I originally wanted to book one of their day packages, but they were too full for the day (understandable because their offerings and prices are amazing!). We settled for the 70 min anti aging facial and slipped into skincare bliss. Our ladies were so attentive, gentle and thorough. My friend and I got off the table glowing and refreshed. The cherry on top was paying in cash to get some savings AND the customer service was all around 5 STARS. I have been going to PURE QI for almost 8 years and i love them. I have tried many services but since its not often i go i usually just go to relax. I've always gotten thr pkg with the scrub, 80min hot stone and foot massage. And ive had different people through thr years even when i was pregnant with my son. Shared this place with family and friends and they make sure they know us by name. It's pleasant to go to a simple spa atmosphere no major frills and so simple i love the peacefulness. Had such a lovely experience at Pure Qi spa. I went in for a last-minute 60 minute lymphatic drainage massage. I called maybe two hours before and was able to book on a Saturday night. The front desk was incredibly helpful and described what the experience would be like, as it was my first lymphatic drainage massage. I stepped into the back area which was surprisingly large and peaceful (not to mention busy!). The massage itself was incredible and my masseuse checked in with me to make sure the amount of pressure was adequate. Jonny gave me an amazing deep tissue massage. My body was incredibly sore, but his hands had healing properties! Perfect amount of pressure (and I take a lot!) Call for an appointment and save $5 if you pay with cash ($65 for an hr instead of $70). Got a 60 min facial, 30 minute massage & 40 minute foot reflexology. Facial was okay I felt like she could have spent more time doing extractions since I did pay extra for that. Massage was mediocre I have had better massages in other countries, nothing too memorable. The foot massage was absolutely amazing, I actually feel asleep. It was by far the best part and I do not even like my feet being touched. The price is good so I will be back. The people that work there are super nice btw. I just wish they had a designated changing area and cubbies or lockers for your valuables instead of having the guy in the front move everything from room to room. read more

Was in DESPERATE NEED OF A Massage and didn't feel like going through Groupon. I actually came here a YEAR AGO & NOW Remember why I didn't return. I called around 10:30am requested a 11:30 am 1 hour deep tissue massage at $75!! Now MOST 1 hr massages are around $50-$60/hr. But ok whatever. I get there, the place is clean, everyone is cordial. The lady who massaged me did an AMAZING Job. Now before I left my car I bought out $80 in cash... so as I'm walking out from my massage, I hand the man at the register $80 I tell him $75 for massage $5 is her tip. He then says HUH?? This is only $80! I say ok isn't massage $75, he says yes.. I say well that is $80. He says u have more money? I said NO. He says you have card? I say NO, EVERYTHING IS IN MY CAR!! I'm embarrassed AT THIS POINT AS THEIR IS A COUPLE STANDING IN FRONT OF HIM TRYING TO GET A MASSAGE AS HES TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME!!!! UTTERLY UNBELIEVABLE!!! I was visiting from CA and treated me and my son's girlfriend to a 90 min. Deep tissue massage which included warm Japanese river rocks, detox foot pads and aromatherapy oil. It was wonderfully relaxing and the use of the stones was throughout the majority of the treatment which kept my body nice and cozy. The staff here is efficient and quite good at using their knowledge of eastern modalities like reflexology, detoxification through the use of the herbal foot pads and therapeutic massage to work out all the knots in my back. Always a great massage. I have been here many times to get a couples massage, and never had a bad massage. There are a couple of comfy single-person couches for foot massages, and everyone looks so relaxed. I have to go back to get one. They are very friendly at the front desk, but you should call ahead because they do get booked up. If you pay in cash they give you scented oils or hot stones. You ring the buzzer to get in, they give you flip flops, and there is an ATM machine and a water cooler. They don't disappoint! read more

Messages were good but the man at the front desk quoted me an untrue price. It's sad because my sister and best friend flew in from out of town and he said $50 for regular message and $75 for parental. He ends up charging us $65 each and my pregnant sister $90 before tip. And he was very rude about us tipping and we already had every intention to, he assumed we weren't going to which was annoying. It's a humble little place, but having been to high end spa places, this non-pretentious gem was a refreshing surprise. I brought my friend here for her birthday and we both had the pure qi signiture massage (deep tissue for me). My masseuse was Nancy and she was fantastic, her hands, fingers, elbows and legs were no joke. Don't underestimate a tiny Asian lady's strength Afterwards, they gave me tea and peanut candy while I waited for my friend to finish and had to sit on the comfy lounge chair. Had a great first experience here. The spa was clean and relaxing, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I was treating myself for my birthday and signed up for the 90 min full body massage and a 30 min foot massage. Felt absolutely amazing!! The only slight draw back is it can get a little noisy since the waiting area is right next to the massage chairs so it wasn't as quiet and relaxing during the foot massage because they were talking to customers. The hot stone is very soothing while the deep tissue gets all those kinks out. Be sure to let your masseuse know how hard or how light you want the massage and they will always adjust! They always try and squeeze you in although they are usually busy. Great massages every time I've been. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

The deep tissue message was amazing. I wish I could remember who it was with. I also got the body scrub which made my skin SUPER soft for a few minutes, but then after 10 minutes it was back to normal. That's my own fault though for not doing research ahead of time. Customer service: So, I was running late to my appointment and feared they might not take me.I called in and gave an ETA and they were able to accommodate me.From the time that I called to schedule the appointment all the way the end of my appointment, the customer service was phenomenal! The receptionist was kind and friendly. He gave me slippers and showed me to my room. Ambiance: The spa was quiet with dim lighting and relaxing music. The room also has a shower with shampoo dispenser and blow dryer in it although I didn't use it. I got the "Day of Refresh" package (facial, massage, foot massage) Facial - The best part is the warm steam in your face and the massage.I do not recommend if you have sensitive skin. I wanted to try it because I never had a facial before. Whatever products they used made my face tingle a little and in my head I panicked and thought at some point I was going to break out. Again, I do not recommend doing this on sensitive skin. I only use all natural products like black soap and yeah.. my face was like never try that again. My masseuse Kelly, was great! She found all the knots without me saying a thing. Unlike some of the massage places Ive gone to, she did not continuously poke into my knots instead she would concentrate on the areas around the knot.She is very skilled and had no issues massaging the knots out of my glutes. Love it like crazy. I am all for being thrifty. I like to keep my money close and monitor my expenses. This place was $110 for a relaxation package (plus $20 tip ($10 for each hour)) and it was money well spent. First off, you get slippers as soon as you get in to get you in the mindset. Then, there are robes to change into. Next, the massage (I had deep tissue) was amazing. She focused on all my shoulders (I have knots for days) and worked out my kinks. It wasn't abrasive like some places, very controlled. My facial was very relaxing and my lady was very thoughtful. Finally, the foot massage was perfect. It was amazing. This was a nice treat for my sister and I to celebrate her college acceptance. It was a strange travel from Queens but well worth it. read more

An hour of a standard massage is $60, which is quite affordable, and the place was clean, but I had to dock a few points for the following reasons: -My massage therapist didn't seem to have a good sense of my knots. I thought there was a lot of aimless, weak rubbing. My boyfriend, however, seemed to enjoy his experience so I suspect my experience was unique to my masseuse. -We got the couple room, which was private and clean and not shady, but I hated that the therapists ended up chatting and giggling. It's not really conducive for relaxation. But what do you know, I'm probably just being whiny about it. Maybe you have to get a deep tissue massage to get a real proper one. read more
