Once again, BT Pearson to the rescue. My friend had a nail in her tire. Maybe an inch off dead center. Another tire shop pushed four new tires (this, on tires with 22,000 miles on them). Took it to BT without an appt. Come back in 20, they said. We did and we were good to go, no charge. There is no other tire shop in my universe. These guys are the very best. read more

I was here from California for a week visiting a friend when my Jeep Liberty started overheating BAD. I was struggling just driving it short distances because it would get so hot. My friend who lives in Utah suggested we take it in to BT Pearson and honestly, I am SOO Glad that I did. They were so kind. Did great work and got the vehicle in and out in just a few hours. Turns out, there was a problem with the thermostat getting stuck open. Not only did they fix the thermostat (for a great price) they also drive it around with the AC on full blast just to make SURE that nothing else was wrong. Strongly recommend this place. Where do I begin, we needed our vehicle inspected cause the tags where expired the last day of last year. Got there and they informed me I needed my front passenger ball joint rerpaired before it would pass and quoted me for 300 dollars! I kindly thanked them and left to get a second opinion. It passed with flying colors I told my mechanic friend what Bt pearsons said and he was amazed that they tried to take me for that much. I think they seen a gay guy who don't know much about cars and tried to scam me. I will NEVER go back there and will NOT recommend them to anyone. read more

BT Pearson just helped us in the nicest way. We are traveling through on our way to L.A. and got a flat tire right across from this tire shop. They ran across the busy street to pump the tire up for us, then when we drove over, they lifted the car and removed the tire. Diagnosis: unfixable due to damage on the sidewall. They weren't able to sell us the tire we needed because their warehouse is already closed for the day, so they put on a spare and called around to other tire shops to find the right tire for us! They sent us to BigO tires and wouldn't accept a penny in payment, despite their generous help. That's fantastic service. read more

Service was good! Clean, cool waiting area with free popcorn! We waited about an hour, it was pretty busy. I set a 10am appointment, I got there minutes after 10, as soon as I got there they started on my car. We have a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Got a $400 quote from my dealership to fix my AC. I sent my 18 year old daughter to BT Pearson for an alignment on her 01 Jeep Cherokee. Ten minutes after they took her car in they came to her with a quote of $725.04 for labor and parts to replace the control arm bushing, track bar and control arm bushing. We went to Tire Pros and they looked at it and said it just needed an Alignment and cost us $69.14. They tried to rip off my daughter thinking she wouldn't know any better. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are obviously out to rip people off. Nice Try guys. read more

Came here for a simple oil change because I had a coupon. Anywhere else I've been it's been a thirty minutes max service, but with these guys took literally two hours to do it. I give them one star just because eventually I got my car back and they honored my coupon. Would not come back for regular service work. read more

took my vehicle into these guys for an alignment, they tried to tell me that I needed upper and lower ball joint plus a passenger tie rod and that it was going to cost me $1200. the only reason I went to these guys is that they were recommended by a good friend! Should have just listened to my husband when he told me to just take it to Brackens cause they have never done us wrong, so needless to say I only needed an alignment! Plus I would never pay the $1200 cause I have three mechanics in my family, we just don't have the equipment to align our vehicles!! BT PEARSON IS NOT TRUTH AT ALL!!! read more
