He quoted me $ 2600 hundred dollars . He only did some of the items that were on the list and still charged me the same price . I tried to communicate with the company numerous times and they would not take any responsibility. So finally when I got in touch with the technician / plumber Alex , I could not understand fully what he was saying . I called on a Wednesday afternoon with sewage coming up through a shower drain. Cesar came out that evening and worked late into the night, but the line would not open, which told us this was not a normal clog. The next day they excavated, got down to the blocked section, removed the clogged pipe, and jetted it clear. Once it was open they ran the camera, and it showed exactly why this kept happening: the old clay pipe was cracked and offset, with a corroded section of cast iron next to it. Cesar walked me through the footage and laid out the options, and we went with a full trenchless pipe burst replacement. The thing that stood out most was the communication. Cesar answered every question I had, no matter how small or how many times I asked, and he answered them fast. Everything was in writing. The scope grew as they found more, but every increase was explained and quoted before they touched anything, and the final bill matched the contract to the dollar. When they ran into an extra connection at a bend they handled it at no charge without me asking. My tenant works from home with strict privacy requirements and a hard cutoff time, and they worked around her schedule every single visit. Small things, but they say something: the whole crew showed up in matching Charlie's uniforms, trucks clearly marked, everything organized. When the job had to pause for the city inspection, they tarped and secured the excavated soil, covered the pits with plywood, and left the property clean and safe with my tenants living there the whole time. Their mascot is great too. After a week of dealing with this, having a team show up looking like they knew exactly what they were doing was reassuring. The crew did the entire 65 foot pipe burst in one day during an Extreme Heat Warning, close to 100 degrees, and still had water back on that night. We paid in cash (above the requested amount because they came out on a holiday), but they didn't give us a receipt/invoice for the service. I contacted them a month ago to see if I could get that receipt, and they said they would email it to me. They never did, so I followed up this weekend because we need it for our home sale. I've called multiple times and been sent to a full voicemail inbox. The ONE time someone answered they hung up immediately. I followed up with texts, Facebook messages, and Yelp message only to be ignored. They made a next-day appointment & phoned when they were on their way. A very knowledgeable technician - Josh arrived & after checking the plumbing in the basement, explained where the problem was. I had the option of hydro jetting or pouring a clog-clearing product called "Liquid Lightning" (which I never heard of) down the drain. I found the product at Walmart & used it as directed. So far, so good. I have two water heater replacements as well as other plumbing repairs coming in the near future & I will not hesitate to call Rockstar Plumbing. Unlike many businesses today, they are honest, knowledgeable, and (as advertised) don't charge for estimates.

We called to get scheduled for pump service and were told they couldn't service us for 5 days!! This was frustrating because our tanks were too full to use. On the scheduled service day, we called the office at 8:30 AM, as instructed, to get a window for when they would show up. The guy on the phone said the driver wasn't answering his phone, but he would call back after speaking to him. In the meantime we were stuck in the RV for the day. When we hadn't received a callback by 2PM, my hubby called only to be told the driver didn't show up that day. Would have been nice if they had called so we wouldn't have wasted an entire day waiting for him. On top of that, the shitter was full and it was getting unpleasant! They said they would come the next day and we told them to be there by noon because we had to pick up our grandsons up from school. The next day we called again in the morning and again, the guy couldn't get in touch with his driver and had to call back. When he finally did call back he said the truck would come between 2 to 3PM. What part of "he needs to come before noon" did they not understand?! We had to make other arrangements for the grandsons and then they called back at 2 and said the truck was running late and would be there between 3:30 and 4PM. The finally arrived a little late and pumped out the tanks. $75 is about 50% higher than we usually pay for pump service, but they are the only game in LA that services Glendale, so what are we gonna do? I'm sure we will use them again, but we will schedule sooner and keep calling them until the truck shows up. I'm taking away 2 stars for the no-show and 1 star for the terrible communication and the high price.

I was so happy that I didn't have to move the trailer. Their service was super fast and clean. You should know before calling if your black tank is metal or plastic. For plastic tanks, they empty into a bucket so that the suction from the vacuum doesn't damage the tank. I did not know this and was surprised when the technician did it. I'm glad they took the precautions but wasn't aware they would do that ahead of time. So don't be shocked like I was. If you want it done fast, clean, and right, call All In!
