Different jobs, & different location. Sometime the price is okay, sometime is too high. You have to know pricing while dealing with him. I use him to fix a leak is pass week, and I had someone else re-patch the drywall once he was done. Then within a day it was leaking again. We called him, he said he was a new area. Just another way to get more money. I'm not very happy, and after talking to my property manager, she told she not using him anymore. He's overpriced her other referral client, and not honest. If you use him, you have to be careful, he sounds like a Christian, saying God bless you. But, is not all 100% true. Very sad! I wouldn't be using him again on any of my properties, because he's not trustworthy.
