We found this business on yelp and proceeded to ordered the Aqua Genie bathrooms (which have two stalls in one trailer) for a party my family was going to have. I spoke with Jeanne the entire time through email. She was attentive and helpful, and was able to easily set everything up for me. The day of our event, I was notified of the ETA of the bathrooms and they were delivered in the morning for our evening event. All our guests really liked the bathrooms, particularly because they had AC and music. I liked how this particular model was spacious. The cost was fair for what you get, and if I have another event, I would definitely consider ordering these bathrooms again! read more

I rented the Aqua Genie Double Stall for my wedding and was really happy with it. It was spacious, clean, and even air conditioned, which was such a nice touch. Music played inside the stall throughout the night, which made it feel a little more fun and special. Delivery and pickup were both on time, and the staff was very nice and easy to work with. Many thanks to Jeanne and her husband (and son), who run this outstanding family business with very personal attention for our son's outdoor April 18 wedding at a private residence in Pasadena. Our guests were simply amazed at the attention to detail of the luxurious Aqua Genie Double Stall unit: super clean a with excellent air circulation/conditioning, regular wash basin with towels, LED mirror lighting and tastefully decorated walls with a painting and even piped-in music. Jeanne's husband has these units built to his specification and the whole family comes by to personally set up the unit and familiarize the customer with the back-up power generator (included at no extra cost). In fact, even though we plugged the unit into a 15-amp electrical driveway outlet to support the air conditioning, without the a/c this unit comes with fully charged batteries (recharged by solar panel in daylight) that will keep the lights (and music) going for several hours well past the end of your event. We were especially impressed by the honesty and professionalism of Jeanne as there are many companies out there offering restroom trailers that might quote one price, then come back with an inflated delivery charge, an unexpected need for liability insurance, extra charge for the backup generator, etc. My wife and I strongly recommend Magic Genie Flush for these types of events. read more
