My parents recently purchased the Elite ScaleSolver PowerPac and absolutely love it. They've noticed significantly less buildup on their fixtures and appliances, and the water tastes amazing from every tap. My mom especially loves not having to go downstairs in the middle of the night if she forgets her water...she can simply drink straight from the tap! Best in class, and I love the peace of mind that it's NSF/IAPMO certified from top to bottom. Highly recommend!

Service calls are wonderful people show up on time know what they're doing fix what they're there to fix and are incredibly friendly. The infrequent need to change the canisters is a real plus. While, you do have to plan for those expenses, they are long lasting. over time it was less that our collective monthly expenses, especially if the maintenance by hand that was required was considered. The difference is immediately recognizable in showers for hair and skin is something far better than I was .expecting. The water coming out of the tap is great! We do have a reverse osmosis for ice. The grey water every two weeks is used for the lawn and outside plants, so no waste and no big delivery trucks on the street on a regular basis. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Very friendly and explained everything he was doing. Love the system and everyone we have interacted with from the company has been great! I should add that when the system was originally installed Brad and I had a discussion about my vegetable garden and what would be the best solution so as not to get too much salt into that water as it would affect and potentially burn them. The installer was able to route our hose line so that it would continue to use unsoftened water and not affect my veggie garden. We are SO appreciative of this as we love eating our home grown tomatoes!!!

They recently helped me take my reverse osmosis system with me from my old house to my new one when I moved. My new old house (built in 1958) needed two systems instead of one, which would have been out of my price range. But they worked with me to finally make it happen. The filters hadn't been changed since 2021, and the tank had completely lost pressure. I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. I honestly expected the whole ordeal to cost a fortune, but it was completely reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we will definitely have them come back out for all of our future reverse osmosis needs. Highly, highly recommend!

That is what we got with carbon filtration and water softening. If you live in Southern California, you know what I am talking about. I really wish we'd installed it years ago. If you own your home, investing in a good system can improve resale value. After a lot of research and discussions with several service providers, we went with Pure Water Filtration. Brandon came to the house and designed a system that would work with our plumbing situation. Unlike others who came by, he recognized a potential issue and offered a reasonable solution. He did not try to upsell us (again, unlike others). They use Clack Systems, so there is no lock-in to a particular system. Maintenance is minimal (add "salt" every so often). Brandon and his assistant showed up for installation as planned. With minimal fuss, the unit was installed within a couple of hours. We went about 90 minutes without water. Once the unit started functioning, the difference was immediately noticeable. Service, price, and performance are why you should choose Pure Water Filtration. We could not be happier.
