Eric McDonald helped us (service manager) order a tire from out of town, and the owner "Super Dale" drove us to our hotel to stay the night. Before 10 am the next morning, they called and had it all ready for us. It was a tender mercy that the car wasn't damaged, no one was hurt, and the folks at Bracken were there to help and go Beyond the Call of Duty to help people unexpectedly stranded.
