SHADY FINANCIAL PRACTICES It bums me out to write this review. We rented their 5-stall luxury trailer for our outdoor wedding. The trailer was lovely and clean, the sales staff, delivery staff, and attendant were all great. We were very happy with the experience. Until it came time to return our $900 security deposit. When we reached out to them for the "security deposit," they told us that the security deposit was part of the rent and was never intended to be refunded. Anyone who has ever rented an apartment knows that security deposits don't work this way: the whole point of a security deposit is that you deposit money that the owner can credit towards damage or other misuse. If they never intended on returning it, they shouldn't have called it a security deposit. It doesn't provide any security--it's just money paid for services. When we confronted Luxury Flush, the owner admitted that security deposit was the "wrong word" and apologized for that, saying "It's my fault." But he refused to refund the deposit. Not wanting the experience to cast a shadow over our wedding, we even offered to resolve the dispute for a fraction of the $900. Not only did he refuse, but he tried to guilt us with religious references and by explaining that "there's no profit in this rental." Needless to say, the total of $3,341.50 that we sent them suggests otherwise. tl;dr the rental is great, but it might cost you nearly a THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE than you thought you were going to pay read more

Please do yourself a favor and don't use this company. I had them come to my event a couple weeks ago and my contract stated they would send an attendant from 530-12am. Attendant came at 6pm DRUNK, HIGH, looked homeless, slurring her words, and taking pictures of my guests and event!!! She couldn't provided any documentation that she was there from this company. She made a scene and made all my guests uncomfortable. She ended up leaving on her own and after numerous attempts of trying to get a hold of someone no one was there to help us because it was "after hours". The trailer flooded, clogged, and leaked because there was NO attendant to properly clean and look after despite paying for one. I've been going back and forth with owner Natalie and she claims that just because there was no attendant, the contract is still valid. She cannot choose what part of the contract is valid or not. A contract is a contract. Just because her company failed and was too cheap to pay for a proper cleaner, she cannot expect the customers to pay $2300 for a trailer that your guests will stop using after 45 minutes because it's clogged, dirty and not kept up properly. To this day, they still have not provided me information on who they sent to my event after asking many times. Y coordinator is out of the country and she said she has all call logs and attempted to call them during the event but they keep failing to answer that saying they never received any call. How convenient for them. I'm glad i paid with credit card and will not allow this company to scamming me $2300 for something they ruined my event with!!! Stay away as far as possible. They're shady people, I should've used Andy Gump like my coordinator said but i didn't listen because they had cheaper price. Now i know why. Better to choose someone that's a little more pricier than to ruin your event. You tell me from the picture if you would allow such a person to be cleaning your bathrooms at an event you paid hundreds of thousands of dollars. read more

I contacted Luxury Flush through a promoted add on Google, it may have worked with other sanitation service and contracted them out but luxury Flush answered the call! I needed to have my RV pumped of waste water and grey water and they included a rinse out and filled my portable water tanks for me! Edgar was the service man who did the job and even helped me identify a potential leak in my tank, also was very knowledgeable about these type of vehicles and even hung around to talk after and was very personable. I will be using this service again as needed and will let others know what a wonderful job they did. Do not use Luxury Flush! We booked Luxury Flush for our backyard wedding on a Sunday. While their team was pleasant during the initial process, things became very difficult with them the weekend of the wedding. They let me know on Saturday that 1 of the 2 attendants I'd booked would be unable to make it. Not a problem. However, the one attendant that was supposed to be there showed up a day early on Saturday. We let her know she had the dates wrong, she apologized, and assured us that someone would be there Sunday. I double checked my contract to make sure it had the correct dates and times, which it did. When I reached out to Luxury Flush to confirm, no one responded. On the day of the wedding, no one from their team showed up and they were not answering their 24-hour phone line, which we tried calling several times. We had rented a generator and the generator gas refill from them. Luckily my father had asked how the generator works when it was dropped off and he was able to turn it on. However, once the generator ran out of fuel we did not know where the refill fuel was or even how to refill it, and were unable to use the toilets any longer. Again, no one from Luxury Flush was answering the 24-hour phone line or reaching out. Their office was closed on Monday, so I was finally able to get in contact with someone on Tuesday. However, I was the one running around to contact them, which was unacceptable. Their company had messed up, yet no one had reached out to me, I had to reach out to them. They finally apologized, but were otherwise very unhelpful and only offered a partial refund after I asked. While their bathrooms are nice, I will never be working with them again, I will let everyone I know who needs to rent bathrooms to never work with them, and I highly advise you reading this review to never work with them! read more

I had to look into some things today because they retaliated against me when they came out as luxury flush. They damaged my tank so now it leaks. Nice huh..so im reporting them in every way possible. Lets see if both businesses are really under the same roof. Im excited. When i called back. They hung up. I cannot wait to see how this ends. I would go elsewhere. They are criminals. Our wedding venue required us to have portable restrooms due to the size our party and limited access to restrooms on the property. Never thought I would be reviewing a portopotty company, but here we are. I had to order a portopotty LAST MINUTE. It was Friday late-afternoon and the party was on Sunday before I was told that we needed to get one. I called a couple of places who told me there would be an additional $300 charge for delivering on the weekend and with such short notice. I actually figured that was pretty fair, but decided to call a couple of other placed first anyhow. I called Luxury Flush and was very pleasantly surprised with the options they had available as well as the prices. Their customer service and eagerness to supply us was over the top. Good pricing and clean units but poor customer service and communication. Quick to offer an initial quote but follow up thereafter was lacking. A questionnaire had to be completed for every general inquiry & quote and repeated multiple times and I ended up having to call several times since there were no email replies. One of the questions I had was regarding delivery time, which was never answered after multiple email attempts, and ended up receiving a text so early at before 6am the morning of delivery. Then another text on Sunday to give a heads up for Monday pickup, which I already expected. So everything is just on their terms/schedule and it stressed this momma-to-be coordinating her baby shower. read more

We were going to use them for our wedding but after the poor customer service we dealt with we decided to use a different company and even pay more because of the bad experience that we had. They did not get back to us in a timely manner and when we provided pictures of where the trailer would go, they told us that they didn't think the trailer could fit down the drive. I assured them that they would since their trailer is only 10 feet long and we can fit a 25 foot air stream being pulled by a truck up and down the driveway. I also explained the pictures were from a ring security system the pictures were not to actually scale since they were angled. Once they finally took my word for it, they told us they would send over the contract which they didn't until I reached out again. Once they sent it over they then asked for pictures again of where the trailer was going as if we didn't already go through this once before. They wanted us to set up a time for them to visit the location but we do not live super close to the location so we weren't going to drive over 40 minutes and pay money for them to come tell us the trailer would fit. I called them again to assure that it would fit and once again I was told that they couldn't fit the trailer down the driveway. I again explained that our 25 foot trailer fits so I know their trailer would too. They reluctantly agreed it would be fine but by this point we just realized all we did was waste our time with this company and went with a more expensive one that treated us fairly and communicated with us in a timely manner. read more

AWESOME bathrooms!!!! We had an outdoor wedding this past weekend and needed to figure out a bathroom solution. I had no idea what we would do because I definitely didn't want guests having to use standard porta pottys in their fancy clothes. After doing a Google search I luckily found Luxury Flush! I'm so glad I did, the wonderful 10 stall trailer bathrooms, complete with chandeliers, that they provided were gorgeous! The guests could not get over how nice they were! I had LuxFlush deliver the 3 stall portable restroom for my wedding. They talked me through how many stalls I needed based on my guest count and there were zero issues with their recommendations. The bathrooms themselves are absolutely beautiful. The guy who delivered was awesome! He was able to put in the restroom is a very tricky area and level it off without a hitch and also stayed for a while explaining everything to make sure we understood everything we needed to know. Dishonest. Do not trust them with your credit card information- you will be unfairly billed. Luxury flush came to our home with the wrong tool to open our septic tank. My husband had to go to the hardware store and purchase the correct tool. During this time, luxury flush told me a $100/hr "stand by" charge would be levied. We agreed upon a start time of 8:58am. When my husband came back at 9:21, the operator didn't call the office to end the standby time- I had to remind him. I then received a receipt for $100 on my credit card. After I raised issue with this, I was refunded $50, but wasn't ultimately billed the fair price for "standby" time of 33 minutes ($38). This is just bad business. DO NOT TRUST THEM. read more
