When a payment was sent, no confirmation or phone calls were returned. They were only contacted when it was convenient for them. They also made a verbal threat, which is 100% unprofessional. The driver came to my home and approached us extremely rudely. Then, he took off in our neighborhood, going about 50 mph in a 25-residential area, completely unsafe and with no regard for other human life. Terrible communication. Does not return phone calls or respond to text messages. I left a voicemail stating that I have called and emailed a couple of time. I even filled out their online form. In my voicemail, I gave the date of my event. Then I got a text with an invoice for the rental. I replied to the text with questions that I had in the first place such as 'what is the cancellation policy?', 'Will someone contact me to arrange a time to drop off and pick up?" No response. So at this point, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. But what went wrong is how they picked up the porta potty before my invoice date. I paid thru the 6/6 they came and took the portable 5/27 while we were out of town. I even have a text stating when i am paid up to. I texted the owner. No response. Just beware. Short term prob ok. But for client who uses them longer and longer. The service just goes down hill. I even have to remind the owner to bill me at the beginning. I have all the text communication. Our usage is not high traffic so toward the end even when they did a crappy job at refilling the liquid in the toilet I was ok. If it was highly use the portable will definitely stink. Terrible, I have been calling them and they never answer. I rented a unit from them 2 weeks before my event and I paid in full when I reserved, unfortunately my family came down with COVID a week before and I called to cancel the rental since I had to cancel my event. A man answered when I called and I told him to cancel and please refund the amount he said yes he would refund. Come Friday someone comes to try to deliver the the porta potty, I had to come out and tell the delivery that I had canceled and still waiting for refund. He said to call the office for that.
