I have tried to get my system in Tucson serviced for MONTHS. First time I needed it. NO response. 2 year old system says "service required".

I was running my hand through my hair this morning and thinking "whoa my hair feels so soft"…read more Thanks Kinetico! I've had three systems installed by them and the process is always great. They recently helped me take my reverse osmosis system with me from my old house to my new one when I moved. I love the peace of mind I feel when I'm refilling my kids water bottles before soccer practice. The whole house water softener system is something I've been planning and saving for. My new old house (built in 1958) needed two systems instead of one, which would have been out of my price range. But they worked with me to finally make it happen. Roman is a great technician and his installs are super tidy.

He provided me with all the details of the water system that our city requested to pass inspection upon installation. His installation team is professional. They have the eye for the little installation details. I said this because of where my system had to be installed, and the team worked hard to make it happen. This morning, my inspection passed in flying colors. Edward was confident it would pass. We purchased the Premier Twin-Tank Non-Electric Softener, Premier Twin-Tank Non-Electric Chlorine/Chloramine Filter. There are only two of us in the household, and the product is sufficient enough for us. We couldn't be happier. It's a great system from a great company. As for value, I have said it all.

I also had to take apart the faucets and get the gunk off the screens. I would say I had to do every couple of months now after years of Lifesource once a year and it's not nearly as bad as it ever was before. Service calls are wonderful people show up on time know what they're doing fix what they're there to fix and are incredibly friendly. The infrequent need to change the canisters is a real plus. While, you do have to plan for those expenses, they are long lasting. over time it was less that our collective monthly expenses, especially if the maintenance by hand that was required was considered. When we were evaluating the system. It sounded expensive until I did the math on what we were paying for soft water which my husband dislikes the feel of. The difference is immediately recognizable in showers for hair and skin is something far better than I was .expecting. The water coming out of the tap is great! We do have a reverse osmosis for ice. The grey water every two weeks is used for the lawn and outside plants, so no waste and no big delivery trucks on the street on a regular basis. Jonathan our rep is always available and we are very happy with Lifesource!

I'm very disappointed with my experience with **LifeSource Water**…read more Yesterday, I spoke with one of their customer service representatives regarding a water test I had done. **My drinking water was tested specifically for magnesium, and the test result was 450 mg/L (milligrams per liter).** This raised concerns for me about the quality of my water and whether my LifeSource system was addressing the issue. During our conversation, I was told that the LifeSource system does not remove minerals such as magnesium and that I would need a reverse osmosis system with a carbon filter to address the issue. He also mentioned that my refrigerator filter might possibly help. I was also told that the LifeSource system primarily removes chemicals. This information was never clearly explained to me before I made such a significant investment. I was not given a water test before purchasing the system, and I now feel that I did not have all the information I needed to make an informed decision. As a result, I'm back to purchasing bottled water from the store. I recognize that I share some responsibility for not researching the purchase more thoroughly. However, I believe customers should be given a clear explanation of exactly what a water filtration system does and does not remove, especially before making such a large investment. I'm sharing my experience in the hope that it helps others ask the right questions and have their water tested **before** purchasing a LifeSource system. **Make sure you understand exactly what the system is designed to remove and whether it addresses the specific issues in your water.** I wish I had known this before making my purchase.

That is what we got with carbon filtration and water softening. If you live in Southern California, you know what I am talking about. I really wish we'd installed it years ago. If you own your home, investing in a good system can improve resale value. After a lot of research and discussions with several service providers, we went with Pure Water Filtration. Brandon came to the house and designed a system that would work with our plumbing situation. Unlike others who came by, he recognized a potential issue and offered a reasonable solution. He did not try to upsell us (again, unlike others). They use Clack Systems, so there is no lock-in to a particular system. Maintenance is minimal (add "salt" every so often). Brandon and his assistant showed up for installation as planned. With minimal fuss, the unit was installed within a couple of hours. We went about 90 minutes without water. Once the unit started functioning, the difference was immediately noticeable. Service, price, and performance are why you should choose Pure Water Filtration. We could not be happier.

I must say that if I ever have any more soft water system problems that I will call pure water,…read morefiltration, and specifically ask for Brandon for my needs! I recently had a situation where the salt was not going down in my brine tank and the water didn't feel soft in the shower any longer. Brandon asked me for a couple pictures and description of the situation and then instead of charging me $150 fee to come out and fix it (which many might do)... He verbalized to me over text what amounted to a five minute fix. Just don't find people in this world today who are that kind anymore and I greatly appreciate Brandon and Pure Water Filtration for their kindness. There is no need for me to get competing offers anymore from Yelp... Pure Water Filtration is my one stop shop for my soft water system needs Do you won me over thank you!!!

We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.

Very friendly and explained everything he was doing. Love the system and everyone we have interacted with from the company has been great! I should add that when the system was originally installed Brad and I had a discussion about my vegetable garden and what would be the best solution so as not to get too much salt into that water as it would affect and potentially burn them. The installer was able to route our hose line so that it would continue to use unsoftened water and not affect my veggie garden. We are SO appreciative of this as we love eating our home grown tomatoes!!!

The filters hadn't been changed since 2021, and the tank had completely lost pressure. I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. I honestly expected the whole ordeal to cost a fortune, but it was completely reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we will definitely have them come back out for all of our future reverse osmosis needs. Highly, highly recommend!
