We were passing through on our way to California and got a screw in our tire. We went to a different tire shop and they insisted they had to sell us four new tires to fix the problem. I came over to Point S and they patched the tire and charged me $20. My heart hurts as I write this review. I went in with a screw in my tire. As I checked in I specifically asked to be extremely careful not to scratch the rim my car is new and I have no scratches on any of my rims. The screw happened to not go through so I did not get a charge which I was extremely pleased with however the rim was completely ruined. I showed the manager I apologize for not getting his name he was very helpful and very nice. He called over the guy that fixed my tire to whom I also did not get a name and the guy said with an attitude he dropped it on a hose. I took a picture I'm not sure if you can tell how extremely scratched and chipped my rim is I wanted to cry. I could not take this home. The manager sent me to custom wheel repair. Also for no charge. Jason was so helpful and understanding. I'll do a separate review. I am torn on how to rate point S because everyone there is friendly and quick however I think the care of some of the employees is disturbing. I'm going to rate this high because I do like the service I got however I think you need to make sure you take pictures and be very specific about how careful you want them to be with your car because some of the employees cannot be trusted. Again they did fix the issue but I feel that the issue should never have happened. The employees there need to be more careful with peoples cars. I understand this guy probably wanted to get done quickly and didn't really care about what he was doing with my rim. I am new to this area and only went here because the review on yelp or so high. For the manager of the store I would recommend talking to your crew in the back about how careful they need to be with other peoples property. read more

We were on a road trip when I took an object through the tread and sidewalk of a tire. We stopped in Vegas and were told "three days for a replacement" so we limped on to St. George where we were stopping for the night. I called 15 minutes before closing and gave them the size and brand of the tire. They told me, "We'll have it around 0900 tomorrow". I thanked them and assured them I'd be there in the morning. The next morning they confirmed that the tire was indeed beyond repair and 15 minutes later the replacement arrived. I was back on the road 30 minutes later.
